Except Bangkok, all other tiers have three titles each, corresponding to the levels. For Bangkok, there are four titles. The general idea is that for level one mastery, your title is the name of the job tier. For instance, if you were doing the Boss job in New York, and finished it, your title would be Boss. For higher levels, that would become Skilled Boss and Master Boss.

Similarly, for the Moscow jobs, you get Pakhan, Umelyj Pakhan and Matyoryj Pakhan, the last two corresponding to the words Skilled and Master (or Mature). There are similar titles for Cuba as well as many more for the usual Robbery tiers.
