Foreplay is probably the most important, yet overlooked part of sexual relationships. There are some really good ways to make sure your partner is sexually pleased. If you use these guidelines, you’ll have a very happy sex life.

The first bit of advice would be to slow down. Take your time. Touch all the areas of the body. Use your lips and tongue. Blow on your lover’s body. Don’t be afraid to talk dirty. One of the most important pieces of advice that can be given, whether you’re a girl or a guy, oral sex is a must.

There was a study online recently that said more than 90 percent of women reached an orgasm when their lovers spent more than 20 minutes on stimulating them. That’s a really high percentage. Such a situation happened to two of the greatest personalities of the 1950s and 60’s. This was a one-night stand between Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe.

From information gathered in recent books about both of these Hollywood legends, there is one position that is likely to have been their favorite.

This would have been the doggy style in two variations.

On the bed and against a sofa back.

The correct version of the doggy style (most used in the sexually inhibited 1950s America) would have been for the woman to be on all fours on the bed, but her head close to, or touching the sheet.

Instead of her hands supporting her upper body, she would have rested on her forearms with hands flat.

This position elevates the woman’s buttocks for direct contact to the man, on his knees behind her. This also allows the man to fondle her breasts or even her genital area while he is thrusting.

The variation of this is where the man places the woman over the back side of the sofa, so her head in on the sofa back cushion, but her buttocks are firmly against the rear backside of the sofa, her feet on the ground.

The man enters from the rear, standing, and can thrust in a very vigorous manner. This is pure sex, and as the couple can’t really see each other, they are free to fantasize while the sexual act is in progress.

As we know from history, both of these unfortunate individuals were on drugs at the time, perhaps stimulants (amphetamines or cocaine), and the positions described would have been ideal for a couple so influenced.

As we also know from history, this was a one-off event, it seems both their sexual lives took on some negative elements.

Let us suppose that at the time, the positions mentioned (the agent was in the outer room while the two were together) were accurate.

They would have, most likely, suited the evening which was over not longer after it began.

Such doggy variations can bring great pleasure to those who employ it, and still are classified as pure sex positions (i.e. those without accompanying tenderness). And remain as popular today as they ever were.

#1. The Cowgirl Dance: Woman-on-top is probably one of the most popular sex positions around the world. It allows the woman to be in control, which is highly aphrodisiac for both partners. Now if you’ve read my other articles, you’ll know I’m big on lots of foreplay. You can’t just dive into things and start going for her genitals without getting her ready. Ok, so your girl’s ready… she’s wet… she’s breathing hard… she wants more… what do you do? Well check out these three awesome techniques for her sexual pleasure.

Sexual Technique #1 – The Come Hither

Ok, so you don’t just want to go shoving your fingers straight in there and hurting always start off gently. Run your finger up and down her genitals a couple times, and gently try to part her “lips”. Once you’ve done so, very slowly insert two fingers (I generally use the index and middle finger, but you may prefer the middle finger and ring finger).

Again, start off slowly moving your fingers straight in and out a few times. Now… the “come hither”. Once your fingers are all the way in, gently curl them upwards, and pull them backwards (not all the way out). Again… in straight… curl up, and back. Now the goal here is to put some pressure on her upper vaginal wall, as this can be a very pleasurable area for her, and it’s where the g-spot is located. When first starting, go very very gently… too much pressure and you’ll cause pain, or she just won’t be ready for it. You can really build up some good speed and pressure here, but make sure she’s ok… simply ask her… “Are you ok? Do you want me to go faster? Harder?”. What better way to know what she wants.

Sexual Technique #2 – The Finger Flutter

This technique again has to do with putting pressure on her upper vaginal wall. As your fingers are already inside her, go in fairly deep. Now simply “flutter” your fingers up and down (there is no in and out motion here). In contrast to the come hither where you’re bending your fingers at the second knuckle (the one closest to the tip of your finger), here your fingers remain straight and you bend them at the first knuckle. Imagine the first knuckle acting as a hinge to simply move your fingers up and down.

You’ll want to experiment with speed and position here. The girl you’re with may like this done super deep, or she may like it shallow… or she may like both! Who knows… judge by her breathing and moaning (and what she tells you of course).

Sexual Technique #3 – The Squirter

Now as the name implies, this technique may induce a little squirting… caution! Actually the other techniques may as well, but this one is the most likely to do so. OK so what to do. Insert your fingers fairly deep, and curl them upwards (as in the come hither). Now simple move your entire hand up and down so you’re hitting the upper wall over and over. I’m often amazed at how hard and fast I can go when using this technique… it can get going very hard and very fast. You’d think it would cause pain, but she’s moaning in ecstasy.

Experiment with speed, pressure, and position with all three of the above techniques. Judge whether she’s into it based on her breathing, moaning, and what she tells you.
