The Beginner’s Guide To Superhero Movies

Over the last 5 years or so, comic book based films have exploded into the collective awareness of theater goers everywhere. From Batman and Superman, to anti-hero protagonists such as The Punisher and Deadpool, these films are revolutionizing the concept of a character “Universe” in which all the films, heroes and villains, and settings take place within one giant world. It can be daunting to try and figure everything out but fortunately you can learn a lot through these 3 basic concepts. Here is the beginners guide to superhero movies.

  1. Start with Iron Man

Iron man begins the creation of the Marvel Universe in which you are introduced to Tony Stark, the genius billionaire scientist who is revolutionizing the military with the creation of his new weaponry. In this first film, you see the rise of Stark Industries as well as the creation of Iron Man. As the plot twists and turns between fighting terrorism on a global scale, betrayal within his own ranks, and conflict with the government and other superhero organizations, you begin to build the world and cities in which we find many of the comic book stories.

  1. Captain America: The First Avenger

After Iron Man 1 and 2, The Hulk, and Thor, you are introduced to the concept of the Avengers with the introduction to Captain America in his first film. Steve Rogers, the main character, wants to do his duty and help America fight their war against the Nazis. He is rejected over and over again until he is accepted into a super soldier program that turns him into Captain America. Leading the fight against the HYDRA corp, Captain America takes on evil and becomes the first Avenger in the series.

  1. Guardians of the Galaxy

In 2014, Guardians of the Galaxy would go on to become a huge blockbuster hit. Incorporating many of new characters from the Marvel Universe, this film also expands the potential for worlds as well as incorporates a new flavor of humor and brevity into it. It links and ties the world of Thor into other films and maintains many storylines from other films. With its humor, incredible weaponry, jokes, and amazing soundtrack- Guardians of the Galaxy took the Universe to a whole different direction and depth.

  1. Daredevil

Not all Marvel story lines come in theater movies. Some became very popular series’ on internet film streaming websites. Daredevil became an instant hit with its hard hitting plot lines, back stories, and fantastic acting. Taking place in new cities and expanding the protagonists’ worlds and settings, these different sets of series did a great job setting up for later movies.

  1. Spider-Man Homecoming

Spider-Man Homecoming, although not the latest film, seems to be the most recent in terms of building the Marvel universe. Peter Parker is striving to utilize his new found spidey senses for good. However, with great power comes great responsibility and Peter begins to realize that being Spider-Man is more than just using your powers, it takes maturity, self-control, discipline, and decision making skills that no mere teenager- regardless of super powers and capabilities- can make on their own.

If you love comic-book based films, use this guide to get you watching in the proper order to maximize your understanding.

Is There a Limit to Inner Space?

It is easier for me to imagine an infinite universe, than it is to imagine and infinite inner universe. Still, that does not mean that there is a limit to inner space. It just seems like more difficult a concept to imagine. There is also no guarantee that the universe is infinite as well. There very well could be a boundary to the universe. If that is the case than one has to ask the question of what is beyond that boundary. Perhaps the biggest and only true problem in science is the human minds inability to truly grasp the universe we live in. I, and indeed we all; keep trying though. So, is there a limit to the inner universe. I hate touching this question, because that requires delving into the world of quantum mechanics. One has to, it is a boundary that must be passed into the infinitely small.

We all know that matter is composed of normal matter is composed of protons, neutrons, and electrons. The only exception is hydrogen, no neutron is present in its nucleus. These particles make up atoms, that combine to form compounds. Beyond this level is the field of quantum physics, the study of the very small. Quarks, Leptons, and Bosons are the subatomic components to protons, neutrons, and electrons. Beyond this, who knows. Perhaps sub atomic particles are made up of smaller particles or sub-subatomic particles. Is there a never ending spiral into an infinite smallness? Probably not, at some point it is reasonable to assume that we reach pure energy. Perhaps energy can be rolled up to form a sub atomic particle and those sub atomic particles make up particles, atoms, and so on. Perhaps the way energy forms a sub atomic particle determines the behavior of that particle. Hence there are six Flavors of Quarks, six types of Leptons, and twelve types of Gauge Bosons.

Is the energy boundary the limit? Once you have pure energy, it is easy to imagine something getting smaller and smaller, because there is no solid component to the object. There is no object, only energy. In my minds eye I can imagine a journey into infinite smallness. At the same time this notion seems out side the realm of possibility. However, the same thing can be done with traveling into outer space. It seems so much easier to imagine getting bigger and bigger vs smaller and smaller. And yet the same process is used. I can imagine space as infinite in either direction. Is this the case? You don’t need matter or energy for this experiment. In fact, lets remove both and just consider an empty void. Imagine the universe as containing no energy and no matter. Is this possible? It seems that matter could be inherently linked to the concept of space. If nothing existed then there would be no limit to smallness because nothing would exist. After all, one cannot have size when no object exists to consider. Size seems to be at the center of the notion of infinite space. When I try to conceive of an object getting smaller and smaller or bigger and bigger I seem to reach a limit. Even when you consider that an atom is mostly empty space. If you removed that empty space to the limit possible than an object cannot get any smaller without shedding parts of itself. Is this what happens with a black hole? Is there a limit to the amount of mass that can occupy a given amount of space? I assume that when an object implodes to form a black hole, matter is rearranged to allow for as little free space as possible between atoms; as well as within the atoms themselves. In this case there is a limitation to how much matter can exist in a given amount of space.

What if we consider all of the matter in the universe as being converted to free energy? There would then be no limitation, would there? Could we then squeeze all of the matter in the universe into one tiny space? The big bang theory and the singularity comes to mind. The problem here is that inner space is infinite than theoretically all of the energy could implode on itself indefinitely. So there must be a limit here as to how much energy can occupy a given space. Its either that or there is a limit to inner space. A boundary exists to smallness. One has to assume this boundary exists if you believe in the big bang, because there would have been no reason for the singularity to expand or explode. This creates a stranger notion for me that something with no mass can still have a limit to how much of it can occupy a given amount of space.

Considering infinite largeness, using all of the matter in the universe. If you could get all of the matter in the universe together without it imploding under the weight of its own gravity, then what? There is a finite amount of matter in the universe, so once we have our big ball of matter, what is beyond this? Again, the answer is empty space. A vacuum that goes on forever, and ever. The only real way to consider the question of an infinite inner space is when you do not consider matter or energy. Remove them from the equation and only consider the vacuum. It then becomes easier to imagine infinity going both ways. This imaginary universe does not exist though, the only one that does (that we know off) is this one. One in which matter and energy are everywhere. And in this universe there seems to be a boundary to the infinitely small, but not the infinitely large. Then again, this could be a product of our daily lives. Matter is all around us, and we live on a big ball of it. In the end it may be that we live in a matter zone. At this stage, the one we live on there are quantifiable sizes to things. Once you get beyond matter into the farthest reaches of our universe there may exist a vast empty, infinite beyond. The same may go for the inner verse. Once you get beyond the boundary of matter and energy, there may be another void. One that expands forever into the infinitely small.

At the end of the day this is nothing more than a fun exercise for me. I like to ponder these questions, but I do have certain conclusions that I believer more than others. Anyone that has read my paper on the Nothing Universe knows what I believe we will find if we go far enough out into space. That hypothesis has the infinite beyond as being composed of an undiscovered, super symmetrical atom composed of both matter and anti matter. The combination of which forms the true essence of nothing. That hypothesis does not preclude the existence of a infinite inner universe. All be it one that did not exist before the creation of the universe as we know it. And yet, it is easy for me to envision space existing between the particles within the nothing universe. So, it may just be that the structure of the nothing universe suffers from a limitation of scale. Once that limitation is breached than an infinite inner universe free of matter may still exist within the Nothing Universe. If you are confused than I would suggest reading my article on a nothing universe. To go into it now would take way too long. For now I have to conclude that there is a strong possibility that there is no limit to inner space, and that it may be infinite after all. As much as I find that notion illogical, I can’t dismiss it.

Cosmic Repetition

Each galaxy has its own bodies of matter with each moving toward a black hole in the middle of the galaxy. I propose that black holes need our energy. They consume complete galaxies. Are we part of a strange cosmic food web or neural network? I propose we are. Gamma rays and x-rays are emitted by black holes, why? Scientists can speculate about how, but why? It mimics a neurotransmitter that delivers the energy charge from a transmitter cell to a receiver cell. It is a dispersement of energy from one part of the universe to another part of the universe. We are a part of a larger process. The brain resembles the probabilistic fractal; which is what the universe is.1 This universe is a spectrum. The spectrum contains light, visible and non, microwaves, radio (sound), x-rays, (light), gamma rays and a few different types of radiation. 2 I propose that all points of space are connected. Time divides space but it is only an illusion.

We are but infants in evolution. We hold seemingly inaccessible knowledge inside of us. It is completely locked up inside and the key is just out of reach, for the moment. One single point actually exists, “the space between”… the moment. I propose that black holes make up some sort of connection through a neural network, like a brain. A wormhole the neural connection. One can only speculate as to what happens at the event horizon. My hypothesis is a connection to all points of universe by speeds faster that light, this is why light cannot easily escape. Yet, it does eventually escape spewing the debris into the universe.

We are transmitters and receivers, sentient “outcomes” that are produced by this very colorful and reflective magnet, the electro-magnetic spectrum. One only need to look at all the complex, yet eerie similar patterns in nature and see how they are visible proof of the evolution of the spectrum.

We are able to perceive more and more than we ever thought we could and will soon have greater capabilities than we can even imagine, these capabilities being both good and bad at the same time. We can perceive only a minute fraction of the electromagnetic spectrum. This spectrum encompasses the manner in which we perceive the universe and this perception allows the senses to function. We only use a fraction of our projected output of our brains, given current studies. One from this world only comprehends a few discrete forms of matter. We cannot even begin to comprehend all the yet undiscovered states of matter.

We’ve evolved from star dust to this. All bits of matter carry the information from it from each transformation from matter to energy and back, since the beginning.

What Is Healing Energy Art?

What exactly is healing art? Artistic paintings have been known for centuries to have healing properties. People feel better just viewing art. It changes them for the better. Why is that?

Consider this quote:

“Variety of form and brilliancy of color in the object presented to patients are an actual means of recovery.” – Florence Nightingale

The first law of thermodynamics states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it can only be converted to a different form. The entire universe is made up of matter and energy in various forms. In fact, the average human body maintains a large percentage of potential energy that it converts as needed to chemical, thermal or exhaust energy to get you through the day and night. Your brain alone uses about 27% of your energy.

According to futurism.com, the universe as a whole is closed. (Author’s note: This theory assumes it is limited somehow and therefore no energy escapes from or enters the universe). However, human bodies (and other ecosystems) are not closed – they are open systems. We exchange energy with our surroundings. We can convert energy as noted in the previous paragraph.

In death, the collection of atoms of which you are composed (a universe within the universe) are repurposed. Those atoms and that energy, which originated during the Big Bang, will always be around. Therefore, your ‘light’, that is, the essence of your energy – not to be confused with your actual consciousness – will continue to echo throughout space until the end of time. (Author’s note: So in that respect, at least part of us is immortal.)

When we see an interesting painting, to me, it is more that just viewing a pleasant scene with pretty colors. I believe there is also an exchange of energy. We are exchanging energy all day, every day. Why should that be any different when we are interacting with a painting?

When I create a new piece of healing energy art, there is energy swirling around my studio, my canvas, and in the paints and other materials that I use. I have no doubt that some of this energy is absorbed into the art that I am creating. I also exchange my own energy and, as an energy healer, channel additional energy from the earth and the universe, into it. You can see movement in most of my art creations. This, to me, is what energy looks like. Constant motion. Each of my healing energy art paintings exudes energy. That is why I love to create them.

“At the deepest level, the creative process and the healing process arise from a single source. When you are an artist, you are a healer; a wordless trust of the same mystery is the foundation of your work and its integrity.” ~ Rachel Naomi Remen, MD

It is not like painting a known subject such as a landscape. With energy paintings, I never know how the finished painting is going to turn out because the energy is still moving until well after I finish it! That, in itself, I find amazing and stimulating.

Art classes are a more common form of healing or therapeutic art that is supplementary to a doctor’s care in cases of emotional or mental ailments such as anxiety, bipolar and other disorders, depression, stress and PTSD. Here, the patient, alone or in a small group, learns to draw or paint. The object is to take the patient’s mind away from his or her troubles for a brief period while absorbed in the creative process. Hopefully, the patients will begin to spend more of their time creating art and this will help them to regain lost confidence and a will to get better. Drawing and coloring a mandala is a popular form of therapeutic art to create.

In my healing art, by transferring energy into my paintings, a person will be encouraged to use the painting as a focal point and will interact and exchange energy with their painting at home (or office/workplace). This is intended only as supplementary to their doctor’s care, treatment and advice. While I do hold doctoral degrees, these are academic ones. I am not a medical doctor and do not practice medicine. People who are ill should see their family doctor and or other healthcare professional.

Energy is an unseen force, as is wind, and other energy sources such as radio, TV, and Internet waves and so there will always be skeptics, but according to the Washington Post, ‘More than 60 U.S. hospitals have adopted Reiki as part of patient services, according to a UCLA study, and Reiki education is offered at 800 hospitals.’

Reiki healers do not cure anyone. We merely act as a go-between to channel universal energy through ourselves to the people that come to us for help. Given the size of the universe, of which we have only uncovered about 5%, there is a huge amount of energy available out there ready and willing to help.

Scientists theorize that 68% of the universe is made up of ‘dark’ or as yet unknown energy and that it would equal the amount of ‘positive’ energy out there, thus cancelling each other out. For my money, they may cancel each other out but both have to exist to do that, don’t they? It is all theory anyway. Energy exists. Energy can neither be created not destroyed. Energy can only changed or transferred.

Reiki or Energy Healing is effective, too. The Healing Touch Professional Association estimates that more than 30,000 nurses in U.S. hospitals use touch practices every year.’

Source: https://www.washingtonpost.com/national/religion/reiki-goes-mainstream-spiritual-touch-practice-now-commonplace-in-hospitals

The mood changes when our beautiful nature photos are placed on the walls, providing color, comfort, and hope to patients, caregivers, and loved ones.” ~ Elaine Poggi, founder of The Foundation for Photo/Art in Hospitals

In summary, combining the ability to transfer or channel universal or the energy of the earth has shown itself to be effective as a supplementary care method of treatment. Art placed in homes, offices, hospitals and other places where people can benefit from it, is one way to do that. To add energy to the paintings, is a natural step in increasing the power of paintings to help people to heal from whatever ailment or trauma they are experiencing. Of course, it will not cure anything by itself, but could help some people to regain confidence n themselves or to experience a lessening of the burden of aches, pains or emotional or mental issues.

Kabbalah – What Is It?

Is it a science, a religion, a teaching? Is it secret or evident? Is it something we can sense and evaluate? Is it outdated, or is it relevant in our time?

Kabbalah is a wisdom about the universe. However, it studies much more than the part of the universe that we perceive through our inborn five senses. Kabbalah explains that the universe is, in fact, much wider than what we perceive through our five senses. It teaches about that part of the universe that we currently don’t perceive.

Kabbalah explains how the universe began, how it develops, and how it will end. It studies the universe’s general structure and all of its particular details. This wisdom consists of several sections, all of which talk about the general law of the universe and how we can attain it.

If we break it into sections, then Kabbalah covers:

  • The creation of the entire universe and all of its levels: still, vegetative, animate, and human.
  • The phases and the final goal of the entire evolutionary process, including man’s part in that process.
  • The connection between our current state and the states we were in before we appeared on the Earth.
  • The purpose of existing in a biological body for several decades and perceiving the surrounding world through the body and its five senses.
  • Our state after we leave this world.
  • Our reincarnations and the relationships between them.
  • The way of evolving to a higher, spiritual form while living on earth.

Where Did the Authentic Kabbalah Come from?

The wisdom of Kabbalah appeared over five thousand years ago. Its roots go back to deep antiquity, the Sumerian-Akkadian period and the time of ancient Babylon. However, Kabbalah remained virtually hidden from humanity for millennia.

Despite the concealment, people have always been interested in it. Renowned scientists and philosophers the world over, including Newton, Leibniz, and Pico Della Mirandola investigated the wisdom of Kabbalah and attempted to understand it. Johannes Reuchlin, a humanist, classics scholar, and expert in ancient languages and traditions, writes in his book, De Arte Cabbalistica: “My teacher, Pythagoras, the father of philosophy, took his teaching from Kabbalists … He was the first to translate the word, Kabbalah, unknown to his contemporaries, to the Greek word philosophy…”

Yet, to this day, authentic Kabbalah is tainted with many misconceptions and misrepresentations, such as red strings, holy water, spells, miracles and whatnot. Evidently, only a few know what authentic Kabbalah is really about.

Therefore, one must first clarify what the wisdom of Kabbalah is. Kabbalist Yehuda Ashlag puts it this way in his article “The Essence of the Wisdom of Kabbalah:”

“…this wisdom is no more and no less, than a sequence of roots, which hang down by way of cause and consequence, in fixed, determined rules, interweaving to a single, exalted goal described as ‘the revelation of His Godliness to His creatures in this world.”

What does this mean? It’s saying that there is an Upper Force or the Creator, and there are forces that descend from Him to our world. We are here, in our world, and we are governed by these forces. They’re similar to the forces we are aware of, like gravity or electromagnetism. The only difference is that these forces are of a higher order, and they act while remaining hidden to us.

“The Creator” is the ultimate, all-inclusive force. He is the sum of all the forces in the universe and is the highest of all the governing forces. The Upper Forces descend from the Creator, going through phases called “spiritual worlds,” and finally they give rise to our world and man inside it. This constitutes the subject of the wisdom of Kabbalah.

Dagara Divination

Dagara Cowrie Shell Divination

Dagara cowrie shell divination is an ancient divination system used for thousands of years by the Dagara people of West Africa to access the underlying spiritual currents in one’s life. It is a tool for healing, development and empowerment. It is a system which reconnects humanity with their spiritual blueprint, also known as destiny or life plan. It allows one to know if one is on their path and if not, the steps which need to be done to get back on one’s destiny path. The Dagara divination system is based on the Dagara Medicine wheel, a cosmological model of the universe which express the interaction of the fundamental spiritual elements of existence. It is believed that the interaction of these elements give rise to the various phenomena in our world. A key to understanding this interaction is through divination.

What is divination?

Is it superstition, witchcraft or magic? Physicists say that roughly 99.9 percent of the known universe is what we call dark matter. All of the stars, planets, and other known matter of the universe consists of only.1 percent of the mass of the universe! The implications of this statement are astounding in expressing our triviality. If we can equate dark matter with the spirit world then we can then truly see how important and vast the realm of spirit is in the understanding of our existence in this universe.

The art of divination allows one to access the information hidden within the spiritual realm of the universe. It is the Yin energy of the universe which explains the Yang. Yin is the feminine energy of the universe which is hidden. Yang is the masculine energy of the universe which is seen. For thousands of years Africans and indigenous people around the world have used divination as a tool for accessing hidden information as way of healing and improving the life of man. While there are many who disapprove the use of divination, due to seemingly approach to God’s omniscience. However, it is good to remember that the very purpose of divination is to help prevent one from encountering danger which may be on their way to the client.

In one way to understand how divination works is to envision the universe as a big ocean. In that ocean every movement causes a ripple or wave affect in the water that affects or shifts everything else in the ocean no matter how big or small. Every act that occurs is a ripple in the ocean of life and divination can identify that ripple.

Another way to understand how divination works is to see the spirit world as a double of the physical word. Every action in the physical world is thought to precede by the same action in the spiritual world first. For example as you read this article, this would mean that your spiritual counterpart read this article first in the spiritual realm. This is why divination can sometimes offer prophetic information.

Dagara Medicine Wheel

Dagara cowrie shell divination is a means for the ancestors to guide man. It is believe that the ancestors are one of our most powerful spiritual allies. They assist the development of our culture and lives to insure it’s success. The Dagara divination system is based on the Dagara Medicine wheel, a cosmological model of the universe which express the elements. The elements and their associations are listed below:

Fire- Representative of the ancestral realm. Also signifies passion, intuition, drive and vitality.

Earth- Representative of our planet as a whole and also our homes. Signifies our home, community and nurturing spirit.

Water- Representative of the healing and reconciliation presence of water. Signifies peace, cleansing and flow.

Mineral- Representative of communication, storytelling and mental formulation. Signifies all media, talking and memory.

Nature- Representative of the creative expression of one’s gifts as well as transformation. Signifies transformation, our talents, magic and creativity.

Book Review: About Time by Adam Frank

In this much acclaimed book, first published in 2011, Adam Frank charts the changing perception of time and shows how man’s experience of time in social and cultural life shapes his understanding of the cosmos. Much discussion centres around the nature of the Big Bang and the supposed beginning of time, with astrophysicists arguing about numerous hidden dimensions and huge quantities of invisible ‘black matter’ needed to satisfy their complex mathematical speculations. The Big Bang, itself so long part of popular scientific understanding, is now called into question. And perhaps most surprising of all for the lay reader is to discover that physicists still ague about the nature of time, to the extent that some even doubt its existence.

Since their discovery, Newton’s laws, treating time as a fourth dimension, have been applied with so much success that they guided the Apollo missions to the moon. Einstein had already shown that time varies with the speed of the observer, slowing to zero at the speed of light, but the effect was negligible at the relatively modest speed of a Saturn rocket. The same cannot be said of astronomical bodies, galaxies and stars, which move much faster and at speeds at which the effect on time cannot be ignored. There is no doubt that the universe is expanding, and at an increasing rate, the question still unanswered is how did it all begin? Is time tied to the physical dimensions of the universe, starting at the same instant in the Big Bang, or does it have an independent existence? Was there a before our present universe and will there be an after?

Some physicists reasoned that the Big Bang was just one of a series of repeating universes. Teachers used to tell their students that only one physical law was certain: the second law of thermodynamics. This law, simply stated as entropy tends to increase, implies that order will degenerate into disorder and temperature differences will disappear leaving everything at a uniform low temperature. When applied to the possibility of repeated cycles of expanding universes the second law has the effect of increasing the duration of each successive cycle. Going back, the cycle length reduces to zero, so as Frank says, ‘entropy forces a beginning for even a cyclic universe.’

In spite of much thought, manipulation of equations and introduction of hidden dimensions, physicists have not been able to find a full explanation for a beginning of the universe. Some theories suggest multiple universes coexisting, each with different physical laws, our universe happening to have just the right conditions to support life. That our universe exists is certain, and that is the conclusion of Frank’s argument: ‘Always and again we have been the co-creators of a time and a cosmos that exist together with us.’ For Frank, it is the process of discovery that matters not its imagined end and that is likely to continue for a long time.

Reg Park’s 1951 Mr. Universe Workout

This is the same workout that Reg Park trained with to win the 1951 Mr. Universe title. He won Mr. Universe again in 1958, becoming the first to win the prestigious event twice. Park, who later went on to replace Steve Reeves as Hercules in the mid sixties, gained 25 pounds of muscle on an already solid frame in 10 months with this program.

Reg trained three days a week on this routine. He ate 3-4 meals per day and had a protein drink that was made up of milk, cream and honey, which he drank six times a day. Proof that you don’t need to buy expensive supplements.

Grab any photo of Reg Park and you’ll see what can be done with hard work and determination. Remember, Park was a pre-steroid bodybuilder, all natural. And to me he looks a lot better and more powerful than the drug induced bodybuilders of today.

The Reg Park Classic 1951 Workout

Squats 5 x 10

Bench Press 5 x 10

Weighted Dips 5 x 12

Barbell Curls 5 x 10

French Presses 5 x 10

Chins 5 x 10

Donkey Raises 5 sets

Abs 5 sets

Notes: There was no rep scheme for his abs and calves, he’d work them until they had enough. Park, like all the old timers, lifted heavy weights and didn’t use many isolation exercises in his routine. If you decide to follow this program and feel wiped out on three days a week, knock it down to two. Park had exceptional genetics and recovery ability that most don’t have.

Understand that to be successful in any weight training program – hard work is a must! Half-hearted effort does nothing for you. If you’re new to weight training or grossly out of shape, consult a physician first and get on a beginners program. End of disclaimer.

The Law Of Vibration A Part Of The Law Of Attraction

Many people know about the Law of Attraction, but few people are aware of other Universal Laws that are all part of the Law of Attraction.

One of these Laws is the Law of Vibration.

Everything in the universe vibrates, nothing is absolutely still. Even the steel in our bridges and buildings is not completely still. The atoms that make up the steel are constantly moving and vibrating. Everything vibrates at its own frequency and due to the limitations of our senses, we perceive them to be solid and completely still.

So how does this Law of Vibration impact us?

The Law of Attraction says that “like attracts like” or if you think about something with enough passion, intensity and emotion, the Universe will manifest what you are thinking about. Thoughts are vibrations. When you think about something you send these vibrations into the Universe, where the Universe responds by sending you more of what you are thinking about. Being in a positive frame of mind will cause your thoughts to vibrate at a higher frequency and intensity which will be received by the Universe which will respond in kind. Doubts reduce the strength of your thought’s vibrations which means that the Universe will also respond weakly.

Thought is considered to be the highest form of vibration, therefore it has the highest frequency. Being the highest frequency, it is considered as a powerful force in the Universe.

Those people who think positively are in a good high state of vibration. Because they are in a good or positive state of vibration, good things will always come to them, they will attract positive things or personalities.

You therefore need to vibrate to match what you want; money, health, abundance, success, all have unique frequencies. You must control what you vibrate towards in your thoughts.

If you are not receiving what you want in life it is because you don’t really know what you want or you don’t understand the Law of Vibration.

When you are thinking about something and vibrate towards it, by using emotion and acceptance, you are creating the desired frequency. This frequency goes out to the Universe and connects to an object with the same frequency. This is attracted to you because the frequencies are in sync. The Universe will deliver this object o you.

By concentrating on these thought patterns, you increase the energy level of those thoughts and the thoughts become more powerful.

So remember when you practice the Law of Attraction you must include the Law of Vibration. The two go hand in hand. There is no separation of the two. When you practice one you practice the other.

To gain a better understanding of how the Law of Vibration, the Law of Attraction and the other Universal Laws can be used to bring wealth, health, love, success and abundance into your life, a Law of Attraction coach can be used to guide you into the proper thinking pattern.
