How to Get a Guy Hard Without Touching Him! Turn Him on in Ways He Only Dreams About

There are a lot of women who have mastered the art of seduction. These women seem to be in a position to turn on a man even without as much as laying a finger on him. IF you want to get to this level of being the ultimate seductress here’s what you should be doing.

Dress sexy

You have to be the visual treat of his dreams when you want to get him excited without touching him. Try a dangerously low neckline or a hazardously short number. Don’t go overboard and attempt both in one dress else you will end up looking like a tramp. Club your look with heels as high as you can wear, some high shine lip gloss and smoky eyes and you are set to get the mercury rising.

Wear a sexy scent

Tickle his olfactory senses and get him excited. Wear a seductively sexy perfume that will want him to come closer to you. Wear a perfume that is floral, aqua or woody that works wonderfully to excite a man. Make sure your hair smells fantastic and you could also use some scented body lotion to achieve the desired effect.

Touch seductively

Give him an idea about what your touch is going to be like by touching yourself or touching things around you. Take your well manicured hands and leisurely fix your hemline or you neckline. Play with the stem of your glass or just make slow circles with your fingers and see him get excited.

Talk softly

Talking in a high pitched voice is not going to work. Seductive talk is effective when a woman talks really softly. That way the man has to come close to you to hear what you are saying and this proximity makes him go crazy.

Get closer to him

Use opportunities to get really close to him. Let him almost feel your body and your lips but move away. You could also take your lips really close to his to say something and then stay there for just a second and then move back. That will definitely get his pulse racing and will make him really want you.

Keep your eye contact

Don’t get nervous in this seduction process. Maintain your eye contact with him especially when you are close to him. That will get his mind racing to what he can expect with you.

Indulge in some dirty talking

Talking dirt is not talking cheap. Verbalize what you like and what you would like to do to him and see him getting intensely aroused.

Treating Postpartum Hemorrhoids – Simple Methods That Work!

Congratulations on your new addition! Unfortunately, along with your growing miracle grew another problem – hemorrhoids. Now that you have given birth, you are ready to take back your body and the good news is there are ways of treating postpartum hemorrhoids that are safe and effective.

During pregnancy the body undergoes many changes, some of those changes make your body more susceptible to hemorrhoids. The uterus growing puts pressure on the pelvic veins as well as another large vein, and the result is the veins below your uterus become swollen. Straining and pushing because of constipation or while giving birth are also common reasons why pregnant women are more prone to hemorrhoids.

Your bottom area may still be sore, so try alternating a softly covered (like with a towel) ice pack soaked in witch hazel, with a warm sitz bath. A sitz bath is a small plastic basin that you fill with water and place over your toilet so you can submerge only your bottom.

Watch what you eat! Hemorrhoids are negatively affected by processed foods, so eat foods in their whole state as much as possible, fresh fruit and vegetables. Add more fiber to your diet, such as oatmeal. A higher fiber diet means a softer stool, which equates to less straining when you go.

If you decide to use an over the counter aid, Desitin works well to soothe the affected area. And you probably already have this!

Avoid seating or standing for long periods of time. Get up and move around as much as possible during the day.

How to Create A Romantic Dinner for Two on a Pontoon Boat

Before you pick up the phone to make reservations for that romantic dinner for two…STOP. Instead of battling traffic, waiting in line for your table and being at the mercy of the other diners sitting at your elbow, why not jump on the pontoon and head out to the water? With a little imagination, foresight, and moonlight, you can create a romantic dinner for two that your date will never forget. The most important part of creating this memorable evening is in the planning. You don’t want to be in the middle of dinner and realize that you’ve forgotten something important like silverware or a corkscrew.

So, let’s start at the beginning and work through the details. First of all, check the weather. Nothing will ruin your dinner quicker than a storm or rough water. Secondly, dock your boat prior to picking up your date. Trailering and launching can often be stressful and it’s important that you and your date are completely relaxed from the moment you step on the boat, until you step off. Make sure all of your supplies are loaded into the boat prior to arriving with your date. Check for the exact time the sun is setting and plan to arrive at precisely that moment.

Using easy to find outdoor light strings, ensconce your pontoon with dangling icicles of light, (Don’t forget to plug them in before you arrive with your date.) a few well-positioned flower petals on the deck wouldn’t be a bad idea either. There is nothing more romantic than walking your significant other down the pier to a softly glowing pontoon enveloped in the pinks and blues of a setting sun.

When planning your meal, you have several options. Although many boats are equipped with grills, nothing takes the fire out of romance quicker than having to cook before you can sit down. For this reason, it’s recommended that you consider cooking your meal at home first or picking it up from your favorite restaurant. Keeping it hot or cold is no problem with a thermoelectric cooler. This is a wonderfulproduct sold by Coleman that can not only keep your food at serving temperature but will hold ice and beverages as well. Food umbrellas are the perfect way to keep pesky insects out of your meal and can be purchased inexpensively.

Setting the table is important and if your boat is docked, this can be done prior to the start of your date. If you’re planning on heading out to the middle of the lake, however, you may have to wait until you’ve chosen your spot to complete this task. There are several picnic sets available that will keep all of your dining items in one place or for a little more class, pack it all up in a beautiful wicker basket. Your date will be pleasantly surprised as you pull your table settings, candles, and champagne from the basket with a little flourish. Don’t forget the tablecloth!

When you’ve finished your meal, simply pack it right back up in the basket. Clean up’s a breeze. Follow dinner with an amazing dessert from the local bakery and a delightful cup of fresh brewed coffee and then sit back and enjoy the romantic music you have softly playing in the background. If you follow these easy tips and throw in a few special touches of your own, the next time you suggest dinner, don’t be surprised if it has to be on the boat.

What Happened to Good Music?

As one reared in the 50’s and 60’s the artists who performed music at that time were easy to listen to, exciting, and some could raise the hairs on your arms with their voices. Gorgeous bands that played melodies that inspired one to dance and sing all night long were a normal part of my youth. They had voices that sang inside you and tunes that were inspiring. But this is not how I see modern artists and their efforts today.

While still at school I had a part-time job at a milk-bar café opposite the movie theatre in Bondi. As the movies played so did the music ring out across the street and some of it made me stop in my tracks. Artists like Mario Lanza still does it to me when his records play. So do others like Nat King Cole, Frankie Lane, Kathryn Grayson, Howard Keel, and the list goes on.

Who doesn’t love the music of Glen Miller and other bands like that of Bill Haley. But what have we got today to equal them? They didn’t yell or scream notes at you. They crooned and softly let you know that they were artists.

Today’s musicians have a different approach. The notes are still there but delivered in a more violent, raucous manner. The effect on the ears is hard and when played in shops and centers they frequently result in a head-ache. This was brought home to me again today while shopping for new shoes.

In shop after shop the music was annoying, very off-putting, and tiring. In the end I gave up after telling two of the young shop attendants of the damage it will do to their ears. The persistent loud noise is causing the cilia of the ears to react and this can lead to tinnitus and even deafness before they are much older. In the case of the former they will experience ringing in their ears which is constant and for which there is no cure.

Occasionally one hears a nice song played from those early days and my heart sing along with it. Generally, however, the noise of raucous tunes causes me to run away from it. Having been made aware of the danger of such it is appalling that the work-places of so many are spoiled and polluted with this material.

If shop owners want to do people a favour and get more customers into their stores then please do it with gentle loving music that makes our hearts sing. Turn off the horrible screaming and loud noise that passes for music at this time.

Start A Staffing Agency: The Salesperson As a Recruiter

Personality of a recruiter

Clinicians need to know that the person that is interviewing them has a particular knowledge base. The knowledge base must also be coupled with a strong sense of compassion.

Recruiters are sales people, they are the front line representatives for a staffing firm. The attractive force has certain key components to keep and sustain employees. A medical staffing recruiter must be pleasant, nice, in possession of listening skills, communicate, inspire confidence and be trustworthy.

The recruiter is often the gatekeeper that represents the company. That gatekeeper must show an openness to accept clinicians and provide a scene of continual respect for the clinicians. Nobody wants to work for a medical staffing agency that is “not very nice”

Who actually needs who?

The recruiter’s job is to inspire confidence, but that confidence must also establish a moving event for the clinicians. Clinicians are very much aware of their need and value. If you are not respectful and friendly the candidate will not call you again.

Candidates will at times play one agency against another to capture the highest pay rate. This is a common problem amongst full time medical staffing workers.

I have found that you have a better chance of hiring a clinician by providing top level quality customer service and enhanced honesty than paying an extra dollar than your competition.

Medical staffing firms tread a fine line recruiting clinicians. The line can be easily crossed when the prospect is softly guided towards your company. A company that appears desperate will exude that in the recruiting process.

Bottom line is you as a recruiter must be able to convince the candidate to work for your company.

Staying ahead of the game

Two phases in the recruitment process must always be active in order to continually fill opening.

The first phase requires a constant recruitment that places candidates today. You will have positions that need to be filled continually; actively looking for these types of candidates is part of the dynamic nature of recruiting.

The second phase is the constant proactive approach to having several candidates in the “Pipe Line” to ensure enough qualified candidates are available and being hired to fill potential shifts.

The growth of your business is dynamic, it cannot be precisely calculated and it is dependent on your ability to secure contracts and recruit. Keeping the recruiting phase active to fill positions that are not already found is a common proactive approach amongst staffing agencies.

The Original Chloe Perfume – A Review

Do you remember the 1970s? This decade is very special for me. I was born in 1973, and my mother and father, who were both very fashion forward people, dressed me in the most stylish clothing of this era — baby leisure suits, bell bottoms and seventies-style orange clothing. Even my hairstyle was very fashionable; my afro was long, neat and shapely. I was the envy of all children.

Just as I began my life as a fashionable seventies child, new fragrance concepts were being developed. For women, the most fashionable perfumes were either sophisticated and risque or softly natural and romantic. True fragrances for men also appeared on the market. All truly successful scents had to give a “message.”

In the 1970s, the house of Chloe became “The Brand” for all fashionable people. Founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, this fashion house was known to employ hot, young designers in the late 1950s and 1960s. It also introduced ready-to-wear high fashion to the public during this time period. In 1966, Chloe hired Karl Lagerfeld to be its head designer. Under his direction, it became one of the most iconic brands in the 1970s. During this period, Chloe launched its first fragrance, Chloe.

So, what do professional and amateur critics think about Chloe? The opinions about this fragrance are mix. The blogger from Perfume Shrine describes Chloe as “warm, radiant and feminine.” Yet, in the same sentence, she mentions that it “possessed a tad sticky vulgarity that announced its wearer a bit earlier than would be the height of good manners.” Other critics believe it is nauseating while some opinionators mention that it makes them feel sophisticated. But, they all agree that it is a “memento of its era.”

I agree with the “memento of its era” conclusion. The original Chloe is an excellent example of seventies fine fragrances for women. It is very feminine, romantic yet independent. It reminds me of the perfumes that the women in my life had worn when I was a child. I must admit that Chloe may be dated for many women. It does lack the sweet notes of today’s popular fragrant creations. Therefore, it is best for older women and mature lasses who want to reminisce about the 1970s.

It is characterized as a floral and orange-tuberose fragrance. It begins with coconut, bergamot and aldehydic (synthetic) peach notes. Its heart is tuberose, ylang-ylang, hyacinth and orris; tuberose is the strongest note among this group. It eventually dries down to musk, sandalwood, cedar and benzoin.

Chloe by Chloe can be purchased from fine online perfumeries.

Next is, feel how your love one felt. It is imperative to have a feeling of your loved one has. Understand that they have something troubling them and give your help by coming to them softly and tenderly. Do not react by getting emotional or fight back when they are upset.

By doing this, it will only drift you further away from your love. The flowers develop into small clusters, are tubular shaped and can add a boost of color to any landscape.

The Carolina jasmine is native of the South. If growing in the wild, it will likely be found along, streams, rivers, lowlands and other areas where plenty of shade is found. This jasmine is not a water loving plant, however it does have a liking for damp locations. They can be found close to the coast, from Virginia, all the way down to Florida and as far West as Texas and even Mexico.

This vine is durable and can handle a good dose of abuse, but as you might have guessed, a fair amount of attention needs to be giving to successful care for the Carolina jasmine. It should be placed in an area where the roots are well shaded, but it is perfectly alright if the leaves and vines receive direct sunlight.

This is an aggressive growing vine, which is why many people prefer to grow it in a container. The soil should not be allowed to dry out completely. But you don not want the soil to remain soggy, either.

This jasmine is a wonderful plant and in the right location, it is surprisingly strong and durable. Beyond basic pruning it does not need much attention and is generally easy to care for.

The plant is poisonous and children should be kept away from it. Its toxicity comes from sap excreted from the plant. It is wise to use gloves and wash your hands anytime the Carolina jasmine is handled. When planting this jasmine keep it away from any plant you do not want choked out, since it is an aggressive growing vine that can easily take control over weak plants and vines.

Anger Management – 6 Tips For Facing Provocation Without Losing Your Cool

We’re often faced with statements, actions, arguments, behavior, etc. that is galling in the extreme. Whether it’s road rage, an annoying co-worker, or a whiny teenager, it’s an unfortunate but safe bet that you’ll feel angry several times a week. So how can you handle it when faced with provocation that would make the Buddha quiver with rage?

1. Keep your attention on the motivation behind the provocation. Is the person who’s enraging you doing it intentionally, or is it a by-product of words or behavior that he likely thinks perfectly appropriate? If it’s the former, don’t give him the satisfaction of knowing he succeeded. If it’s the latter, consider whether displaying annoyance would stop the behavior or simply let your opponent know that he’s found a soft spot.

2. Breathe. This is great advice for just about any situation, but it’s especially good for dealing with anger. You can react,, which implies knee-jerk emotional feedback made without any reflection, or you can respond, which implies feedback that follows a pause and analysis/reflection to determine the best way to address the provocation. It’s far better to respond than to react. There’s no reason why you can’t fall silent for a few seconds (which may feel interminable to you and your opponent) while you work through your options.

3. Speak softly. Most of us tend to raise our voices when we speak in anger. Therefore, it’s disarming to do the opposite and to speak more quietly. The effect is to appear reasonable and controlled (especially helpful if your opponent is ranting and raving and appearing to be out of control) and to force your opponent to listen carefully to hear what you have to say. In Japanese culture, when two parties are arguing, the one who raises her voice first loses. It’s a difficult tactic for many of us to master, but if you can speak softly in the face of provocation, you will stand a much better chance of controlling your anger.

4. Vent. Express your anger in some forum that poses no risk of exposing it. Writing can be helpful, but especially if you write an angry response to an email, be sure that you don’t accidentally send it!

5. Exercise. That’s physical venting. When feasible, it’s a great idea to get up and take a walk instead of marinating in a situation that makes you angry.

6. Selective release of anger. Sometimes, it’s absolutely appropriate to express your anger at the person whose behavior has caused it. But consider the consequences of such an expression. Will you disrupt a relationship? Do you stand to lose ground? Will your expressed anger cause the person to react in a way that will cause you even more trouble? And when you do choose to display anger, consider doing so through your words only but continuing to speak in a low, even tone of voice. That will reinforce the gravity of your words.

And, despite our best efforts at these tactics, sometimes we all lose our tempers. Especially in time of frustration and stress, it’s easy to let it slip. When that happens, don’t be afraid to apologize and admit to being human.

Clean Camera Lens – How To Take Excellent Care of Lenses?

The Cons of Not Caring For Your Lenses

If you are not able to take good care of your lenses, there’s a high tendency that images you photograph will be affected. Having dirt, dust, or fingerprints on your lenses can ruin the results of the images you photograph.

What Do I Need?

Therefore, I am going to share with you the correct way to clean your lenses. Here is a checklist of items you will need:

  • Blower brush
  • Lens Cleaning Liquid
  • Lens Cleaning Tissue

What Is The Right Way To Clean My Lenses?

Follow the steps below accordingly to produce the very best results that your lenses are capable of.

When there is dirt on your lenses, blow it off with a blower brush. An alternate way to do this is to use compressed air. Whichever method you choose, remember to have it done gently.

Next, put the lens cleaning liquid onto the tissue. A drop of the liquid will do you just fine. If you do not have both the liquid and tissue, you can just blow on the lens softly. The point of this step is to bring moisture onto the len’s surface.

After you are done moisturizing the surface of the lens, wipe the len’s surface from the edges to the center. Do it gently and have it done in a lifting action. Do not rub! If you are unable to get hold of the lens cleaning tissue, a micro-fiber cleaning cloth will be a good substitute. When you use a micro-fiber cleaning cloth, there is no need for a lens cleaning liquid.

My Recommendation

I would recommend you to use the Zeiss Lens Cleaning Liquid Kit. This kit consists of a cleaning fluid, blower brush, microfiber cloth, and 10 x Wipes.

Remember this: it is very important that you take excellent care of your lenses to bring out the peak performance of your lenses! I hope you find this article useful. Please give me your feedback and opinions by commenting onto this article. I will really appreciate it! Thanks!
