o Fear of lack of personal space affects people who feel discomforted by the closeness of the dentist to their face.

On The Other Side Of Fear Lies Freedom

Most of the time, everything we want is on the other side of fear, but many are brought to a standstill by the risk of the unknown to reach desires. Once we decide to face our fears, we then find out that there lies freedom. Yet, countless people are still afraid to take a leap despite the possible rewards.

Why? Is it the risk to get out there to live your dreams and fail? Do you believe you do not have enough faith in your abilities? Are you thinking you would lose all you have if you jump into the unknown?

Well, like in anything, there is always a risk; that is life. But if you will never try, you will never know. And if you do have dreams, then everything you have now means that you want more out of life and that those desires are on the other side of fear.

First and foremost, you need to be committed to the journey of finding what lies on the other side of your fears. Yes, it is true; there is no map for it but is there any for your current existence? So it is about having the faith to leap and walk towards your dreams despite the fear, the doubts, or the pain, you may encounter.

I understand that many of you out there are dealing with some challenging times at the current moment. I also realize how difficult it is to keep believing when the blows are flying your way or coming harshly. And I know how it feels when you struggle just to keep your head above water.

As the same time, what is on the other side of fear is only a vague understanding that holds you back and the reason for being unable to reach your full potential. And yes, it is effortless to tell yourself or imagine the person you want who is happy, loving and successful but you have to walk the talk. Yet, you know that wanting, wishing, and thinking is not the same as doing and becoming.

Your Worst Enemy Is Not Fear

You are your own worst enemy! The reason is simple. You refuse to take your situation into your own hands, yet you complain about wanting more, about the lack of abundance or the unhappiness that is in your life. But you would be amazed if you realize that you are the only one that has your destiny in your hands. Not some divine being but you, and only You!

God or any divine being you believe in are not going to bring you on the other side of fear to things you want while you are sitting on your couch. You still have to take action for things to happen. So understand that fear is a natural part of life. Many of your fears have their roots in your childhood and the way you have been brought up. However, you often hide your fears deep within you and avoid facing them.

Furthermore, you even ignore the origin of these fears, so much so, that they end up haunting you at times when you are an adult. We have all spent time in our lives being afraid. It might be the fear of surrender, the fear of losing control or just pretend to be someone you are not.

To get on the other side of fear, you might have to overcome crippling anxieties that prevent you from moving on in your life. You need to realize that you cannot have it all figured out. There is a long road ahead of you. I do not believe that the ride ever actually ends.

Pursue by Facing Your Fears

So, now is the time to wake up and master your emotions. It does not matter if you have to pursue by facing your fears to find out what is waiting on the other side. You have to go forward. I can say that I have spent years going forward onto the side of fear by many of the circumstances I had in my life. In smaller or larger respects, you do it.

You cannot blame circumstances or events for your discontent or your lack of success. That is an easy way out. Are you lying to yourself so you can feel better? Do you tell yourself that it is not your fault, but that it is ‘life’ that sucks? Get real; you lie to yourself for one unique reason, and it is fear.

It is the terror of telling, having or accepting the truth. You fear the need to be truthful to yourself. The actual reason being that you may have to look in the mirror rather than pointing the finger. Fear and doubt are the biggest killers of any dreams. In any case, all that you want is on the other side of fear. The defying challenge is to let go and face your uncertainties.

The list of doubts goes on and touches any aspect of your life. It can be personal, emotional, professional, physical and even mental. You might fear to be alone, yet you fear to fall for someone. Furthermore, you might be afraid failing, yet in the same way, you are afraid of being successful. And you are scared of change, yet you dislike your life at the present moment.

Freedom Lies on the Other Side of Fear

Of course, change can be terrifying. You cannot precisely know what could happen if you walk forth and set foot into the unknown. Uncertainties can be compelling and scary stuff that makes you question yourself, your choices and your desires. However, part of the process in life’s journey is to be open to the out of the box experience of what is on other side of uncertainty.

Just remember that there is an equal balance of all things in this world. When doubt touches you, you have the belief to overcome it. When pain strikes you, you get the strength to endure it. And when fear hits you, you receive love to dissipate it. All you have to do is not giving up. You can always reach to the other side of all that life throws at you.

“Ultimately we know deeply that the other side of every fear is freedom.” – Marilyn Ferguson

You have to gradually change your way of thinking and dealing with obstacles and situations. I mean you need to take life into your own hands and never rely on someone else to make you happy. And you have to focus on you because freedom lies on the other side of what you fear and where you least expected. Believe that freedom is a choice and everything else falls into place.

Let Fear Make You Stronger

No doubt that life can throw some painful stuff your way. But when it happens, choose to be stronger. Take a break when you have to, you are not a machine. Make the time to figure out the situation. However, do not let uncertainty, sorrow or pain break you. And do not let doubts push your dreams away.

At any rate, do not allow fear to dictate the route you want. Let it make you stronger by keeping yourself focused on your visions and objectives. You have to get out of the box, set your sails, trust in the direction you take, get the courage to leave the shore, and adjust the sails as you go along. I know you can do this.

Remind yourself that whatever you desire in life is out there, on the other side of fear. Whatever it is, it is all within your reach. Face your fears head on and let them build you. As soon as you realize your fears, you can end their capacities to control your existence, this way uncovering your best life ever.

I am a huge proponent of doing things you are afraid of and a firm believer that people should always keep on learning, improve and grow, at least until the day we die.

Traveling on the Other Side of Fear

In any event, I am not going to lie to you. It will not always be easy to follow your heart, pursue your dreams and travel on the other side of fear; surely when you have other things happening in your life. It is not easy to keep going when it looks like the waves are coming at you.

However, you have to understand that the mountains you are facing are mostly in your mind. Once you begin the climb, you may be surprised and see that they are not as big as you thought they were. As far as I know, no problem in life is impossible to overcome.

In understanding this, it will keep you from losing yourself in whatever is storming in and around you. I have never seen a storm that lasted forever, so when you to take a step on the other side of fear, know that everything is going to be okay.

In conclusion, when you first leave the shore, there is a little bit of uneasiness and awkwardness, but you learn how to deal with it. So the next time in your life you are getting a choice between a thing you are scared of and a thing that is in your zone of comfort, I hope you choose the other side of fear because it is a larger treasure than anything you will ever know.

Cure the Fear of Eating Out – Overcome Phobia of Eating in Public

People who fear eating out are more common than you’d think. Perhaps you are one of them. After all, in our society eating in restaurants is considered to be a basic social activity. Eating together is the glue that holds us together. In some ways, we are no different from the old English kings described in the epic poem Beowulf. By inviting people to eat with us, we show them that we are “allies.” Most of our rules of etiquette concern how we ought to act when dining with other people. Restaurants can be arenas of competition and judgment, where friendships and business deals are made and broken. It’s no wonder that eating with other people or in a public place can cause some people to panic. The fear of eating out is a common social phobia. Help, however, is out there.

When You Might Have A Problem

How do you know if the discomfort you experience while dining in restaurants is “normal” social anxiety–related, most likely, to the particulars of your social situation–as opposed to a crippling, life-long phobia of public eating? Here are some possible signs that you have a specific issue with restaurants that needs to be addressed post-haste.

When you’re in a restaurant or cafe, do you feel that the other patrons are glaring at you with disapproval, from the moment you’ve entered the door–even though you’re dressed appropriately for the restaurant and you know you’ve done nothing wrong? Do you spend hours getting ready before going to social events at restaurants–perhaps taking so long that you’ve missed the event? Are you unable to enjoy your food at restaurants, no matter how exquisitely prepared it is? When you’re sitting in a restaurant, do you find yourself counting the seconds until you think it’s appropriate for you to leave? These are the signs of a crippling phobia. If you want to function normally in society, it’s a phobia you’ll need to resolve right away.

Traditional Therapy May Not Help

Since the time of Sigmund Freud, the standard way to treat anxieties and phobias of all kinds has been through intensive, on-going therapy sessions. Whether the therapist relies on dream analysis, or simply on talking to you, these treatments all have one thing in common: they could take years. Traditional therapists hope to treat phobias by discovering their secret, deep-rooted, often-unconscious causes, over the course of long years of conversations. Unfortunately, the causes of “restaurant phobia” are often complicated and multi-faceted. Usually, there is more than one reason that people are afraid of eating in public, and, moreover, each person’s case is different. Traditional therapies could take years, and that could be too long.

NLP And Hypnotherapy Work In The Present

NLP and hypnotherapy are techniques that are likely to cure or lessen your fears faster than those of traditional therapy. NLP practitioners don’t care why you can’t be at restaurants. All that these trained individuals do is take you through your reaction to being in a restaurant step-by-step in a guided, controlled, clinical setting. They will train you to consciously recognize your mind’s unconscious and overlooked reactions of terror. Then, they’ll train you to will that terror away, to turn it into joy, calm, and ease. With NLP, more likely than not, you’ll never fear eating out again.

New Book Removes Fear From Sales With Practical, Easy-To-Implement Techniques

As a small business owner, I found Greg Andersen’s Small Business Sales, WTF (Without the Fear) full of practical advice, new ideas, and down-to-earth common sense to help me rethink my sales approaches. Andersen has been in sales for many years in the printing business, but the advice he offers is applicable to anyone in sales, especially small business owners who may be wearing all the hats themselves or unable to focus on sales because they’re too busy looking after everything else.

Small Business Sales, WTF is divided into two sections: Pre-Sales Planning, in which Andersen discusses products, going to market with products, creating a sales environment, and then The Sales Process, in which he explores how to find customers, make contact, get the opportunity to sell to the customer, execute the sale, and then follow up with and retain the customer long-term. Andersen walks readers through each step of the sales process, providing practical and personal examples of what has worked for him that readers can easily model or put their own spins on.

Andersen writes in a humorous but tell-it-like-it-is style to dismiss myths about the sales process and cut through sales jargon to get to what the reader really needs to know. For example, early in the book, he has a list of “Words/Phrases you will not hear in my book.” Among the phrases included is “Belly-to-Belly” to which he responds, “Gross. How about face-to-face.” Another phrase is “Low Hanging Fruit,” which he says does not really exist, and still another is “Hook,” which he finds insulting because it assumes customers are suckers or fish. Instead, Andersen prefers to treat his customers like human beings and rather than “close the sale” come to an “agreement” between two parties who trust and respect each other.

For most people, sales can have a bad name. No one likes being sold to, and people who reluctantly take on a sales role are aware of that and often fearful of selling. Andersen teaches readers how to remove the fear of sales by rethinking what sales really is. Most people dread the “cold call,” so Andersen talks about instead viewing sales as “demand generation.” It’s about looking for where there is a demand for your services and then providing the product or service to fulfill that demand. It’s also about listening to customers.

Andersen states: “When all is said and done, only a few methods of outreach will really get you in contact with a prospective new customer-the phone, letter writing, a trade show, and email. What really counts is the technique you employ.” He then provides creative examples of how to handle sales through each of these approaches, as well as discussing social media as a sales strategy. His examples are drawn from personal experiences, from his days as a shoe salesman at Nordstrom to his current sales role in the printing industry. Best of all, he even includes copies of letters he has sent to clients. His techniques are simple and straightforward, so anyone, no matter how scared of sales, can implement them.

Of course, there will be difficult clients or people who don’t want to hear how you can help them. Andersen provides strategies for getting past the gatekeepers to the decision makers. He reveals his research techniques, which are quite clever and even include looking at prospective customers’ job postings to determine who in a company is or will be in a buyer position for his product.

When facing resistance from a potential client, Andersen realizes it’s not always about him, his approach, or his product. I loved the following invaluable point he made: “Another way I like to approach these challenging situations is to remind myself that all these excuses mean the customer is probably protecting his current vendor. If he is being loyal to his current vendor, some day he will be loyal to me. Stay positive.” Personally, I know this is true as a business owner. If I have a vendor providing me with a good service at a good price, I feel loyal to that vendor and am not willing to change. Such clients may be resistant to change, but they are the ones you want because they are loyal. Andersen shows how persistence pays off in these situations. Sometimes he makes contact with customers who are not in need of his services right then, but years later, he secures business with them, and even if at first he doesn’t get the level of business he wants, they often will give him some business as a trial and then he can work his way in to larger sales with them.

Perhaps what I liked most about Andersen’s approaches is that he truly believes in being responsive to clients. I cannot stress enough how frustrated I feel when I send an email to someone who does not reply to me for several days. I am personally always very responsive to my clients and usually reply within hours if not minutes. Andersen points out that even if you don’t have an answer to a client’s problem or you can’t take the time to respond to a question at that moment, a simple response like, “I’m on it,” lets clients know you will get back to them and then they can quit worrying about their problem and go on to the next item on their to-do list until you do get back to them. In other words, Andersen is always in favor of reassuring the client that you will do what you say and provide reliable and quality service.

Altogether, Small Business Sales, WTF does take a lot of the fear and stress out of sales. I believe most readers will be pleasantly surprised by this book; they’ll read Andersen’s stories and examples and say to themselves, “I can do that,” and even find ideas of their own popping into their heads as they build off of Andersen’s advice. Whether you are a small business owner with absolutely no sales experience, are just starting out in sales, or have been in sales for years, there are plenty of nuggets of advice here that can make your sales process easier, more lucrative, and all around more enjoyable.

Never Fear, Quick Fletch Is Here

In the old days compound bows were much slower, to control that slower arrow flight you needed a large fletching or vane. Compound bows have since become much smaller and very fast and it doesn't take as large a fletching to control the arrow flight. In the old days, to fletch an arrow, you also needed an expensive steel or aluminum jig / fixture and lots of messy glue. If you wanted to crest the arrow you needed paint. Now, thanks to shrink tube, all you need is a pot of boiling water.

I have always been able to shoot my fletchings off. I don't shoot off many nocks or split many arrows, but I have always been able to get close enough to rip off fletchings or put a hole in them. I would practice with one arrow for fear of having to re-attach a vane or re-fletch my arrows. I fear no more. Now with the use of shrink tube technology I can crest and fletch as many arrows as my budget will allow me.

Shrink tube technology has been around for a very long time. It is used extensively in electrical applications to protect exposed wires and terminals. In other words, it helps keep wires from touching and shorting or getting exposed to moisture. You simply slide the shrink tube over the wire and apply heat. The quick fletch systems offered by many different manufacturers are based on the same concept.

Here are the seven easy steps to fletching your own arrows using these quick fletch systems:

One

Using a pot, at least seven inches deep, start boiling water. Remember, it takes about seven inches of water to properly fletch an arrow using the quick fletch systems that include crests.

Two

Remove the nocks from the arrows. This is easily done on the modern carbon arrows as the nocks are not glued in place. I like to use a rubber circle that is used for removing jar lids. It helps me get a good grip and remove the nock without using steel pliers on a plastic nock.

Three

Slide the quick fletch, shrink tube, over the arrow. I like the top of the tube to be about one quarter inch from the top of the arrow.

Four

Let the water come to a boil. As soon as bubbles start rising should be sufficient. It doesn't have to be a rolling boil.

Five

Lower the arrow with the tube on it into the water and watch the tube contract around the arrow shaft. You can use a finger to hold the tube in place if it starts to slide on you, but be careful of the steam.

Six

Once the tube has contracted fully around the arrow shaft, take the arrow out and allow it to air dry. I prefer air drying to wiping with paper or cloth towels.

Seven

Turn off the oven and set the pot off to the side of the hot burner to cool. Be sure to clean your pot before you use it again for cooking.

You now have crested and fletched arrows without having to use an expensive jig or messy adhesive. I have noticed recently that some archery companies are offering a quick fletch system without the cresting as well. The advantage here would be cost since less material is less cost passed along to the archer and a shallower pot of boiling water could be used to fletch your arrows.

And now you can practice with more than one arrow since replacing your fletching takes as long as boiling a pot of water. There are several companies that offer quick fletch systems; New Archery Products, Bohning, Nufletch, and Hoyt are just a few. Price points are $ 17- $ 19 for a half dozen of the fletching system with crests and $ 7- $ 9 for a half dozen of the fletching system without the crests.

Go forth and practice my friends. If you rip off a vane or punch a hole in one do not fear. The quick fletch systems are here.

Finding Freedom From Fear – Tips That Set You Free! Part 3

Have you ever noticed that when you fear something you take small breaths or hold your breath completely? It probably comes from an inbuilt survival mechanism to be as quiet and as motionless as possible when danger is present. When you hold your breath you are holding the fear in with it and you begin to breathe normally again when the fear has passed. When you feel fearful take a moment to breath, suck in deep breaths and as you do your body reacts by releasing the fear, it believes the danger has passed and as it does your fearful feelings begin to wash away.

The natural progression of life is more life and when you restrict you life with fear you are restricting the natural expansion of your life. The higher you, that is the real you, wants you to expand and become more, it wants you to experience all that life has to offer and will send you messages through your feelings telling you which path to take. Your feelings are your indicators to a better life.

If you are experiencing fear that is warranted your feelings are telling you not to go there because of the danger but if you are experiencing fear that is ‘unwarranted’ once again your feeling are telling you not to go there. Except this time they are telling you not to dwell on these negative emotions, not to dwell on negative emotions that serve no purpose other than restricting you from living the expanding life, the life the real you wants you to experience!

Freedom from fear will liberate you from restriction. It feels good to be fear-less and without restriction. It gives you the freedom to expand to your full potential, which is your right. The longer you hold on to the ‘truth’, that is your fear, the unhappier you become. Let go of your fear and embrace and live the moment of now, not an imaginary moment that will probably never happen. Now is the only moment that is real, the rest is imaginary or memory.

Your tomorrow is not set in stone, you crate your tomorrow with the thoughts, words and deeds you live today. Be fearful now and you create fearful life tomorrow, be grateful now today and you create a joyous tomorrow. Be grateful for who you are and what you have rather than who you would rather be and what you don’t have. Life is not meant to be fearful, it’s meant to be wonderful. Remember… if you dwell on fear and you will find it but if you seek out freedom you will find it in abundance.

Monophobia: Managing Your Fear of Being Alone With Deep Cycle Breathing

While the intense fear and anxiety associated with monophobia can feeling crippling at times, there are a number of self-help techniques available that can help you manage your symptoms. Deep cycle breathing is one such technique. It is quick and easy to learn. All that is required is a few minutes of your time and a quiet location. While it may take time to notice a reduction in anxiety, the benefits of managing your own anxiety are massive.

The first technique for reducing your anxiety and managing symptoms is deep breathing exercises. Due to poor posture and stress, many people already have a habit of taking shallow breaths. When anxiety is applied to the situation, this is only made more severe. Unfortunately, a lack of oxygen can induce further anxiety and stress. This creates a self-perpetuating cycle of anxiety that can be hard to break.

Fortunately, deep breathing exercises are simple and require no special equipment or setting. The first step in deep breathing is to sit up straight. This reduces the pressure places on the diaphragm and decompresses your lungs and other internal organs to allow for improved breathing. When you first start breathing, placing your hands lightly on your stomach can help to gauge your breathing and help to regulate the rhythm of your inhaling and exhaling. It may help to picture your stomach as a balloon slowly inflating and deflating as you breath.

Once you have adjusted your posture, the next step is to exhale completely using your mouth. Once you have released your breath, begin to inhale slowly through your nose. Once you have taken in as much air as possible, hold this breath for a few seconds. Anywhere from three to six seconds should be sufficient. At the end of this period, exhale slowly. Focus on the feeling of your hands rise and falling on your stomach throughout the process. Repeat this until you notice your anxiety levels decreasing.

This is a great way to reduce anxiety levels, fight negative thoughts and induce a sense of calm and relaxation. Best of all, it can be performed almost anywhere. If you cannot find a place to sit, you can perform deep breathing while standing. If you do this, be sure use your hands to monitor your breathing, as it can be harder to notice your rhythm while standing. Also be sure to maintain your rhythm, as holding your breath can result in dizziness or fainting.

Needs: Can The Fear Of Abandonment Stop Someone From Revealing Their Needs?

Although each person on this planet is an individual who has their own needs, it doesn’t mean that this is something that everyone embodies. Thus, there are going to be people who act like an individual, while there will be others who won’t.

If someone does, they are going to be aware of their needs and they are going to do what they can to fulfil them. One is then not just going to look like an individual; they will act like one.

In Balance

Through paying attention to their own needs and doing what they can to meet them, it will enable them to truly be there for others. They are then not going to be selfish, overlooking other people’s needs.

By being there for themselves in this way, they will have the energy that they need to extend themselves to others. If, on the other hand, this didn’t take place, it wouldn’t be possible for them to truly be there for others.

An Important Point

What this comes down to is that if they were to neglect their own needs but still did what they could to be there for others, they would haven’t as much energy. So regardless of whether it relates to their personal relationships or to their career, for instance, they would rarely be running on full power.

And, if they are not running on full power, they are not going to be able to function at their best. Ultimately, one would be neglecting themselves and this is not going to serve them in anyway.

Authentic Connections

As they are comfortable with their own needs and expressing them, they will be revealing their true-self. Ego, when it comes to their close relationships, one is not going to hide who they are.

Being able to express who they are will allow them to feel free and their relationships are likely to be nourishing, too. But, even though this may be the norm, their life would be very different if their inner world was different.

Two Components

There are likely to be at least two reasons as to why they are able to experience life in this way, with the first being that they value themselves and second being that it feels safe. By valuing themselves they will realise that their needs are important and, by feeling safe in their own body, they will feel comfortable enough to reveal and to go about meeting their needs.

Perhaps this is how their life has been for as long as they can remember; if so, there will be no reason for them to be aware of why they are able to behave in this way. This is then similar to how there can be no reason for someone to understand how a car engine works, if they have never had car problems.

Another Reality

If someone is unable to act like an individual and comes across as though they are merely an extension of others, it is going to be normal for them to ignore their own needs. At times, they may realise that this is taking place, while at others, they might not.

What this will illustrate is that ignoring their own needs can be something that just happens, taking away the need for them to even think about it. Their needs are typically going to be overlooked, with them being more concerned with meeting other people’s needs.

Self-Neglect

Still, other people could often describe them as someone who is selfless and easy going, for instance. One will them be neglecting themselves, yet here will be plenty of people who will believe that they are doing the right thing.

In a way, one will be like an object that allows themselves to be taken advantage of by others. Their true-self is rarely, if ever, going to see the light of day, meaning that it will probably be more or less impossible for them to experience true fulfilment.

Hidden

Nevertheless, thanks to how they come across, other people might believe that they are truly happy. This could be something that one also believes; if they do, it can show that they are completely out of touch with their true essence.

On one level, they will be fine, but on another level, they will be anything but fine. However, if they were to get in touch with their own needs, they might end up experiencing a lot of discomfort.

A Closer Look

Tuning into their needs and then expressing them is not going to be something that feels comfortable. If it did, there would be no need for them to hide their needs from themselves, let alone others.

To make sure that they don’t experience too much inner discomfort, it will be vital for them to keep their true needs at bay. Deep within their being, they could believe that they would be abandoned if they revealed their needs.

Not a Problem

One way of looking at this would be to say that they are an adult now, so even if they were abandoned, it wouldn’t matter. With this in mind, the thoughts and feelings that arise when they reveal their needs are going to be irrational.

The pain that comes up is just going to be in their mind and they will need to learn how to manage their thoughts. It could be this black and white, or there could be far more to it.

A Deeper Look

The reason why they don’t feel safe enough to reveal their needs could be due to the fact that they are carrying trauma. Maybe, they experienced a fair amount of neglect during their early years.

If they were left throughout this stage of their life, they would have felt as though their life was going to come to an end on a regular basis. The only thing that they would have been able to do to handle this pain would have been to disconnect from it.

Hell on Earth

At this stage of their life, they desperately needed their caregivers to be there for them. For whatever reason, their caregivers didn’t provide consistent care; the type of care that they needed to develop in the right way.

Disconnecting from their body would have made allowed them to survive this traumatic time in their life and it would have estranged them from the very thing that might cause their caregivers to leave them – their needs. The years will have passed but the pain that they experienced as a baby and/or child will still be within them.

Awareness

If one can relate to this, and they want to change their life, they may need to reach out for external support. This is something that can be provided by the assistance of a therapist or a healer.

There are many people who do not know how to associate reasons with their fears. If this is a problem for you, sit down with a pen and sheet of paper and write down everything that comes to mind when you think about funeral homes.

The third step is to gain the support of someone that knows you well and whom you trust. You may need them to help you out as you work to stamp out your fear. Ask them to go with you to a funeral home then take a trip to your local parlor. Let them hold your hand if need be. Take your time when there and breathe deeply when you begin feeling nervous. Remember that overcoming this fear may take some time and requires persistence. Practice visiting funeral homes often until the fear subsides

Similar to the third step, the fourth step requires you to contact a mental health expert. Do not be embarrassed by this step. They can also do a lot to help you overcome the fear. There is a good chance that such services are offered for free in your local area. These experts can help you with such things as meditation and hypnosis.

Finally, turn to the funeral home itself. Being that you have a fear of funeral parlors you may be unaware of the fact that directors of funeral homes are often licensed to give grief counseling. As such, they can help you with your fear; especially since your fear evolves around their workplace. Tell them that you are having this problem and also that you need to plan out a funeral. They can help you both to deal with your fear and learn more about funeral homes so that you will not feel so afraid.
