How to Increase Sperm Volume – 7 Easy Steps

A sudden spurt of thick or viscous semen while ejaculating is the desire for millions of men all over the world. This sudden release of voluminous sperm increases orgasmic pleasure.

If you want to increase your sperm volume without causing a dent in your pocket, go through the following. You are sure to achieve the height of orgasmic pleasure if you follow them strictly.

Proper hydration of the body is required.

It is a well known fact that our body is made of 70% of water. Drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday is good for your body. The body requires enough water to produce the various fluids including your semen. Studies have shown that drinking sufficient water will increase your energy by at least 25%.

L-arginine can be a boon for those who want to increase sperm volume

Taking L-arginine pills will help you in not only increasing your sperm volume but it will ensure you of better erections whenever you have sex. For those who don’t know what actually is L-arginine, it’s high time you knew it. It is an amino acid that serves as an important nutrient for the body.

Exercises will help you increase your sperm volume

Heavy exercises like weight lifting and rigorous push ups will help you in increasing your sperm volume. It is due to the release of a hormone called testosterone. Release of more testosterone is good for sperm production. Moreover, exercises will help you to increase your stamina and overall health and well being of your body.

Vitamins are essential for sperm production

Vitamins are very essential for sperm production. They are required daily by the body. Some important vitamins are-Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin B12.You can take these multi-vitamin supplements from any medical store.

Saw palmetto and Maca are some extra ingredients specially meant for men.

Reduce excess intake of alcohol

Drinking excess alcohol will damage your liver. It will reduce the production of testosterone which is responsible for production of sperm.

Sleep well

Have you ever noticed your penis being erect early in the morning? The reason is that sleeping increases the level of testosterone at a much higher rate. Sleep doesn’t mean the power nap that you take in the afternoon. It should be deep slumber.

Take a sperm volume supplement.

Taking sperm volume supplements (natural or synthetic) will help you in increasing your sperm volume as they are specially prepared for the same. However, if you want to take synthetic drugs, its better you take after consulting a doctor as they are known for causing side effects. These supplement are worth ordering for as they can give you the pleasure you long for in a very cost effective way.

The above tips will surely bear fruit if you follow them strictly. Remember, miracles rarely happen. You have to put in enough efforts if you want better results.

Things You Should Know If You Wish to Increase Sperm Motility

Foods which Increase the Motility of the Sperm

• DHA and other omega-3 fatty acids– Food such as salmon, anchovies, sardines, shrimp, chicken, and walnuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and DHA that are excellent in improving the blood flow all over the body– including in the genital areas. A smooth blood flow down there increases sexual functions.

• Green and leafy vegetables– Green veggies are rich in folic acid, which decreases the possibility of birth defects in babies. It has been found that men who have low level of folate in them produce sperm with chromosomal abnormalities, resulting to slow motility and weak babies.

• Zinc-rich food items-Eat eggs, seafoods, turkey, pumpkin seeds, and oysters. These food items are rich in zinc, an element that boosts high testosterone levels and increased sperm count. Zinc is also found in oatmeal, beef, corn, and yogurt.

• Vitamins C and A-These vitamins cannot only increase sperm motility but their viability as well. Food such as asparagus, strawberries, tomatoes, snow peas, sweet potatoes, and other yellow fruits and vegetables are rich in these vitamins. When you lack in them, you are likely to produce sluggish sperm, which are totally clueless of where to go.

Other Factors Causing Low Sperm Motility

Low motility of the sperm may be caused by other factors besides nutritional deficiencies. For instance, if you have variceole, your sperm may not move as how they are supposed to. This problem may be addressed by resorting to surgery.

Hormonal deficiency may also be another factor of low sperm motility. If this is your case, the procedure to adapt is using medications. These medications will focus on balancing the hormones. Once the hormonal levels are back to normal, the motility of your sperm may get better. However, this case is quite rare. And even if your hormones are back to normal, there is no 100% guarantee that sperm movement would improve. Discuss with your doctor and weigh the risks and benefits in going through this option.

Some studies suggest that the problem in sperm movements may be brought about by the lack of L-carnitine and acetyl-L-carnitine. These are proteins that work as catalysts in making the sperm use the natural sugars surrounding them so they can be more energetic in swimming forward. An increase in these carnitine proteins may be an effective treatment to level up sperm motility.

Other Treatments

The problem in sperm motility is caused by different factors and treating them will also vary depending on their causes. When natural means as well as medications don’t seem to increase sperm motility as they are expected to, you may opt for other more aggressive treatments like In Vitro Fertilization or IVF.

Increase Sperm Count – 4 Causes of Low Sperm Count and Fertility

Sperm count is the amount of sperm released per ejaculation. The average ejaculation of sperm reaches about 50 million. If you are a male and you release less than this amount, then you may be suffering from low sperm count and have less fertility. If your sperm is healthy about 50% is considered active and 25 percent of that is going in the same direction. Good sperm flow is very important so it is able to penetrate the egg.

What are the main causes of low sperm count and low fertility? The most common ones are listed below.

Stress

Stress leads to a lot of problems and unfortunately it can create a male to have a low sperm count. Both emotional and psychological stress can cause this to happen.

Excessive Heat Exposure

Excessive exposure to heat can cause a man to be less fertile. Taking a hot shower, bath, sauna, or even having your laptop on your lap for a long period of time can overheat the testicles and cause low sperm levels. Stay away from excessive heat.

Long Distance Driving

This could go under the stress category. Driving for a long time can cause a lot of stress and overheating that can decrease the sperm levels. When you drive you stress levels sky rocket whether you know it or not. Usually its never noticeable.

Bike Riding

Bike riding can cause numbing of the scrotum which can lower sperm count. It also increases temperature in the testicle area.

Not many men realize the importance of drinking water. Drinking water can help your sperm production a lot by flushing out unwanted testicles.

How to Produce More Sperm in 4 Easy Steps

The topic is often too taboo for people to discuss even with their best friends or partner, yet many men do wish to produce more sperm, either because they are planning out parenthood, or simply to impress their partner. How much more personal can you get than talking about ways to increase your sperm production? This is precisely why, unfortunately, people rarely find the right kind of support, treatment or solution to this important male issue.

This article discusses some of the various means and ways that men can adopt to produce more sperm , bearing in mind the fact that little help, assistance or information may be available to people who wish to tackle this very sensitive male problem.

In the first place, it is worth noting that producing more sperm does not always ensure more pleasure for you or for your partner during the sexual act. Nor does it guarantee parentage as sperm quality is yet another issue. Indeed, a person may be producing millions of sperms but the spermatozoids may be too weak to complete their journey to the ovules, so that fertilization fails to take place.

Yet if your target is really to increase your sperm volume, there are 4 things you could do to achieve this. Some of these are just common sense, yet most people would never think of them. Let’s see what they are …

1. Topping the list is the fact that, in order to produce more sperm, you should decrease the number of ejaculations that you have, or rather the frequency of your ejaculations. Indeed, each time you ejaculate, the density of your semen and strength of your sperm lessens. Try to space sexual activity out at least with three days between occurrences.

2. If your wish for a higher sperm production is strong, then your willingness to do so would also be as strong. And this same willingness should give you the willfulness to change your habits that inhibit sperm production, more specifically drinking and smoking. Leading a healthy lifestyle naturally helps produce more sperm. You could start taking better care of your health by setting an exercise routine and sticking to it. Exercising on a regular basis helps blood and fluids flow faster, therefore helping sperm become more mobile and traveling faster and in greater number.

3. Eating a more proper, well-balanced diet and avoiding caffeine may also help a man to deliver more sperm. The additional benefit that a well-balanced diet would have is to help you lose any extra weight that you may have. Added weight in fact causes hormonal imbalances which may decrease sperm production. Therefore, a healthier body naturally implies a bigger volume of sperm during ejaculation.

4. Additionally, you may decide to take supplements, and in worst cases medication – whether herbal or pharmaceutical – that helps in the production of more sperm. These days a wide variety of natural supplements and medications are available on the market, that can increase sperm production and / or mobility. Many are those who are falling back on to age-old remedies like Ginseng to help themselves produce more sperm, for the simple reason that herbal remedies usually carry less risks of adverse effects as compared to modern medicine.

So there you have them – the 4 ways for you to produce more sperm. Just a word of caution though. If you are inclined towards getting sperm enhancing supplements, you need to do your own due diligence first. Doing a proper research into which brands to buy can save you from wasting both time and money on the wrong products.

Easy Ways of How to Increase Sperms

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the qualities of a normal sperm count include having at least 20 million of sperm cells per mL of semen or about 40 million per ejaculation. About 75 percent of this number should be alive, 50 percent should be motile having forward movement, and 30 percent should have normal morphology. This high sperm count is integral if fertilization is to take place as although only one sperm is able to fertilize an ovum, the joint action of the sperms on the corona radiata and zona pellucida, which serve as barriers, is what causes the penetration of the single sperm.

If you and your partner have been trying to conceive for a year now to no avail, you can start to suspect a sub-minimal sperm count as the cause to this problem. Before trying drastic measures such as sperm retrieval, artificial insemination, or in vitro fertilization in order to produce an offspring, you might want to consider the following ways of how to increase sperms:

1) Consult a fertility doctor. The first step in determining how to increase sperms is to know the specific cause of your problem. For all you know, you might be healthy with your partner having the problem. A series of tests will be conducted such as extensive medical history taking, physical examination and review of systems, and diagnostic tests to gauge how healthy you are. The doctor can then recommend specific treatment regimens to take.

2) Engage in nutritional therapy. Providing your body with the right nutrients for it to grow and develop might do the trick of how to increase sperms. While vitamin E ensures the normal functioning of the endocrine system, vitamin C prevents the sperm from clumping together. Protein sources such as L-arginine and L-carnitine, not only increase sperm production but helps in normalizing sperm movement and form. The different B vitamins, on the other hand, helps in maintaining optimal function of the nervous system and improving muscle tone.

3) Naturopathy. This includes a number of techniques which is geared in improving overall health as a way of how to increase sperms. Aside from maintaining an adequate diet discussed earlier, naturopathy includes avoiding substance abuse such as smoking and alcohol consumption that can significantly lower sperm count, getting adequate rest to keep your system running, and staying away from stress that counters sperm production.

Paternal Leukocyte Immunization As Therapy for Excessive Sperm Antibodies

There are various factors preventing couples to have children, one of them is because excessive sperm antibodies of the wife. For these cases, PLI (Paternal Leukocyte Immunization) therapy could be an option to quickly have a baby.

PLI (Paternal Leukocyte Immunization) or also known as Husband Leukocyte Immunization Husband (HLI) is treatment to lower sperm antibodies in women who have excessive number of these antibodies.

Excessive sperm antibodies makes it difficult for sperm to get to the egg because it is always rejected and become dysfunctional, so it does not allow for fertilization and pregnancy. Every woman who has been exposed to sperm does have antibodies against the sperm of her husband, but in some women these antibodies overreact.

The cause is the same with people who are allergic, each person has a different response, depending on the individual. Women with high sperm antibodies overreact to proteins on the sperm, so sperm is rejected and become dysfunctional.

PLI therapy is given by injecting husband’s white blood cells to area under the skin of the wife. It aims to reduce the wife sperm antibodies that can be tolerated by the body and allow for fertilization.

The injection is given at least 3 times, each is given every 3 weeks. Serum containing husband’s white blood cells will be injected at the bottom of the mother’s skin. After therapy, patients are advised to do a reassessment of imuno-andrology test. If the result has reached the normal limit then it is not necessary to continue the treatment. If not, repeated therapy can be performed to achieve normal limits.

There are several requirements that must be considered by married couples to be able to perform PLI therapy:

  1. Excessive wife sperm antibodies
  2. Husband is in good health, i.e. a blood test showed that the husband is free from infectious diseases such as HIV, hepatitis and others.
  3. For the wife who has any history of allergy (e.g. seafood allergy), at the time of therapy, the allergy is not in relapsed condition. If therapy is being performed at the time of allergy it can cause an overreaction.

The chance of success in reduction of antibodies can be up to 95 percent, but for the chance of pregnancy depends on the condition of the body, respectively. Difficulty to get pregnant depends on many factors. If it is indeed because of high antibodies then there is high probability you can get pregnant after reduction of these antibodies.

Before PLI therapy was invented, there are 2 ways which are usually conducted to help pair with this problem to get pregnant, that is with the use of condoms and imunosupressor drug.

Women are expected to gradually lower her sperm antibodies by limiting the exposure to sperm by the use of condoms. However, this should take a long time, about 6 months to 1 year. This will be even longer if the wife often eat foods that contain protein allergens.

Another way is to use the imunosupressor drug. Unfortunately, by using this drug all the antibodies in the women’s body will also goes down, not only sperm antibodies. As a result, the wife will often experience illness, and even affect the spinal cord that causes slow blood rejuvenation, lead to osteoporosis, the risk of diabetes, and others.

It is later found that the husband’s white blood cell immunization can lower sperm antibodies exclusively, and keep the other antibodies which are needed. PLI makes good tolerance to sperm.

The wife who has this problem will also have difficulty in getting good result in IVF. This is because the antibodies will not only reject the sperm, but also reject the fetus resulted from fertilization of the sperm. Even if IVF yields successful conception, the percentage of miscarriage is still high. This is because the wife body remained resistant to the fetus.

Women with a history of this problem in the family had a greater risk of experiencing the same thing. A history of certain food or condition allergies also increases the risk of women having excessive sperm antibodies.

Baby Gender Prediction Improved with Time of Intercourse and Ovulation?

This blew me away. And if true – how cool would that be.

It is said that the sperm carrying the Y chromosome uses energy faster than the sperm carrying the X chromosome. The energy utilization is said to be due to the speed in which sperm swim. Supposedly, the Y sperm is speedy or contains less mitochondria whereas the X sperm is slower or carries more mitochondria. Mitochondria are the energy producing cellular components which are absolutely necessary for life.

Sperm contain, and can only produce, so much fuel for their journey. If one sperm type swims faster than another, the consequence of that, of course, is faster arrival – but also faster expiration.

That said, if a woman knows her cycle and when she ovulates, the odds of baby gender prediction can be in one's favor.

Sperm can reach the fallopian tubes in about 20 minutes to 2 hours. Sperm are viable for about 4-7 days inside the woman. [This is dependent upon numerous factors – one main factor being the consistency of her cervical fluid.]

Given that the sperm carrying the X chromosome lives longer, then it is possible to gender predict.

How ??

Let's give an example of how this baby gender prediction or sex determination would work.

You want – a girl.

You know Sue ovulates 15 days into her cycle. You know you must deliver sperm no earlier than 4 days before ovulation. This way, the Y carrying sperm will likely be expired and the X carrying sperm still viable. When the egg is released at about 5 days after intercourse, the X carrying sperm will be in the fallopian tube waiting. Mrs. X chromosome sperm touches the egg and a little girl has begun!

The critical and perhaps not so obvious tip – don't repeat intercourse again for a week! Make sure she has been fertilized with the 'mature sperm'

To sum up:

If you want a girl – aim for earlier intercourse before ovulation – at least 4 days before she ovulates.

If you want a boy – aim for later intercourse before ovulation – say about 1 day before she ovulates.

Does older sperm mean less healthy? This is not known; However, it is not the genetic material that dies right away. It is the motility or movement of the sperm which is limited and also the fuel stores.

How do you know when Sue ovulates? She charts her cycle by temperature. In the morning, she takes her temperature before even getting out of bed. No alcohol use the night before or erratic schedule – like staying up till all hours. Recording the temperature will show normal slight variation of about +/- 0.2 points. When there is a 'spike' in temperature she has ovulated. The upward spike is typically about 0.4-0.6 points of a degree. It will stay steady for a bit and then drop off gradually. If the temperature doesn't drop off, she is pregnant!

Now is this baby gender prediction scientifically proven? I am not sure but I doubt it. The viability of sperm is proven. The difference of speed and viability of x vs y chromosomes is proven. So the information presented here is postulated and assumed based on that data.

Why not give it a shot? Baby gender prediction can only be fun! And if it works – how cool would that be?

We need to research this. Seriously. I wouldn't think it would be that hard of a study to do. Anyone want to try it and let me know how it turns out? 😉

In health,

12 Often-Ignored Causes of Low Sperm Count in Men

In recent times the problem of low sperm count and male infertility have become so prevalent, and have led to unhappy homes and unfulfilled hopes seemingly due to a myriad of often-ignored factors like environmental toxins; lifestyle factors etc. which have all otherwise enormously affected fertility in men, and their inability to get a woman pregnant.

According to WHO, in other for a couple to achieve a healthy pregnancy the male partner’s sperm will have to satisfy the data below:

— Normal sperm count > 20 million sperm cells/mL

— Sperm motility > 50%

— Morphology (size and shape) of about 30%

The female partner also on her part must “ovulate” a healthy egg (ovum) from either of her ovaries in a copulation-timely fashion, for fertilization and conception to be achieved.

Ideally abnormalities of the male spermatozoa could be described under the following headings:

Oligospermia (low sperm count): This accounts for about 10 -15% cases of male factor infertility.

Asthenospermia (poor sperm motility): This is often associated with DNA fragmentation and increase the risk of transferring a genetic disease.

Teratospermia (abnormal sperm morphology): This refers to the shape and structure of the sperm.

The above sperm abnormalities can morbidly hinder a couple’s efforts at getting pregnant, hence early diagnosis usually will save you a lot of time, so you can seek the right solution.

Sadly, a lot of men especially in this part of the world are reluctant, and exhibit pride towards undergoing a sperm health checkup (seminal fluid analysis) in other to pinpoint a predisposing infertility problem. This attitude however, is changing as health education continues to reach out on the web.

12 Common Risk Factors Associated With Low Sperm Count/Male Infertility:

Like I earlier said, the problem of male infertility and low sperm count became prevalent as a result of our changing lifestyle, environmental degradation amongst others.

“A recent report by Dr. Cecil Jacobson of Reproductive Genetic Center, Vienna, Virginia USA stated that sperm count has not declined over the past 4 decades. The study used dates of 1951 for the first comparison study. 1951 was well after the introduction of large amounts of chemicals into society and was a year in which vehicle emissions contained both high levels of lead and large amounts of toxic hydrocarbon and solvent combustion products. Also, by 1951 pesticides use was making its way into consumer use.”

The following are the leading risk factors of Low Sperm Count in the tropics:

Cigarette Smoking:

Smoking lowers a couple’s chances of conception up to 20%, according findings, by reducing the male sperm production and also damaging the DNA structure (genetic material) of the sperm. Smoking also can affect sperm quality and overall male fertility health, hindering conception.

Drug/Substance Abuse:

Recreational drugs like cocaine, marijuana can temporarily reduce sperm count and quality, affecting a couple’s chance of conception greatly by hindering the testicular capacity to create adequate sperm. And the use of anabolic steroids have also been linked to low sperm production.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs):

Bacterial organisms like Chlamydia Trachomatis and Gonorrhea are the commonest known causes of infertility related infections in men, even in sexually active women. This group of microorganisms in men spread to the testis and epididymis (a tube that conveys sperm from the testicles) hindering the passage of sperm due to blockage caused by inflammation as a result of the ensuing infection.

Environmental Factors:

Occupational or prolonged exposure to toxins and chemicals (eg; pesticides, herbicides, insecticides etc) are otherwise identified as Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDC) by environmental toxicologists. Studies have shown that the above chemicals reduce sperm production in male by hindering the function of testosterone (male hormone) that creates new sperm.

Physical or Mental Stress:

Stress has been linked to reduction in sperm production in males, as a result of hormonal imbalance created by stress hormones in the body (cortisol and adrenaline), and indirectly affecting the function of testosterone.

Overheating the Testicles:

The testicles (or testis) anatomically is located outside the body. By the Creator’s design, this is an indication that sperm production requires a subnormal body temperature (<37 C) for formation. And so, using hot bath tubs, wearing tight silk boxers; prolonged placing of laptops on your thighs could potentially reduce the counts of your swimmers thereby affecting your chances of getting your partner pregnant.

Obesity:

Obesity could affect your fertility health negatively by creating hormonal imbalance in your physiology, reducing your testosterone level and subsequently affecting sperm production. Maintaining an optimum BMI within 20 – 24 kg/m2 (body mass index) is ideal when preparing for conception.

Bicycle Riding:

In recent times, some comparative studies have revealed that cycling for a long time (more than 5 hours per week) can affect sperm quality and lower a man’s odds at getting a woman pregnant. It is believed that pressure from the bike’s seat could potentially injure blood vessels and nerves responsible for Attention in the perineum (a region between the anus and genitals). And so, the male partner is advised against cycling when actively trying to get his partner pregnant.

Age:

Age has been associated with male infertility and low sperm production. As a man advances in age (70 – 80 years), the longer it will take him to get his partner pregnant, compared to when he is young and sexually active.

Electromagnetic Field Radiation:

There is growing evidence that excessive exposure to EMF radiation could affect male fertility and also reduce sperm count in the process. Hence, reducing your exposure to X-rays and use of mobile devices anywhere around your genitals is highly advocated.

Erectile Dysfunction:

Erectile dysfunction or weak Attention in layman’s understanding is the inability of the joystick to maintain and sustain an Attention necessary for penetration. Many men suffer from this sexual health dysfunction, and this has often been linked to reduced testosterone activity in men leading to low sperm production.

Varicocele:

This condition is one of the commonest causes of infertility in men. It is characterized by abnormal enlargement and twisting of the veins that drain “de-oxygenated” blood from the testicles. Research shows that it affects 15 out of 100 men. Theoritically, varicocele impacts male fertility negatively by raising the temperature of the testicles, or through excessive pooling of blood in the vein carrying blood from the testicles resulting to reduced sperm production.

How To Assess Your Overall Sperm Health — Total Sperm Check-Up:

The standard laboratory test for analyzing sperm health medically is called Seminal Fluid Analysis. Here are the guidelines, steps and what to expect from your doctor or lab scientist during this evaluation procedure:

Step 1:

You will be counseled and asked to abstain from sexual intercourse for a maximum of 3 days before the test is done, to ensure adequate collection of your Fluid.

Step 2:

On the said third day: You will be mandated to either Erupt into a sterile plastic container via masturbation or through Withdrawal Method with your partner, and hurriedly send the collection to the Lab within 30 minutes. I usually recommend the first option to avoid delays.

Step 3:

Therein at the Lab your Fluid will be stored at a suitable temperature or analyzed at once, for findings. Ideally, this test should be repeated at least 3 times over several months.

How To Prevent Low Sperm Count Condition – What To Do:

As long as you are concerned, preventing low sperm count condition primarily will require a disciplinary and proactive approach on your part. Hence, I strongly recommend you get an accountability partner, your woman preferably to help you stay focused and track your efforts and progress.

Here Are Things To Stay Clear Off:

– Avoid smoking

– Aim to maintain an optimal Body Mass Index of <25kg/m2

– Abstain from alcohol

– Reduce exposure to environmental toxins, chemicals, heavy metals at your home and workplace

– Learn to manage stress

– Limit or avoid self-medication. And always consult your healthcare provider for the right drug prescription.

Should You Have an Orgasm After Or During Sex If You’re Trying to Conceive a Boy Or a Girl Baby?

I often write about influencing the gender of the baby that you’re trying to conceive. One of the questions that I’m asked quite often is some variation of the following: “will having an orgasm during conception increase the chances of a boy or a girl baby?”; or “will having an orgasm help or hurt my ability to become pregnant?” I’ll answer these questions in the following article.

The Fluids From An Orgasm Don’t Hurt, Kill, Or Compromise Sperm: Sometimes people will write to me and tell me that they are afraid that an orgasm will somehow effect, compromise, or destroy the male’s sperm. It really doesn’t.  Luckily, healthy sperm from a healthy man is stronger than that. What it does do though is change or affect the acidity of your vagina.  And, depending on the sex of the baby you want to conceive, this can either be a good or bad thing.

Why Having An Orgasm Can Decrease Your Odds Of Conceiving A Girl (And Increase Your Odds Of Having A Boy):  If you want a girl, you need for your vagina / reproductive tract to be highly acidic and to have the highest PH that you can manage.  The reason for this is because the Y sperm that gives you male babies are very vulnerable in this type of environment.  They can not survive this way for very long.

But, having an orgasm produces fluids that can lower your PH.  So, if you want a girl, you will want to avoid this.  (I know, this is no fun.)  But, you really only need to avoid this or hold back on those days when you are trying to conceive.  The effects of the fluid is not permanent or long lasting.  It’s OK to ignore this this during other times during the month.

Female Ejaculation During Conception Favors A Boy, But Often Isn’t Enough To Ensure Your Success:  As I said above, female ejaculate fluid alkalizes the vagina.  This is what you want if you are trying to make a boy baby, so there is no need to hold back.  However, this alone is often not enough to get your lowest PH.  Admittedly, it’s an easy thing that you can do to lower. It doesn’t cost anything or require special equipment.  However, if you’re starting with an acidic body, it often won’t put enough of a dent in your bottom line.

How Do I Know Which I Am?: How do you know where you stand? You can test your acidity or alkalinity by using PH test strips. These aren’t very expensive and they’re pretty easy to find.  This will tell you whether your trend toward a high or low PH.  Whether you want to go low or high depends on the gender that you want (again – high for a girl and low for a boy).

If you don’t get the reading that you were hoping for, it really is OK.  You can change this by douching and / or by altering the foods that you eat for a short time.  Everything that you eat is either acidic or alkaline. Consuming different foods will effect the PH of your body as well.

As you change your diet or douche, you can then test again and see how these changes have affected you.  This also allows you to see which things are giving you the best, easiest results in terms of PH.  You will also need to look at timing your conception depending on when you ovulate and also using the right sexual positions, to name just a few more things.

4 Ways to Boost Your Semen Production Overnight!

Are you looking for a sure-fire way to increase your semen production significantly? There are many men out there who are looking for the same solution. Why would you want to increase your sperm production anyway?

Here are 2 common reasons:

1. To impress your partners. Most women are totally amazed with how much semen their partners can produce. It makes the guy look ‘powerful’ and awesome!

2. Increase the chances of fertility. With more semen production, there is a higher chance of getting your partner pregnant. Having said that, it is also important to increase your sperm count as well, not just the amount of seminal fluid.

Here are some ways that can help you increase your semen production as well as your sperm count:

1. Masturbate less often. The more often you masturbate, the harder your genital organs are working to replace the semen. This will inevitably reduce the quality of your sperms. Although it is healthy to masturbate, over-masturbation can also lead to addiction. General guide? Once every 2-3 days.

2. Exercise regularly. Regular exercise increases your testosterone levels and this will aid in semen production. Exercise also makes you feel good and confident about yourself. It is also a stress-buster. Stress and/or anxiety might lead to poor performance in bed.

3. Kick the bad habits such as smoking and drinking. Smoking causes poor blood circulation, which might result in erectile dysfunction. It will also lead to low sperm count. Drinking will affect your liver, causing a rise in estrogen levels, resulting in low sperm production.

4. Drinking enough water. This makes sense as water is very much needed in semen production. Water can also keep your body healthy by keeping it in optimal working condition.

Now that you know how to increase the volume of your semen, why not impress your partner with a bigger penis today?!
