1. Pick a role. Simple role. The most cliché one is Teacher- Student, but it’s easiest one to get started. The second most overused one is Sugar Daddy and Little Girl, and the third one is Naughty Girl and Bad Boy. Do not tell her anything, just pick one. Baby shower games are a must have at any baby shower! Below are two different ways to play one of the most popular games – the Dirty Diaper Game.

The Dirty Diaper Game is a great way to get your guests laughing their tails off at your mother-to-be’s baby shower. Not to worry, it’s not as bad as it sounds!

Supplies:

4-6 Clean Diapers

4-6 Different Candy bars

Pen/paper for each guest (optional)

The instructions are below:

1.) Before your guests arrive, open all the diapers and lay them on a flat surface.

2.) Place a small piece of one candy bar in each diaper (make sure each diaper has a different candy bar inside.)

3.) Microwave each diaper for about 10-20 seconds. After the diapers candy bars are melted, close each diaper slightly so to mush the candy bars. (Make sure the diapers are not shut entirely, because when the chocolate begins to harden, the diapers will stay closed.)

4.) Place each diaper, slightly open on a table.

5.) When your guests arrive, have them survey the “dirty diapers”. Each guest takes a guess at what kind of candy bar is in each diaper. You can have them write down their answers, or play aloud.

6.) The winner is whoever guessed the most correct candy bars.

Here is another variation of the Dirty Diaper Game. It’s a little easier to prepare for, but it certainly gets the same reaction as the first one! Your guests will not be expecting this shower surprise!

1.) Prepare for the game before your guests arrive by making one diaper the “surprise” diaper. Do this by creating a mess inside using chocolate or baby food (if you use chocolate, use the microwave to melt the chocolate. Same rules apply as in the first Dirty Diaper Game.) Prizes can and should be anything you want. Of course, candles are a common prize, but it can be anything you want. Tip: An excellent prize for this baby shower game is the actual candy bar that was placed in the diaper (if you used a candy bar.) You are the hostess, so make it your own! Judo is one my favorite martial arts to apply dirty fighting techniques. I will never forget sparring a guy who was a judo expert and every time I tried to get close to this guy, he would roll away from me. I have a very healthy respect for those who practice and know the secrets of judo.

One of the most dangerous moves I’ve seen in judo is a head or face lock. This particular judo technique is one that is not taught to many students. If you are to practice a head or face lock on a friend of yours, you could kill them, so please practice this move on a dummy. It is just too dangerous to practice on someone who is not a trained expert in judo!

The Most Dangerous Face Lock You Will Ever Use

When your attacker throws a punch, you parry the punch and and then cup the attackers head, while applying the face lock (you have your forearm up under his jaw). You will then put your hip into and start raising up. If you have done this technique properly your opponent will be bent over and your right forearm will be lifted up against his throat. This is one nasty lock to be in and it’s very hard to get out of, without snapping your neck!

Please make sure that you have a professional instructor of judo with you, if you ever apply this on another judo expert for practice. It is very hard to get your hands on a person who is doing a judo roll and I’ve tried, so instead of trying to catch a person rolling, I got smart and learn how to roll myself.
