Syria and Her Chemical Weapons Stash – That My Friends Is Legally Defined As WMD

When the Saddam regime was found to have WMD, and we know they had chemical and biological agents, because the United States had actually sold them some once upon a time, long ago, and they still had that their stockpiles when we had Gulf War II. Apparently, much of it was smuggled out a few days before the United States military’s assault on Baghdad.

The Russians had convinced the Saddam regime that the United States military would never go into Baghdad, that shows how little the Russians what they know about us Yankees, or even what they know about Texas for that matter – in any case, much of that WMD stockpile we believe ended up in Syria, and some Libya. Okay so let’s talk shall we?

There was an intriguing piece in Dark Government online news recently titled; “U.S. Warns: Syria Moving Chemical Weapons from Storage,” by Graham Smith, and another piece in the Wall Street Journal the day before on July 13, 2012. The Dark Government article stated;

“The country has started to move part of its chemical weapons arsenal out of storage facilities, U.S. officials have warned. American officials are divided on the reason for moving the arsenal. Some fear Assad may want to use the weapons against rebels or civilians, while others said perhaps he is trying to safeguard them from his opponents. U.S. State Department said: “We repeatedly made it clear that the Syrian government has a responsibility to safeguard its stockpiles of chemical weapons.”

Only a couple of reasons they’ve moved this stuff; to protect it as they are worried about the opposition getting it, or they want to use it and think they may need it. Lastly, they could be moving it if they think the government is going to fall, and put it at the Russian base in Syria, and you know some of this stuff is the WMD that came out of Iraq, so, it would also help President Bush’s legacy in the history books when we find out all what’s there. Interesting development I’d say – yes?

The WSJ article titled; “US Concerned as Syria Moves Chemical Stockpile” by Julian E. Barnes, Jay Solomon, and Adam Entous explained how “Some US officials fear Damascus intends to use the weapons against the rebels,” to which I’d say, sure, that is a distinct possibility, but by the time we know that, well, it would obviously be far too late.

With the Russians also involved much as they were with the Saddam regime, Gaddafi regime, prior to their falls, this could get really interesting from a spy novel reader point of view. I mean who could make this stuff up anyway – it’s just too real to life, because it is. Indeed I hope you will please consider all this and think on it.
