For many people, the thought of venturing out of their bodies is discomforting but they would still love to enjoy astral experiences. Remote viewing dreams are the answer. One can see and experience the astral plane without the out-of-body shock.

Remote viewing is the ability to see objects and situations that are remote from the person’s current location. Remote envisioning is accomplished by projecting your vision through the astral dream realm and back into the physical world in a remote location. Many psychics have used their paranormal viewing abilities to help the police solve crimes and some psychic specialists have been credited with performing government sponsored espionage.

The main difference between an astral out-of-body adventure and a remote viewing dream is that the astral dreamer is limiting which senses they will employ. I’ll use a roller-coaster ride as an example. Suppose that you want to know what a thrilling ride on a roller-coaster is like but that you know your stomach gets queasy even on a bus. You might view a 3D projection of a video shot from the roller-coaster instead. That way you could enjoy the sight and sound sensations without the severely upset stomach that the physical actuality of the roller coaster would bring. Astral projection dreams can be a projection of your sight and hearing only where your full astral consciousness remains in the security of your physical body.

So how are remote viewing dreams accomplished? The experienced astral traveler can initiate astral projecting simply by meditating to attain the optimum relaxation state and then by sending their awareness out. But for the novice, it is not quite that easy. Actually, projecting ones awareness out to a remote place is not all that difficult. I think the hardest part is achieving the optimum mental state of physical and astral being.

To physically prepare for remote viewing dreams I recommend using brain entrainment recordings. These recordings automatically enable a person to reach an altered mental state that might otherwise take them years of meditation training to achieve.

Then to mentally prepare, you should maintain optimism that you will be able do any astral discipline. I can’t stress this one enough. If a person makes an attempt at a remote viewing experience with the intent of proving to themselves that astral projection dreams are impossible, then they will fail at remote viewing but they will succeed at their negative objective. However if your goal is actually learning how to learn remote viewing and other astral projection techniques, then you can succeed.

Finally when you’re ready to take the astral plunge into distance viewing dreams, you simply send your partial consciousness to the remote destination you wish to see.
