Philosophy is anthropocentric because it uses man as the measure to understand the universe. In my opinion this does not necessarily have to be wrong.. Man has been created in the image of God and as such he is the crown of creation; unlike the otherwise mightier angels. However, a truthful philosophy is also theocentric, because one’s view of God determines every aspect of one’s life.

Philosophy, then, tries to understand the universe in the light of God’s and man’s character.. The true philosophy will keep God and man in balance, as the second great commandment is equal to the first. Corrupt philosophies either overemphasise one side or the other to various degrees, or compose dualisms of these various lopsidednesses; as if a man could walk on two crooked crutches!.

So deistic rationalism is too anthropocentric in that God is pictured as too transcendent to impart knowledge directly to us. In that case we are left to the devices of our own minds to philosophize about Creation. Atheistic materialism tends to be anthropocentric (except in cases like the one of Foucault) and denies god totally. Most of the time man is his own god, or he is lost in the universe.

On the other side of the seesaw there is mysticistic pantheism. Here the theocentric side of reality is overemphasized. Man must feel one with God in order to intuitively discover the higher divine truths about himself and Creation. Occultistic polytheism practically denies man’s freedom. So in Hinduism one must deny one’s individuality and try to realize one’s divinity by becoming one with Brahman.

In the first two cases the divinity is reduced to impersonality, and man is elevated to the role of God’s plenipotentiary. In the last two cases the real God is totally ignored, and man exalted either directly to divinity, or indirectly by God’ absence. Polytheism is an empty theocentricity. It pretends to honor the gods, but really turns them into personal extensions of man. Thus God is totally lost. The pantheist set out with “overly emphasizing” God’s importance and the polytheist loses God altogether. So atheism is an empty humanism. It pretends to honor man, but really turns him into a machine, an animal or even less, a chemical reaction.

Humanity overemphasized, then, is a dead alley also. Therefore the true philosophy is the right balance between God and man, Creator and creation. The theocentric and anthropocentric aspects need each other in philosophy. To emphasize God only, or mainly, is wrong, because God has invested all His interest in man. To emphasize man only, or mainly, is wrong as well; because man has God as his highest interest. We can learn this from the Lord Himself, Who stated that the second clause of the great commandment is equal to the first.

It is my understanding that all corrupt philosophies result from the disequilibrium of these two sides of philosophy. Christians may have thought that they had done a good job. But unconsciously, such as the mediaeval scholastics, they put themselves in the center rather than God. God was only included as a top stone, to finish an imposing system. However the winds of time came to corrode at these pyramids of the human mind. And only what was really true in them, still stands.

The true philosophy, however, is not a system, colossally as some may tower above us, but a living Person, namely Christ. In Him God and man are in perfect balance! Yet our own philosophical understandings must remain products off limited minds. There may be a lot of good in our thoughts, but these are always lacking. Therefore they are really corruptions. Nobody this side of the grave can claim to be fully inspired by God. Not even the writers of the Bible could. For some of their writings were not admitted into the canon. Only those that were fully inspired, by miracle, were recognized as such. Human wisdom, also that of the apostle Paul (in his daily life), is never totally inspired. All we can hope for is a form of derived wisdom and knowledge, that is, in our formulations. Yet with Pascal, I say that the heart has reasons that go beyond reason. And it is in the suprarational heart that we grasp the absolutes of God and His Word.

Obviously, the more frequently you used a gun… the more accurate you become(hopefully), and the efficiency of each shot increases. The same is true with the inner working of the human body. Repetitive firing of synapses for a specific movement increase the efficiency of said movement.

Agility, speed, and coordination are those traits most closely associated with this type of neural or learned training, but new conclusions have been drawn that this same type of adaptability holds true for the development of strength endurance.

The practice through repetition idea is not new and is inherent to our ability, as humans, to develop new skills and sharpen existing ones. It is the backbone of most fitness programs, regardless of the desired outcome. Where Grease the Groove differs is in it’s approach to rest… It requires you to stop well before muscle or CNS(Central Nervous System) failure. The breezy weather outside suitably fits your mood as the wind softly blows the curtains. The serenading wind blows and you can see stars shinning their brightest. I pictured this perfect dinner setting with two lovebirds in my mind. I think its pretty romantic and perhaps it would be a less ordinary occasion for any couple. Yet my idea of romance is more than just candle lit dinners, its just not a perfect night of saying ‘I love you’s’ and savoring a single day of happiness. Maybe moments like these are necessary because they give us a lift, an extraordinary feeling and it certainly tells us that sometimes its important to spend quality time together.

Romancing is just not an affair that you keep for the sake of it and not because you are scared to be alone. Its that love in your heart for a person that takes you beyond your horizons and farer than you can imagine.

A perfect romance is loving wholeheartedly without any reservations. It is accepting each other just the way he or she is,it is tolerating each others’ temper and the things you don’t always agree to. It is trusting and being honest.It is having dreams of a life together.

Romancing is doing things for each other and never having to ask the other person to repay you back. My whole idea of romance comes down to love because love is the reason why it all began and it is this driving force that is going to stand the test of time.

It may not be frequently or may not even be once-in-a-year thing that you have romantic candle lit dinners or it may be that you never have it at all. One thing I can assure you, if you love with all your heart, no matter what situation you are in, then you are romancing all the way.

For romance is just a virtue of love.All I know about it is that you do everything and anything for your soulmate with love, counting the joys of simply being in each other’s presence, watching rainbows, going for walks, taking care of each other and just treading life together through thick and thin. Until one truly loves, he has never romanced.

If you use mind power to focus consistently on what you want, you will get it! It’s that simple. However many people fail to focus correctly and end up getting nowhere or even worse getting something they don’t want.

What happens when you focus is that you start making pictures of what you want. You’ve probably experienced this as you dream about your holidays, going out for a great day with your loved ones, or having a great meal at your dream restaurant. – When you had these dreams, did they not have a tendency to come true?

The processes of focussing works because your mind creates an image of what you want. It creates pictures, sounds, feelings and sometimes even smells and tastes. The way that the pictures are made up will be unique to you as an individual, however, we all do this in one way or another.

These pictures are then fed to the subconscious mind, which will then take them and start figuring out how to get the pictures you’ve been showing it. Over time, with persistence in focussing on one thing, and taking the actions that occur to you, you will find that you will obtain the thing you have been picturing, step by step.

Use mind power for success

The good news is that you can use this same mind power to achieve all your goals. What you have to do is build a dream about any goal that you want to achieve.

There are many ways that you can do this. One popular way is visualization in which you literally picture yourself having achieved your goal – just like you pictured yourself at your favourite restaurant eating that meal.

The picture should be vivid, it should be ‘real’, it should be charged with emotion. Just like your dream. Use your mind power to maximise the clarity of your dreams. You should write it down because you are going to have to come back to this same dream time and time again until you have go there!

Once you have your dream, use mind power to play back that dream as often as you can. Once a day is good, ten times is much better. I find that one good visualization session a day combined with playing back highlights at other times is very effective.

Warning – there’s a “bug” in your mental software!

One mistake people sometimes make is to focus on what they don’t want. For example your goal might be “I don’t want to be poor” rather than “I want to be rich”.

The problem is that if you focus on not being poor, rather than being rich, you are going to form pictures of being poor and show these pictures to your subconscious mind. The bug is that your subconscious mind doesn’t understand the word “not” so it take the pictures at face value and gets you what you’ve shown it – poverty.

Do you know if your mind’s focussing on what you want

This bug is very dangerous. You may spend a few minutes a day doing some good positive visualization and then for the rest of the day you may return to your normal mental state of avoiding what it is you don’t want. This will undo all the good work and effort you’ve put in during the positive visualizations.

As well as using your mind power for positive focussing on your goals, you must use your mind power to make sure you don’t inadvertently focus on what you don’t want. It’s not easy and it may take some time to master this, but it’s worthwhile if you can.

Use your mind power to focus on what you want and to avoid focussing on what you don’t want. Use your mind power persistently and take action and you will achieve your goals and dreams!

Total $ per sale: This is the price the product sells for; this is not the amount you get paid. The amount you receive as an affiliate is the avge $ per sale. Remember if several products are sold (i.e. upgrades, bonuses, downgrades) then your actual commission may not reflect any of the figures in the information given that’s why averages are calculated instead.

% referred: This is the percentage of people who saw the product ad who then decided to buy the product. If you have a small list you may wish to go for a higher conversion rate to counteract this.

6. The best way to sort is by popularity or gravity. Vendor Spotlights are another way to help you find a good product as they are highlighted articles by ClickBank about certain products. You’ll see the vendor spotlight link under the “Promote” button

7. If you are planning on e-mailing people your product link look for a vendor with pre-written sales e-mails which you can cut and paste – easy! Go to the vendor’s website where you should be able to see afiliate tools like e-mail letters, buttons and banners.

8. When you’ve found a product you’d like to promote click on the green “Promote” button.

9. A new screen will pop up asking for your account nickname which you entered when you signed up. You can also enter an optional tracking ID but you don’t have to worry about it. 10. One of the most persuasive problems that couples have when trying to reconcile after a husband’s affair is the wife believing that he truly still loves her and wants to be with her. This can be particularly true if he made claims to be “in love” with the other woman.

Sometimes, the other woman will make this claim (while the husband denies it) and the wife will desperately want to believe that it isn’t even close to being the truth. Someone might ask: “do married men ever tell the other woman that they are in love with her? The other woman my husband cheated with is telling me that he told her that he’d never loved anymore more than he loves her. I find this a little hard to believe. I come from a culture where the mistress was sort of disrespected and every one knew that it was only about sex. People generally believed that a man loves his wife, but he lusts after his mistress. In my mind’s eye, I pictured my husband having sex with her without much conversation and without exchanging words about their feelings. But she insists that this is not true. She insists that he told her that he loved her almost every time that they were together. Of course, she has no proof of this whatsoever. So that makes me not believe her even more. And my husband denies ever expressing feelings of love for her. I want to save my marriage, but I am not sure that I am going to be able to if I believe he actually loved her. The affair is over. He has been with me pretty much every waking moment since I found out about it, so I do believe that he has broken it off and perhaps her whole ‘love’ claims are because she’s trying to split us up so she can have him. But it makes me curious if married men tell the other woman that they love her.”

Men Can Express Love For Various Deceptive Reasons: From the correspondence that I get, it is pretty clear that in some instances, yes, this claim is made. I think that the reasons why a husband makes this claim can certainly vary. Some men are dealing with a woman who isn’t going to carry out the affair unless she believes that he loves her and that they are going to have a future. (And so he tells her what she wants to hear.) Other men may truly believe that they are in love with her in that moment in time, but then quickly change their minds when they are faced with the prospect of losing their marriages.

Putting It In Perspective: I know that what I am about to say may seem insensitive and I don’t intend for it to come out that way. But think for a second about what really matters. Your husband has made no attempt to see her and he seems perfectly content to end the affair and move on with his marriage. Does this sound like a man who is desperately in love with the other woman?

If he loved her that much, he would have refused to end the affair and would still actively be in that relationship. But this is not the case. He chose you. And he chose to break things off with her abruptly and completely. This is not the behavior of a man who is deeply in love with another woman.

And I am not defending the behavior of your husband or any man who cheats. I know first hand just how hurtful and devastating that behavior is. At the same time though, I do believe that most men are telling the other woman what he thinks she wants to hear.

Why An Affair Doesn’t Meet The Criteria For A ‘Loving’ Relationship: A relationship based on lies and secrets can’t be a very loving relationship, by definition alone. Most of the time, the other woman desperately wants to believe that she is loved because it makes the whole thing easier for her. I’m not saying that she’s lying. He may have told her that he loved her. But his behavior right now does not indicate that he does.

We all know that truly loving relationships are built over time. They require honestly, loyalty, and truth. They often come about gradually and they mature as the couple weathers storms together. Most of the time, an affair does not meet this criteria. It is a short term thing that generally happens when a man is struggling emotionally and therefore has nothing emotional to give to the other woman. It may make her feel better to think he loves her. But the fact that he keeps her a secret, gives her scraps of his time, and usually drops her the second his wife finds out is not very indicate of true love.

So yes, married men do sometimes tell the other woman that he loves her. But certainly, not all of them mean it. Many say it just to make things seem easier from a moral point of view. And they quickly back away from this view once they have been caught or once enough time passes so they can see their feelings a little more clearly.

Today they are nearly as common as pigeons; walking through the city centre of Leeds on this bitter cold winter’s day I must have counted at least 30 pairs of Ugg Boots donning the feet of women (and 1 man) of all ages, in many different styles and shades. In the colder months the infamous sheep’s wool lined boot it seems could possibly be one of the best inventions ever, if their popularity is anything to go by.

Now I am actually throwing this statement out as a question, as I am one of the seemingly small minority of women who have never owned a pair of Uggs. That’s right, and until today I had never even tried a pair on. But being involved in the sale of shoes online and seeing first hand how many pairs fly off the shelves each month (and with England experiencing her coldest blip since 1981 apparently) I have recently come to ask myself exactly why I haven’t yet jumped on the Ugg wagon, and what have I been missing out on?

The Ugg style of boot originated in either Australia or New Zealand (there is debate over exactly which country) and have been pictured on the feet of pilots as early as during World War I. Since then they have also been worn by sheep shearers in Australia, and to keep the feet of surfers and swimmers warm when out of the water, in various countries. The insulative properties of sheepskin are what allow the boots to keep your feet toasty warm against the elements; the fleecy fibres of their linings keep your feet at body temperature by allowing air to circulate the feet. So there is obviously a clever science to this footwear, and I am thinking there may be a more attractive alternative to the 3 pairs of socks I am wearing under my wellies this week….

So I took myself into the city, and did not have to walk far until I came across a shop displaying Uggs in their window. Inside I approached the stand where a multitude of differently designed boots stood; yet all instantly recognizable as Uggs, with the branded label at the back of the heel. I picked up a few styles, pawing the different materials and fastenings and considering if I went for the classic style would I go for a short or tall? Black, Tan or Brown? So many decisions to be made! But the best bit was when I actually tried a pair of boots on – and for the fist time felt what Merino Sheeps’ wool felt like on bare feet. How could I have denied my tootsies this dreamy sensation up until now? – it felt like 10 little bunnies had come and sat themselves around each foot, giving me their warmth and tickling my toes with their soft fur!

And that was it, I think I have finally given into the love of Uggs and am considering buying a pair online this week. I must admit I did wince a bit at the price tag – at around £200 for the Classic Tall style, I am going to do my research into similar brands who have followed suit with wool lined winter boots first. But that moment my feet shared with a pair of Uggs today may not be easily matched, and I may have already bought into the brand, helpless to fight it any more…

A Tool For Job Seekers

There’s a huge buzz out there in the world of social networking, and it goes by the name of Twitter. If you’re on MySpace, Facebook, or LinkedIn, this may at first glance, appear to be “more of the same.” A closer review of it’s properties reveal that this is an application that is worthwhile weather you are a small business person attempting to utilize additional channels for marketing, or you are a job seeker, looking to connect with quality hiring managers and recruiters.

If you’re not familiar with how Twitter works, here’s how to get started in about ten minutes time:

1. Go to Twitter’s homepage, and click on the sign up button.

When you select a user name, keep in mind that this is the name that others will see when you communicate with them. Basically, what I’m saying here is if you are a professional looking to be hired as Finance Director at an International Bank, you may not want to have the Twitter alias of “hotpants69.”

2. Upload a good picture of yourself.

Especially when you’re job hunting, it’s important that you aren’t pictured doing any activity that you would not want to be brought up during your face to face interview. If you don’t have a good picture in the photo album archives, put on your “Sunday’s best,” and have your significant other or friend take a digital head shot. Try to stand in front of a plan wall, so that the background won’t be a distraction from your appearance.

3. Click on the Device tab in Settings, and you can send and receive text messages from followers.

My first reaction to this was – NO WAY! Why would I want to have to deal with voicemail, email, and now an abundance of text messages? Trust me, as you use Twitter, you’ll see how handy it is for an HR director or your Recruiter to send you a quick text to let you know the date and time of your interview. This is just one example – you can use this to your full advantage.

4. Click on the Notices tab in Settings, to control how much communication you receive.

Here, you can choose whether you want to receive a reminder email if you haven’t updated your status within the last 24 hours, and you can approve or deny whether you want to receive notices when you have a new follower, direct text emails, and the newsletter.

5. Click on the Design tab in Settings, and either pick an available theme, or choose your customized background and colors.

Get creative, but when you’re attempting to land a job – go professional. It’s common sense, but again, you want to stay away from posting that background picture that shows you and your buddies in a drunken stooper last weekend. Another good rule of thumb, if your mother wouldn’t approve of the picture, just save it in your personal photo album.

Even though it may seem overwhelming with the large volumes of social networking tools that are out there, it’s important to pick and choose those sites that are going to provide you with results. If your goal is to find a new job in this economy, you can’t afford not to give Twitter a try.

However, the Supernova you can buy today is not the same version as the type used by Gallagher though.  The original instrument played by Noel is now displayed in the O2 arena in England as part of the British Music Experience exhibition. Designed to copy that guitar, the public version of this guitar features a a different shape, style and several minor alterations such as featuring different models of pick ups, Alnico 57s rather than mini humbucker pickups which can be found on the original.

The Epiphone Supernova is not made any longer but was designed in several different colors including the infamous signature union jack model requested by Noel Gallagher. The others were blue to represent the Manchester City Football Club that the band champions, Cherry Red and a rare Ebony Black model. The Supernova features large parallelogram fret markers, a slim, long scale neck, a rose wood fretboard, a vintage tremolo, a laminated and hollow body which makes it light to use and better to play. The pick guard has Noels signature on and features the Epiphone logo. The Epiphone Supernova produces clear sounds that are suitable for blues or rock. Although it sounds a little like a more pricy Gibson guitar, the Epiphone Supernova will deliver the results you need. The build quality is also excellent and should be without any issues. It is overall, an excellent guitar and well worth spending your money on – especially if you also enjoy Noel Gallagher and Oasis!
