The Onus Is on You to Maintain a Healthy Level of Testosterone

Because testosterone is what defines us as men we must take a reasonable interest in our testosterone level and do what is necessary to maintain it within the normal range needed for good health. But what defines normal depends on the opinion and attitude of where you get your advice from. For example, the average man from the 1930s had a much higher level than the average man of 2011; simply because of his more natural and wholesome diet free from pesticides and that he more likely did a much higher level of manual labor for his work and probably did not have a car to drive everywhere. With this higher level of testosterone of men 80 years ago, it is very-true to say they were real men then and we are barely a man today.

Today’s average man has a testosterone level 60% lower than his counterpart from the 1930s and as such men of today tend to be grossly obese, in active, prone to depression and a whole melody of heart related diseases, cancers, diabetes and morbid obesity is the new modern disease killing many men prematurely.

The onus is on us men to deal with the issues, and that process begins by knowing your current testosterone level. Almost certainly it will be too low if you too much body fat, because this body fat is evidence of inactivity and the inactivity is a classic sign of testosterone level problems. The key to boosting your testosterone is to cause your brain to command the testicles to produce more, and when our muscles burn from doing an exercise to a level it cannot cope with the brain gets the message that more testosterone is needed. Providing your diet is rich in cholesterol from which testosterone is made, then you have what is needed to regain your testosterone level.
