How To Compare Trademark Registration Services Online

Finding the right website to register your valuable trademark assets is a daunting task. Trademark registration is simply a very confusing subject and unfortunately many of the websites that offer this service make it even more confusing for you. As just one example, many offer multiple packages to choose from. The average businessperson with brands to register will have no clue how to decide which package is best. The fact of the matter is that there are no choices to be made when seeking to register your trademark. There is one process and that is the process that should be performed by anyone offering this service. So, if you see “cheap” package deals, avoid them like the plague. These will put your trademarks at risk if you don’t do everything required to maximize the chances that you will obtain your trademark registration or worse yet that you will not be sued for trademark infringement! The mere fact that someone is offering this option to you should let you know that they are not knowledgeable about the subject.

Which leads to the next big thing to look out for. When you compare trademark registration services online, there are two major categories of websites that you need to be aware of. The first are the document filing websites or self-help websites. Some of these can be found at a website named comparelegalforms (online-trademark-search-registration.html), a website that does no justice to the consumer of trademark registration services. This is because it does not include any trademark attorney websites – the second category of trademark registration services online. The ONLY way to register a trademark is by using a trademark attorney. Simply put, any other service CAN NOT PROPERLY REGISTER YOUR TRADEMARK for you. This is because only an attorney can provide legal advice. It is simply not possible to have any degree of confidence that your trademark application will be successful without the advice of an attorney to evaluate a trademark search, draft an appropriate specification of goods and services, advise of which filing basis is appropriate and to respond to substantive issues raised by the USPTO (this is just a short list). I am not even addressing the serious concerns about unauthorized practice of law that surround the document filing services.

So now that you know that you must narrow your search to those that are provided by trademark attorneys, what do you need to look for in these websites? First, how do you find them? Well, perhaps the best search term to use is “flat fee trademarks” or “flat fee trademark attorney”. This is because all of the top trademark registration attorney websites offer flat fees and will advertise that on their websites. There is no other way to go when paying for this service. There is simply too much risk in paying an hourly rate for an attorney in this area and the attorneys know this. It’s no wonder that they all offer flat fees. This is what the consumer wants. The flat fee is very uniform across the top attorney sites so your comparison will necessarily be based on non-price factors and these are significant!

The following is a list of the factors that differentiate the virtual trademark attorney offerings. This information is very difficult to glean from the sites themselves, so at the end of this article I provide a link to a very useful chart that compares many of the top sites on most of these considerations. The chart contains information objectively obtained and verified from the websites and is up to date as of the writing of this article.

• Does the attorney include “responding to substantive office actions” in the flat fee?

If the attorney only includes responses to “non-substantive” office actions or otherwise limits the time that he/she will spend on prosecuting your application (there are various tasks involved along the way, such as filing certain kinds of evidence, filing certain required forms and taking other necessary action to keep the application alive and well) then you are not really getting a flat fee, are you? So be sure that these tasks are included in your flat fee.

• Do you get your money back if your trademark search reveals problems and you can’t file for your trademark?

This one shocks many people. You mean I might pay for NOTHING? Indeed you might. There is no guarantee that a trademark search will not reveal that there are prior similar trademarks that will prevent yours from registering. In that case, determine what happens. Some attorneys will simply keep your money, some will charge you only for the search, some will offer a discount on a new search and at least one will give you another full search for free. Also, be sure that the attorney will first run simple “knockout” searches before doing the full trademark search. This is because these are easy and less expensive (to the attorney) to do and it can save you from having to use your fee on the full search. Look for an attorney who will conduct an unlimited number of knockout searches for you. This is rare.

• Does the attorney give you UNLIMITED consultation time?

Simply put, if not, then avoid him/her. As a trademark attorney I know that the process is VERY detailed and often confusing and that it requires much back-and-forth between the attorney and the client to ensure that the application is filed correctly. This is why you look for a flat fee. I often spend several hours on “pre-work” before the application is filed and some of this involves communicating with the client and asking certain questions. This is absolutely not something that can be avoided in some cases.

• How many classes of goods and services are included in the flat fee?

Most attorneys only include one. A few include more than one. The more the better. Often your products or services will cut across multiple classes and you should not have to pay more (even though it requires more work on the part of the attorney). This is simply a fact that the attorney must factor into the flat fee it charges everyone if he/she chooses to charge more, otherwise again, you’re not getting a flat fee are you?

Now that you are a completely educated consumer of trademark services, you can put your money to much better work than before.

Academic Writing Versus Popular Writing

Casual writing in the popular mainstream style is usually very different from the type required in academic settings. One is largely loose and informal, while the other is more conventional and strict. Whenever you write in either style, being mindful of these differences is necessary to keep the material consistent throughout its course.

Contractions. In academic writing, you need to spell out words; in informal writing, you’re free to use common contractions.

Technical terms. In academic writing, the use of technical terms is expected, provided you offer up an accompanying running definition; in popular writing, the use of technical terms should be kept to a minimum, with an in-depth explanation every time.

Groupspeak. In academic writing, you should use “we” when explaining technical terms; during informal use, using specific names (as well as referring to yourself in the first person) are more acceptable.

Abstractions. In academic work, you’re encouraged to emphasize abstractions, with no need for an in-depth explanation; in popular writing, any mention of high concepts should be accompanied with plenty of examples and simplified diagrams.

Passive voice. Using passive voice is actually advisable for academic writing in some cases (when trying to demonstrate that other scientists can accomplish the same results, for instance); in popular writing, passive verbs should be avoided like the plague.

Confidence. In academic writing, you are advised to state your points forcefully, in as succinct a manner as you can; for less-stringent writing, you should hold back on the self-assured statement, showing empathy for the readers’ potential struggle with it.

Most of the best writing software around integrate a facility to check for adherence to formal writing standards. Make sure to take advantage of it when you’re tasked to write in an academic capacity.

Summoning the Magic Inside by Becoming a Warlock in World of Warcraft

Like it or not, Warlocks rule! They belong to one of the most magical classes of beings in World of Warcraft. Warlocks are an ancient class which have mastered the dark arts of flame, shadow, and demonic energy. One reason why so many players choose this class is the ability to plague their enemies with curse and disease, lightning and natural disaster. Warlocks can also invoke demons to aid them in battle. They are a significant part of any combat-based raid because they add special talents intangible to Warriors, Rogues and other combat type classes of characters.

If you happen to be a Warlock, get yourself a guide, some useful advice, and prepare to dominate Azeroth. If you’re on the receiving end of the blows, prepare to be cursed, paralyzed, and face other maladies which will halt your game. Or join their team. Warlocks, besides doing the most damage, can also do the most healing. Using the summoning ritual, Warlocks can summon players from any locale in the Warcraft setting-which is a helpful tool in a tricky situation.

As a Warlock, you will also be able to use magical items such as health stones which heal wounded players. They can also heal themselves. If a teammate dies, Warlocks may use the charm of the soul stone, which will bring a player back from the dead. After this, of course, any damaged gear will have to be upgraded by dropping a few bits of gold, but at least that recently deceased teammate will be alive again.

Warlocks must be careful to keep balance between themselves, their magic, and the demons they summon. As a Warlock you have to be constantly aware of the dangers of corruption-since you’re dealing with dark magical powers.

Relation Between Diabetes and Heart Disease

While relating heart disease and diabetes, a renowned Cardiologist from Gurgaon says:

“People having diabetes develop a cardiovascular disease called as ‘diabetic heart disease’ (DHD). When compared to non-diabetics, people having diabetes at a younger age are at higher risk of heart disease.”

This statement applies to both type 1 and 2 patients- both female and male. The increase in blood glucose levels increases the risk. The high glucose level in the blood leads to deposition of fatty materials on inside walls of blood vessels leading to hardening of blood vessels and clogging a condition known as atherosclerosis.

Just like alcohol, smoking, diabetes and high blood cholesterol, diabetes increases the risk of heart attacks. When these elements are combined with different risk factors, like obesity, diabetes causes harmful. Patients with diabetes are less receptive to heart treatment like bypass surgery and angioplasty.

How are Diabetes and Heart Disease Related?

There are four types of heart diseases common in people with diabetes:

1. Ischemic Heart Disease: This is caused by thickening or hardening of walls of the arteries which are blood vessels that carries blood to the heart. Plague gets deposited on the walls of blood vessels and is known as atherosclerosis.

2. Congestive Heart Failure: It happens when a heart is not able to adequately pump the blood to meet the needs of the body. This occurs due to congestive heart failure where the fluid builds up inside the body cells.

3. Cardiomyopathy: This is a situation where the heart muscles get damaged, thereby leading to improper functioning of the heart.

4. Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD): This disease takes place when the blood vessels become narrow in the legs due to blockage by fat deposits resulting in an inadequate blood circulation in the feet and legs. This may lead to amputation of the feet or leg, or even increase the chances of heart attack.

What’s the outlook? – Diabetes and Heart Disease

Patients who have diabetes can reduce their risk of heart diseases by talking with the doctor about any prescribed medicines either for preventing or for controlling the risk factors and by making certain lifestyle changes. Lifestyle changes include eating a healthy diet, physical activity, and stress management.

Take Action

If you are addicted to smoking, it’s time to quit now. Consult with your doctor and talk about it. If you have tried to quit the smoking habit before, it’s not too late. Many people have tried quitting several times before they kick start for a good habit.

Almost every individual with diabetes can benefit by doing more exercise. It keeps your heart healthy and controls the sugar level in your blood. Even a brisk walking daily for 20 minutes is fruitful. So there is no need of a gym anymore.

If you are an inactive individual, ask your doctor on how to get started. Your doctor will let you know what is safe for you to do.

Most of the diabetic patients take medicine to reduce their blood pressure or to improve cholesterol levels. A daily low-dose of aspirin is recommended by the doctor to protect against heart disease.

Be sure to be in touch with your doctor and be regular in your medical checkups. Attend all your appointments and let your doctor know how you are doing. Together you can make up a healthy heart.

Godly Leaders Practice God’s PhD

Godly leaders need at least three key traits to do God’s missions: patience, humility, dependence (God’s PhD). Without these, Moses would have failed to carry out God’s mission to lead the Israelites out of Egypt (Exodus 3:10). Often, he would have been frustrated, flustered, and distressed with himself, the children of Israel, and with Pharaoh; perhaps, even with God. We will miss the mark when God calls us, unless we apply His PhD.

Patience

It took ten plagues before God freed the Israelites. Probably, I would have given up after the third plague. When would you have packed up? With a clear view of God’s call, and a firm understanding that when God calls us, He will equip us to do the job, still, we need patience–patience to deal with subordinates and colleagues, and patience to wait on God’s perfect timing.

Patience is one of three planks the spiritual leader needs to build a solid leadership foundation. Impatience trips up many people primarily because they do not know how to wait actively on God. Many folks think waiting on the Lord means doing nothing. Each of us, especially Godly leaders, must learn to wait actively on the Lord. Here are three ingredients for active waiting:

  1. While we wait, we must do everything we know is relevant to God’s mission. As well, we must recall and do Jesus’ assurances, and his general ‘will’ that’s laid out in the Bible. Moses knew God would deliver the children of Israel (Exodus 3:12), and so, with each setback, he pressed on, doing the next thing God told Him.
  2. As we wait, we need to ensure the conditions to hearing from God exists. Are we seeking first His Kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:33)? Do we have un-confessed sin in our lives? We must keep examining our lives and asking God to reveal them (Psalm 139:23). Un-confessed sin will prevent us from hearing from God. We need to ask God to show us what is blocking us from hearing Him. What is our little “g” god? Men, look at 1 Peter 3:7 to see if we have been inconsiderate to our wives. If we have been, our prayers will not be answered.
  3. We must pray continually, and as the Lord leads, fast, while we do items one and two, repeatedly.

King Saul didn’t wait on Samuel and lost his kingdom (1 Samuel 13:9-12). King David waited on God to become Israel’s king (1 Samuel 26:8-11).

Isaiah 30:18 (NIV) says:

Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!

Humility

The second leg is humility. We must understand that alone, we don’t have answers. Surely, we do not have relevant questions, to boot! We need people. People to help us, people to work with us, and people to work through. We must encourage, guide, mentor people to do their best always. Most of all, we must let them challenge us. To grow and let Jesus shine in us, we must be teachable, be prepared to be wrong, and be open to accept God’s truth.

One Peter 5:6 tells us that we need to humble ourselves under God’s mighty hand so that He may lift us up, in due time.

The Godly leader is a servant leader like Jesus the Messiah, who condescended to come to earth and take our sins that we might inherit eternal life. As He dealt with people, Jesus listened, asked questions, encouraged, and showed the fruit of the spirit (Galatians 5:22). Shouldn’t we do the same?

Dependence

Do you have a picture of dependence on God? I like what God told Joshua 3:13:

And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests who bear the ark of the Lord, the Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of the Jordan, that the waters of the Jordan shall be cut off, the waters that come down from upstream, and they shall stand as a heap.”

Did you get that? When the soles of the feet rest in the waters, the body’s weight has shifted forward and there is no turning back. We must go forward without knowing if the next action from God will work as we think. We must understand that God knows the future, we don’t.

After getting God’s mission, the Godly leader must press on, even when he can’t see the next step, and when it seems impossible. With God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). The spiritual leader’s focus, therefore, is to lean on Jesus and do as God shows her, remembering always that it is God’s mission, not hers.

God’s mission, His goal, will be clear; it’s His “what to do.” His, “how to do it,” is His plan that will not be clear, always. We need to depend on Jesus to show us how to do His mission.

Summary

Like Moses, we will meet road blocks as we carry out God’s missions. These tasks are part of our sanctification journey designed to draw us closer to Jesus. Road blocks are major learning stations we should embrace so we might blossom, and let Jesus shine through us. Reject them, and we fail to learn, ‘glow,’ and grow–we stagnate, or even regress.

Where are you today? Are you working with God’s mission or yours? Have you experienced plagues numbers one to five, and you are ready to give up? Remember Moses. He stood firm–he was patient, showed humility, and he depended on God.

Will you ask God to help you to start working on His PhD today?

Tennis Elbow, Shin Splints, Runner’s Knee and More – 6 Common Sports Injuries Caused by Overuse

When you get injured, generally it either happens as the result of a specific event like a fall or a blow, or it is an injury caused over a longer period of time from overuse. Overuse injuries are very common among athletes due to the nature of challenging training regimens and sports competition. Frequently overuse injuries start out slowly so you do not realize what is happening until it is too late.

Overuse injuries are caused by strain from repetitive twisting, jumping, and pounding that happens over weeks, months, or even years. Ongoing wear and tear on your joints, tendons, muscles, and bones leads to trauma which causes injury. Different sports tend to have different overuse injuries that commonly plague athletes, depending on the muscles and motions required for a given activity. Certain overuse injuries happen in many different sports and they may also be common for people engaged in certain types of work.

If you are an athlete engaged in certain types of sports, or a parent of an athlete interested in preventing common sports injuries caused by overuse, it is helpful to learn more about common overuse injuries. Here are 6 overuse injuries you should know about:

  1. Tennis Elbow – Lateral epicondylitis or tennis elbow is a painful injury caused by inflammation from overuse. The pain of tennis elbow may start to happen during daily activities including things as simple as picking up a cup. Tennis players may suffer from tennis elbow due to a variety of factors including tennis technique or racquet strings. A crack in a tennis racquet can even cause vibrations that trigger lateral epicondylitis. Treatment for tennis elbow often includes wearing an elbow band for a period of time. If left untreated, tennis elbow can become increasingly severe leading to tendinosis.
  2. Swimmer’s Shoulder – This common overuse injury is used to describe the shoulder pain that a lot of swimmers experience after they swim. Swimmer’s shoulder can happen only in one shoulder or it may occur in both shoulders. Often times certain swimming strokes like the crawl stroke is associated with swimmer’s shoulder. The biomechanics used for the freestyle stroke is also associated with swimmer’s shoulder. After completing thousands and thousands of shoulder rotations each week, it is not surprising that competitive swimmers are at risk of swimmer’s shoulder. While treating swimmer’s shoulder depends on the severity of the condition, rest is often recommended.
  3. Runner’s Knee – As the name suggests, runner’s knee is a common overuse injury for athletes that engage in a considerable amount of running. It can also be aggravated by biking and walking. People suffering from runner’s knee tend to feel knee pain that can become progressively more severe with increased activity. Runner’s knee is often more painful while running downhill. Overuse and increasing mileage too quickly are common causes of runner’s knee and it can also be triggered by certain foot problems. Depending on the specific causes of runner’s knee, a variety of treatment recommendations may be made including compression, elevation, ice, and rest. Sometimes custom shoe inserts like orthotics are also beneficial.
  4. Shin Splints – Medial tibial stress syndrome or shin splints happen when the muscles and tendons around your shin (or tibia) become inflamed. Shin splints often become more severe during activity like jogging, especially when increases in training happen too quickly. Certain stretches can help to prevent shin splints while rest and ice are often used to alleviate symptoms. People with extremely high arches or no arches may also be more prone to experiencing shin splints.
  5. Golfer’s Elbow – Also referred to as medial epicondylitis, golfer’s elbow is often characterized by pain on the inside of the arm and around the inside of the elbow joint. The pain sometimes radiates down the arm and can become more intense during gripping motions, like when you hold onto a golf club or baseball bat. Golfer’s elbow is generally caused from overuse although it is possible to also suffer from it as a result of an accident. There are certain stretching exercises that are sometimes recommended as a way to prevent golfer’s elbow. Rest is also commonly recommended.
  6. Stress Fractures – Dancers, runners, basketball players, gymnasts, and many other athletes engaged in high impact sports experience stress fractures. Stress fractures are tiny cracks in a person’s bone often caused by too much activity or increasing the level of intensity too fast. Stress fractures tend to be more common among women, and they often happen in the bones in the feet and legs.

Suffering from an overuse injury can be extremely frustrating, especially if you are an athlete with an interest in participating in a sport that is aggravating the injury. If you think you have an overuse injury, you should seek a thorough evaluation and treatment from a qualified sports medicine doctor. If you avoid medical treatment and try to ignore your symptoms, your overuse injury can become increasingly serious and more difficult to treat.

Avoiding Seasonal Health Challenges With Essential Oils

The use of essential oils to combat colds, flu, viruses and other bacteria has been prevalent at least since the Middle Ages. It is reported that during the plagues that persisted in that time period, those who used plants or oils such as workers in the lavender fields or herb gardeners, were able to survive while many around them succumbed to disease.

As the seasons change, we are often met with challenges to our health including colds, flu and viral infections. Today’s modern medicine has attempted to formulate antibiotics and vaccines to combat even more complex flu viruses, bacterial infections and what are termed super germs. However, it often appears that the race to keep up with the ever-emerging viruses and plagues of our day is not always being won and researchers are finding viruses and bacteria increasingly resistant to the formulated drugs. Infections and death from infections have increased dramatically within our modern hospitals, not to mention deaths from AIDS and other epidemic viruses in underdeveloped countries.

Because of the complex molecular structure of essential oils, they are being researched more intently for their ability to offer resistance to infection. The scientific community is paying more attention to the chemical components of these oils which are pressed or distilled from the stems, leaves, fruits and flowers of plants, and testing their usage as antibiotic and antiviral agents with good result. Of course, the quality of essential oils varies and it is difficult to standardize their production because of the nature of plants themselves and their environment, the soil they grow in, the elevation and air quality, rainfall, harvesting procedures, etc. It is essential to use therapeutic grade, well-tested oils when they are put to use for your personal health.

The primary oils that are recommended for their antibiotic and antibacterial properties include tea tree, geranium, oregano, thyme, lavender, lemongrass, eucalyptus, cinnamon bark and clove. It is reported that these oils not only fight infection themselves but assist your own body in rallying its own immune system forces. Oils can be vaporized into a room, breathed in by using a handkerchief or cloth, ingested orally in some cases and massaged into the skin by adding essential oil to a light carrier oil. Reports have concluded that people who regularly use essential oil for health purposes present a much higher level of resistance to illness.

Young Living has created a formula called Thieves combining peppermint, cinnamon bark, clove oil, eucalyptus, lemon and rosemary. It is said that 15th century thieves rubbed this oil on themselves while robbing those dead and dying of the plague. This formula has proven very effective and is offered in many forms including spray, mouth lozenge, mouthwash, toothpaste, soap, hand purifier and household cleaner. Try using essential oils this year as the seasons change and test their positive effects on your immune system for yourself!

Filing for Bankruptcy? Combat Stress With Facts

One reason many people in financial trouble try to avoid filing for bankruptcy like the plague is because their lack of knowledge. In the recent years, the US has seen a large number of Americans filing bankruptcy to eliminate debts, stop foreclosure and just get back on their feet. Unemployment now continues to stand at around 8% and it doesn’t look like it is getting much better anytime soon. Many people are kicking the can down the road as they continue to borrow as much money as their creditors will allow them. A large group of the middle class is now borrowing to pay debts that they will never be able to pay back. The average debt to income ratio of the middle class is now 154%. At some point in time, the interest alone will force them into bankruptcy filing. They are doing nothing more than robbing Peter to pay Paul to continue their unsustainable lifestyle. Not only are the citizens of the US playing with fire, the government is running a $1 trillion deficit and is poised to surpass $17 trillion in debt in the next year. Ronald Reagan once compared the government to someone spending money like a drunken sailor, but the only difference was at least the sailor was spending his own money.

For someone that is living this lifestyle and stressed out about making the decision to file bankruptcy, they should combat their fears and stress with facts about how their life will be after filing bankruptcy. Most people can’t see themselves living without plastic and also believe that a bankruptcy filing will take that luxury away from them. Although creditors would like debtors to believe that they will no longer have access to the golden goose if they file bankruptcy, they are opportunists and see employed individuals emerging from bankruptcy being virtually debt-free. Typically, the same creditor might hold a grudge against that individual, but there are thousands that will be willing to take a chance.

Another thing that stresses people out when considering filing for bankruptcy is the possibility of others finding out. Pride is a powerful emotion that will make people do foolish things even not in their best interest. Because of pride many people continue throwing good money into the debt abyss knowing well that the debts will never be paid off. It’s common for a bankruptcy attorney to hear a client speak of how they wished they didn’t throw all that money away and used bankruptcy much sooner. Hindsight is always 2020 and if they had only educated themselves with facts and not rumors they still would have all that money they threw away. First those that are still worried about someone finding out, they really have nothing to worry about unless that person is a creditor of theirs. When filing for bankruptcy is required for an individual to list all their creditors, even family members and friends if applicable. Even though it is public record, unless the individual tells someone, most likely no one will know. In the big scheme of things, it really doesn’t matter what others think when it comes to protecting your family’s financial future.

The endgame is creditors will no longer be able to contact the individual giving the person peace of mind and allow them to once again answer their phone. At the end of the bankruptcy filing, many people exit being virtually debt-free and get a fresh start while trying to avoid making the mistakes of the past.

Bernie’s Last Stand

With Trump in the White House it seems that our society has in so many respects succumbed to a much lower common denominator. The divisions that exist have only exasperated the growing divide that has turned humanity away from what is good and virtuous. It is quite evident when for the past 30 years the violent atrocities in our schools, entertainment venues, churches, and other places where the public gathers has steadily increased in severity and frequency. Yet, our leaders seem powerless to find solutions that would negate all the horrific violence that is like a plague on our society.

The truth of the matter is that no one seems to acknowledge that there has been a generational decline in morals, ethics, financial stability along with an increase of governmental laws, mandates and Supreme Court rulings that have only intensified the growing insensitivity of too many. With this recent assault on women’s rights the long arm of an obtrusive government has again striped away an inherit right. The government has no right to interfere with a women’s right to choose. That decision is between herself, her family and her God not the government. As a nation we have failed our society because we have either ignored, deemed not credible, or otherwise dismissed our own history. It is a very sad commentary for this nation that our elected officials continue to forsake the American public by all the contentious behavior displayed in every election cycle and legislation chambers in every state house all the wall to Washington.

The rise of violence not only in the United States but through-out the world continues and with it continues the demoralization of America. The Trump Administration has ushered in a host of contingencies that have exasperated the rise of instability and violence we see on an almost weekly basis. For the past two and a half years when we should have ushered in policies that would improve the standard of living for all Americans and decrease the violent atrocities our elected officials did nothing. Had we done what New Zealand did following their most recent act of terror just maybe some of the violence we see would have been avoided.

Today, the Trump White House has again created a tempest of financial chaos with his trade policies that have already caused the cost of living to skyrocket. This at the same time when the majority of Americans can least afford it. Now, to redirect America’s attention away from the adverse economic reality caused by the most costly imposed tariffs this Administration has set in motion yet another military fiasco in the Mid-East. This is just another example of an Administration who cares not for the American public. Not since the days of Andrew Johnson has the United States been subject to an incompetent and blundering President. A President who might just put American forces again in harms way and who already has caused one of the worst financial and economic calamities of our times.

With the primary season heating up along with the summers rising temperatures the tempers of a growing frustrated public many will undoubtedly erupt against the many reforms that are needed to stabilize the instability and insecurity created by the disingenuous policies of not only this Administration but of past Administrations. It is quite obvious that the fellowship of the American public has withered and died on that vine of so many lost opportunities. And, with the political discord that is displayed by so many has only underscored why the United States is so divided.

When we look at the political landscape for 2020 it is quite obvious what the DNC is trying to do. In their haste to thwart a Sanders nomination they have underwritten practically every other Presidential candidate especially Joe Biden. In this way the necessary reforms that Senator Sanders hopes to implement will never materialize. A repeat of 2016 is an almost certainty. That is when the DNC went out of their way to sabotage Bernie Sanders bid of the Democratic nomination. It is high time that the public starts to realize that the status-quo hasn’t worked for decades for the majority of Americans and that radical change is necessary to restore the American Dream for all Americans. It won’t happen under Trump and it most certainly won’t work under Joe Biden or any other candidate. Change is necessary for growth and rebirth. That is part of the message that Senator Sanders brings to the American public.
