Computer networking could be understood by separating the two words in the term. A “computer” as we know is a complex machine that helps us to process information. “Networking” refers to linking or connecting. Hence computer networking would simply mean getting two or more computers connected. When we say the word “connected” in this reference, we mean that one computer could be accessed through the other.

CNN anchor Anderson Cooper recently did a two-part series on the business practices of the nation’s largest property/casualty insurance company and Allstate Insurance. It was the culmination of an 18-month CNN investigation of low-impact, soft-tissue injury accidents around the country. The series was then broadcast on CNN. These three major insurance companies joined together (add Liberty Mutual) and hired the legendary business consulting firm McKinsey and Company. McKinsey, in their customary fashion, looked at the insurance companies’ business practices and made recommendations on how to increase profits in a report entitled “The Three Ds: Delay, Deny and Defend.”

In delaying a claim, insurance companies place significant financial pressure on a policyholder or claimant. That pressure can force a policyholder or claimant to accept a much smaller claim settlement amount.

By denying a claim, insurance companies force policyholders and claimants to seek legal representation. Many personal injury attorneys are reluctant to take on a client for a small loss, since attorneys often work on contingency fee schedules. So, in the absence of good legal representation, policyholders and claimants are once again forced to accept “lowball” settlement amounts from insurers.

In defending a claim, the insurance companies take the position of forcing the policyholder first into the Appraisal process found in most policies. This requires that each party choose a representative, and then the representatives choose and umpire. The agreement of any two of the three chosen constitutes the claim amount. But this will add months to any claim process. The next step for the policyholder or claimant is to file a lawsuit. This will add years to the eventual settlement…if they can find legal representation and pay for it.

Insurance companies have taken this position with the intent of making the legal process so costly for personal injury attorneys that they become even more reluctant to accept new clients for small cases.

So far, the “Delay, Deny and Defend” tactics have been wildly successful for any insurance company that has adopted the tactics. Industry profits have risen considerably over the past few years, despite significant catastrophic events such as Hurricane Katrina and other Gulf Coast hurricanes since 2004.

If you have read any of my past articles on Chaldean numerology, you already know that individual energies and meanings are connected to the symbols that we see as numbers and letters. Chaldean numerology allows you to peek into your ‘self’ from an unusual vantage point and to ‘see’ the specific vibrations that reside in your name energy…and some are more potent than others. Thankfully, there is a inherent stability here as well (due to its placement in the middle of the numeric scale of 1 to 10) which means that although this number essence holds the power to bring about major life changes, it also keeps one relatively intact even through some rather bumpy transitions.

It is said that nothing convinces us of anything better than personal experience. Having said that, here is where ‘the proof’s in the pudding’ came in for me — after working with the Chaldean system for over 20 years, I was about to hit the half-century mark myself — and I watched the ‘big 5-0’ approach with a blend of trepidation and excitement. I knew things would be a-changing, but I did not know to what extent (the cipher adds ‘ooomph’ to the power of the 5) or exactly how these changes would happen. Let me just say that the robust and unpredictable 5-0 vibration did not disappoint! This energy turned everything I thought I knew about my life on its head…but my work with the Chaldean system had prepared me for this shift. I knew it was coming, so the events that transpired were not truly a surprise. Here is a brief synopsis of my 50th year and the changes it wrought.

Under the early influence of the 50, I was unexpectedly hospitalized and underwent major surgery — which my surgeon later labelled an “operation from hell”. After a remarkably short recovery period, I relocated my consulting business, a process that was fairly labor intensive…but the changes were just beginning. Within a few weeks, I found myself boarding the first of a series of planes and leaving the country, which introduced a travel theme — I boarded more planes during the next six months than I have in my entire life and accumulated more airmiles than your average flight attendant. During this same time frame, I ended a long-term relationship as well as a long-term friendship and found myself a long-lost soulmate. I ate plenty of lobster, drank plenty of wine and bleached my hair — my senses were certainly titillated! I spent countless hours ‘communicating’ which took the form of writing Chaldean reports and editing my manuscript on the same subject. Suffice it to say that the content, location and direction of my life had been completely changed — and then the Universe had its way with me again and reversed my course: essentially, the Universe put me where it wanted me and slammed the door so I could not back track. Once again, the content, location and direction of my life was completely changed. Quite the joker, that 5.

My 50th year encapsulated the energies of the 5 in such direct and often crazy ways that I was actually relieved when I turned 51, which is influenced more by domestic love and community involvement…while changes will continue, they will be based in a calmer and more nurturing energy.

My roller coaster ride through the energies of the 50 confirms that numbers play an important and undeniable role in our lives and that awareness of upcoming phases can provide valuable insight and guidance along our individual paths. Day 19 -21 (includes the weekend review time)

Today, we’re drilling down to observe how to overcome fears of failure and success.  Both of these fears can paralyze one from taking any action at all, and of course, success in anything is tied up in taking massive action.

In order to eliminate fears, we must change our mental rules. First, what must happen for you to feel successful and to feel like a failure? Define specifically what that looks like for you. Then, you must create new definitions for what has to happen for you to feel successful and to feel like a failure.  Developing new rules by which you can happily achieve your goals, well, that really can make for a more satisfying life.

For example, at the beginning of this lesson, my old definition of success was:

I wanted to achieve reasonable goals by accomplishing several things each day directly related to financial gain. I wanted time left over for hobbies, play and other areas of endeavor.  Achieving that felt like success to me. Your definition is bound to be different, but the idea is to identify where you are NOW. make success achievable so it can easily be attained.

To feel like a failure, my definition was:

I let things go that I know are good for me. That includes not following through on actions that are directly connected to success.

Where did our rules come from? Who designed the success and failure rules we live by? Are they empowering or dis-empowering? Can they be improved?

I didn’t think my old rules were wrong.. just maybe not complete.

So, here’s my new definition of success:

To live in a forward posture, learn and grow with expectancy and curiosity. To Boldly, confidently experience my life so that no matter what happens, I will be able, to the best of my ability,  choose my attitude and my desired outcome, without fear.

And my new definition of failure:

To live in fear with no hope of improvement. But even then, I’d learn something, so then it wouldn’t really be failure, would it?

Huge difference! Changing those definitions have given me ways to be far more successful, more often, and basically eliminate failure.

Let’s look at taking a core fear and getting rid of it. This is called the “erasure technique” and it really blew my mind! I don’t know if you’re like me, but I’ve had several events in my life with strong negative emotions connected to them. From time to time, they just run themselves like a movie and the same angry, sad, fearful, emotions come up again. I have tried various techniques to try and diffuse them (and it has helped quite a bit), but I wanted to see if I could get even more leverage.

OK, are you ready? Here’s the technique. Stand up tall and straight, feeling really great.  Say “boom” or “great” or some other word to anchor the feeling. Now, watch the memory of some old, big mistake you made. Pick a really big one!  Run it forward, but at a distance like you’re in the audience watching. Now run it backwards faster and faster. Repeat it several times, but add clown suits, costumes, funny voices, big ears, just make it silly. Run it back and forth in your mind until you actually smile when you think about this. What you’ve just done is break up the old pattern, much like scratching a record until it can’t play anymore.

Think about the pain connected to not being free of these old memories and get yourself enough leverage to take the time to do this. You can do this technique for each one.

The second part of today’s lesson had to do with rejection. Many people have allowed rejection to influence their lives. Tony talks about making similar changes when dealing with this emotion as when dealing with success and failure.

1).   Decide that rejection will not control your life.

2).   Get leverage by understanding the price you pay if you fear rejection. Also, what are all the benefits for not being affected by rejection.

Create a new set of rules for rejection. Learn that no matter what someone says or how they respond, it may be their issue. Massive rejection is really one of the keys to success. As you get stronger, sometimes the old friendships and associations you had may drift away. The dynamic changes you are adopting causes you to attract in new friends that reflect the new values you are developing. Condition yourself to feel strong when you get rejected. Create helpful anchors to control access to the strength you wish to feel.

Assignment:

Write down 2 failure and 2 rejection events.

What benefits were there from those 4 experiences?

Now, use the erasure technique to change them.

Don’t forget to also write down three money making ideas. Grow your mental portfolio for your future.

RBC Life is a health and wellness MLM company that was founded in 1991. It is located in Dallas, TX. It was formally known as Royal Body Care and Life Sciences, but they changed the name to the shorter RBC Life for their MLM opportunity. RBC Life offers five different types of products including Energy and Fitness and Anti-Aging. The newest product available in their product line is NeuroBright. It is based off of the broad-spectrum antioxidant Microhydrin, and combined with eight other antioxidants for a mixture that they call Microhydrin Plus. The effectiveness of this product has been debated by different scientists, but the evidence seems to point to the face that the ingredients are beneficial, and they help prevent mental illness such as Alzheimer’s.

There are numerous ways available to make money with the RBC Life Compensation Plan. The most popular package is the business builder package which is $485 and includes $450 in personal products. The upfront elements of compensation are a direct bonus of $75 for signing up new distributors and a power bonus of up to $25 which goes 8 levels deep. As far as the residual income it is a binary compensation system with some extra bonuses and a bonus pool added in.

All in all RBC looks like a completely legitimate network marketing company. While there are many MLM health and wellness companies, that industry is estimated at nearly a trillion dollars. Marketing training seems to be the weakest part of RBC as they don’t seem to be teaching the latest strategies for building a network marketing opportunity. They seem to preach the tired old methods of calling friends and family and holding home meetings which may work fine for some, but the vast majority of people are going to need to know cutting edge marketing strategies.

The easiest way for a beginner to see success in RBC Life is to leverage the power of the Internet to generate new leads everyday. Using old school network marketing tactics it is very difficult to have enough people to talk to. Old school network marketing techniques are no longer viable for most people. With the proper training and systems in place RBC Life would be a great company to grow a thriving organization.

Improvement is a constant process. You can’t think about personal development as a one time process. If it was possible, you would never again need to read another personal development book in your life. There are these simple ideas that you need to follow continuously and consistently to improve your life and learn the life’s simple lessons.

Here, I’ve listed four simple activities that will definitely make a difference to your life in the long run. I’ve began to realize their benefits in people who are practicing them already.

1. Create new habits again and again

If you don’t create your own self-discipline, someone will impose them upon you. You should realize that discipline is the key to any success. A schedule, a priority, a code of conduct and rules: these things bring you alluring success. We might realize that these are tough words but in fact, when you start following them, they become easy and fun. Discipline is fun. Every successful person has discipline and they are passionate about it.

3. Make New Friends

If you want to improve your life in long run, make sure you make new friend all the time and everywhere you go. Making new friends means you are creating connection around yourself that inform you, help you and be with you. They are the people we share our lives with. Staying connected and making friends is totally different though. For example, Facebook is about staying connected while meeting a guy in the bus and both of you enjoying each other’s company even for that short trip is friendship.

4. Keep a journal of things

I loved writing journals when I didn’t have a blog. Get a blog or a diary where you can life stream your ideas, thoughts, lessons, memories. Then one day, you come back to what you have written and amaze yourself at how much you have improved, enjoyed and learned since you wrote that entry in your journal.

In this article, I will give you an objective and critical review of the WorldVentures Business Opportunity, briefly highlight their products and pay plan, and give you a few pros and cons that I see with their model. First, Let’s Go Over Their Two Products

1. The first product they market is the Leisure Travel Consultant package, or LTC. Now, what is the LTC package? As a WorldVentures rep, you’re giving someone the chance to have their very own travel-booking-engine website. They can book their own travel on it, or they can get the word out to people they know to book their travel on their site. As travel gets booked on their website, they would earn a small commission.

2. The second product is their flagship product, the Dream Trips Membership. As a WorldVentures rep, you can sell memberships and make a small commission every time you sell a membership. What is exactly is the Dream Trips Membership? In a nutshell, customers are buying into a “travel club” that allows them to leverage the buying power of tens of thousands of other members, giving them the opportunity to travel at discounted, wholesale prices.

Now Let’s Jump Into How You Get Paid In WorldVentures

There are several ways to get paid in WorldVentures. Keep in mind, you have the ability to decide if you want to get paid a little… or a lot. It all depends on your efforts and your goals. Also, in this part of the article, I will explain the compensation plan only.

Here is the simplified explanation of the compensation plan:

1. Direct Commissions – You can earn $20 for every new sale you personally make. This can be a Dreamtrips membership sale, a Leisure Travel Consultant package sale or both (2-for-1 combo). You can make an unlimited amount of sales and therefore generate an unlimited amount of $20 commissions.

2. Personal Sales Bonus – On top of the direct commissions, you can also earn a Personal Sales Bonus for every 6 personal sales you make. You can earn this bonus as many times as you want. This Personal Sales Bonus consists of $250 in cash and $100 in Training Dollars. Training Dollars can be used for any training events you attend that the company puts on. Again, I want to emphasize that you can earn this bonus over and over again and this is on top of the Direct Commissions you would have also earned for the 6 sales that enabled you to get a Personal Sales Bonus.

3. Weekly Team Building Bonuses (Cycles) – With WorldVentures, you only have to build 2 teams: a right time and a left team. As you build these two teams out, sales will be made. Now, every time there 3 sales made on the left team and 3 sales made on the right team, a $100 cycle bonus gets paid to you. Keep in mind, these sales can be made by anyone on your team… In other words, when there are 3 sales made ANYWHERE in your left team and 3 sales made ANYWHERE in your right team, this bonus gets released. Here’s am important detail about Cycle Bonuses: the company pays out a $200 cycle bonus to you every time you cycle within your first 60 days. After your first 60 days, you can continue to earn this $200 cycle bonus as long as your are cycling at least 3 times a week.

4. Residual Income – For every 6th cycle, you will earn $20-$40 in passive, re-occurring residual income. Keep in mind that as you continue to cycle over time, this residual income will continue to grow. This is a very important aspect to think about if you want to become financially independent. What would it be like if your monthly residual income was equivalent to your monthly expenses? Over time, you can potentially have this happen and not have to worry about your monthly bills.

5. Travel Dollars – Like the residual income payout, for every 6th cycle, you’ll also earn $100 Travel Dollars. These “dollars” can be redeemed for travel booked through Rovia (air, car, hotel and cruise). This is an awesome feature as you can literally travel for free (since you’re simply redeeming your Travel Dollars when you travel) and anyone within your immediate family can redeem them.

6. Lifestyle Bonuses – As you promote yourself through the WorldVentures compensation plan, there are some very lucrative Lifestyle Bonuses you can earn. For example, once you hit the position of Regional Marketing Director, the company will give you a $1,000 a month Dream Car Bonus that you can use to make a monthly payment to the car of your choice. And once you hit the position of International Marketing Director, you’ll receive a $1,500 a month Dream Car Bonus and a $3,000 a month Dream House Bonus that you can apply to your house payment. This is a very lucrative feature because the average family’s two biggest expenses are the car payment and mortgage payment. These bonuses equate to over $50,000 a year… which is on top of your actually income from the compensation plan.

WorldVentures also has a recognition program and rewards people for their hard work. For example, once you earn $100,000 a year, WorldVentures rewards you with their $100,000 Ring (their version of the Superbowl ring). And lastly, you can qualify to get a position placed above your curent position upon hitting IMD in the company.

So as you can see, the compensation plan is pretty good and you can make a good income by simply helping people save money on travel and/or helping others get involved with the company. With that said, let me now go into 2 pros and 2 cons from my perspective.

First, The Pros:

1. Timing – WorldVentures is positioned in front of three booming trends: The $8 Trillion Travel Industry, The Baby Boomers and The Network Marketing Industry. On top of that, WorldVentures itself is very young and there is plenty of room to grow and expand.

2. Sizzle Product – As a rep, you’ll have the luxury of selling a product that almost everybody loves or wants to do – VACATION! It’s easy, fun and exciting to talk about. And if you can help people save money on their vacations or help people make money on their own travel, it’s a win-win situation.

And Now The Cons:

1. Breakage In Compensation Model (Binary) – There are several features in the Comp Plan that are designed to NOT pay you what you’re worth or deserve. For example, the pay plan runs on a Binary model which pays you on two legs. In ANY Binary, there is a strong leg (power leg) and a weaker leg (pay leg). Think about this for a second. Let’s say you know a guy that you recruit into your business. Now, let’s say he becomes the company superstar and explodes his business by building a team of THOUSANDS of reps. Chance are he is in your strong leg (power leg). Well, you get paid squat on him and his team. But wait! Wasn’t it YOU who contacted and recruited him? Wasn’t it YOU who helped him build his team in the early stages? Doesn’t the company STILL bring in THOUSANDS of dollars of revenue monthly on that team that you built? Why won’t they pay YOU on all that revenue that your superstar is responsible for? Because he is in your strong leg (power leg). This is CRITICAL if you’re considering the WorldVentures Opportunity. At some point, you won’t get paid on your BEST people (assuming they are in your power leg).

(By the way, this doesn’t mean ALL binaries are bad. There are some companies that run on a binary model but have components in their comp plan that enable you to profit from BOTH legs.)

2. Breakage In The WorldVentures Compensation Plan – WorldVentures also has a ton of breakage in it’s comp plan. For example, a MAJOR area where there’s breakage in the comp plan is the fact that you don’t qualify to get paid residuals until you’re a Director (which means you have a minimum of 90 active reps on both your right and left legs. Well, I guarantee you there are hundreds upon hundreds of reps that are not Directors but have built decent teams who don’t get paid residuals (but yet the company still brings in that monthly revenue).

Should You Join?

WorldVentures is a legitimate business opportunity. However, it’s critical that you do your research first and identify if it’s the opportunity you’re looking for. For example, if you’re interested in getting in on the front end of a young company and ride the momentum that can potentially occur when the company hits momentum, then WorldVentures may be for you. But if you’re interested in building residuals DAY ONE and getting paid equally on your WHOLE team, then WorldVentures may not be for you.

Some true Christian believers in a New World Order, a growing number of them in fact, are “Dominion Theology” folks. I’m sure it is only coincidental that the company that helped steal our major election is named “Dominion.” But the philosophy behind these “theologians” is just as faulty and just as dangerous.

That philosophy which is stealing the hearts of millions of believers is the idea that Christians are world changers, conquerors of all the areas of human life and thought. Christians, they say, are to be leaders in every imaginable field of endeavor. Finance. Recreation. Business. The Movies. Everything.

They are in fact to take dominion over all humans in the name of Jesus, then present to Jesus a perfect world when He returns.

No. That’s not true. But you see how globalism even enters the hearts of God’s people and makes them join hands with other globalists, especially Globalist number one in the “Christian” world, the Pope of Rome.

Jesus called His people to a cross. He called them to suffering. Poverty. He called them to bring others by the foolishness of preaching, into the Kingdom. We are aliens here, looking for a city. We are on a pilgrimage, asking others to join with us in our trek to the heavenly Canaan.

None of that changed in our generation. Those that have followed this dream have gone astray and will suffer great loss, if they are saved at all. Some have joined us thinking the Christian walk is a power play, a way to show off human talents and call it spiritual. A way to “be me”, to glorify flesh, to reach my own personal “destiny” and life goals. Me. Me. Me.

It is not the way of Jesus, this Dominion thing. And it’s been around for decades. If you count Rome’s power plays, it’s been around for centuries! It will fail.

No. It has failed. Is the world better today after all these attempts by so-called Christians to conquer it “for Jesus”? From the Crusades to the mega-congregations of our day, how has society become better and more fit for the return of Christ?

Whether Dominion voting machines or dominion theologians, all attempts by man to manipulate God’s plan will end in awful darkness and shame. Come out. Be separate. Take the offence of the cross on your own shoulder. Suffer shame for His Name.

Dominionists and their friends in Rome may reset history indeed, but Christ will not be in it. Christ suffers alone in yon Garden and on yon hillside. Those who love this Christ, not the fake one being promoted by media and microphone, will go outside the Camp and suffer with Him.

By the way, two true prophets are coming. Only two. They are mentioned in the book of Revelation. They lived once on earth. They never died, but they have an appointment with death and will keep that appointment before a watching world.

These men will teach the truth to God’s people that are left in the world at that time. Precious few. They will also announce truth, we assume, to the world, and accompany their teachings with miracles. As all true prophets they will be hated by the world and worldly believers. Hence their death.

Do any of our modern prophets fear for their lives because of their sugar-coated and mostly false utterances? Show us the scars, and the true miracles and power that accompany true prophets of God.

Oh yes, Paul said we may all “prophesy.” The word of God does indeed find its way into our hearts and then our mouth-gates. And most effectively, those words come from the words of the apostles and prophets of old, found in your Bible. Let the Word of God flow in this way.

But don’t confuse this with the message of the man of God that is straight from heaven. Two men will wrap up prophecy at the very end. Until then, best to pass on these Holy Scriptures to our generation.

For those who know well the Scripture, there will be no great shock when the “beast” of Revelation takes the reins of the new world order and makes it his own personal plaything.
