We — each and every one of us — came here with a purpose to make a difference helping others. And yet, many of us — sometimes this includes me — forget to start with ourselves.

In the course of my work, I meet and connect with so many amazing women. It saddens me that so many women — and some men — simply neglect themselves.

They give to everyone else but don’t even think about making themselves a priority in their own life.

The thing is, when we make time to nurture and heal ourselves first, we can actually help others in a much bigger and more expansive way than we could possibly imagine.

Simply making a decision to choose to feel and think differently shifts everything on multiple levels. I know and believe this to be truth and yet, I do find that Ego-chitter chatter will start raising objections, causing resistance.

Fear and doubt are the primary emotions that cause lack and delay, keeping us in what I refer to as the “stay stuck zone,” holding prosperity and abundance in all forms, just out of reach.

Being able to accept the concept of decision making as the foundation for lasting transformation as real is the first step in choosing freedom from all forms of lack and delay.
