The Benefits Of Coffee Cup Advertising

Coffee cup advertising and branded paper cups have shown to give a greater positive conception of a brand. Coffee is among the most consumed beverages in society. People drink on average 3 cups of coffee per day. Coffee cups are a great opportunity to expose your brand to mass audiences in a cost-effective way.

You might not believe it but coffee is the world’s valuable traded commodity after oil. Plus there are so many cafes adding a unique caffeine rush to your advertising campaign. Paper cup advertising will bring good results to your business. The price of the cup on the take-away coffee implies about 40% of the hard costs to make the coffee. So just imagine how much you can save on your bottom end costs. Imagine 100,000 mini-billboards delivering your clients message directly into the hands of your country’s biggest salary earners. That’s right. Cup advertising literally take your advertising campaign to the hands of thousands of consumers monthly. Straight from the espresso machines, to the elevators, desks and lunchrooms of corporate people, coffee cup advertising provides the ideal “guerrilla marketing” tactic to your client. Paper cups do provide a funky and effective advertising medium perfect for advertising your website addresses or products and services as part of an effective multi-channel campaign.

Also, coffee cups are attention grabbing. It communicates your message effectively with a 95% read-through ratio – giving the highest reader retention rates in advertising. By turning to paper cup advertising, you not only build awareness through repeated impressions as coffee drinkers typically buy their daily coffee from the same place, you also achieve positive brand perception through coupling your message with the consumption of caffeine and warm beverages. On-the-go people generally consider advertisements as welcome distractions so they receive them positively. Furthermore coffee cups boost customer loyalty, which is something irreplaceable. Customers who receive free items after they buy something usually remain loyal to the company. The company that gives freebies like logo coffee mugs is somehow seen as more stable. Customer loyalty also goes beyond repeat business since loyal customers talk highly of the businesses that they like best.

Perhaps you will be a little worried about another company’s brand being on your paper cup. But you shouldn’t. Firstly, coffee suppliers have been advertising on coffee cups for many years and how has that been of any benefit to you? That’s right, it hasn’t! Secondly, the campaigns show a good and vibrant image. Surveys show that customers are intrigued and interested with regards to the quality and uniqueness of advertised paper cups.

Being aware of the benefits, many businesses owners are now turning to coffee cup advertising to grow their business. They distribute the coffee cups at train stations, motorway service stations, universities, airports and many other locations. With no more expensive packaging costs and an endless supply of vibrant coffee cups to use in the store, the bottom line profits could be making a turn for the up.

From a Cherry to the Cup: The Life and Journey of Coffee Beans

You sit back at your local café, sip your latte or black gold brew, and relax. But did you ever wonder how that Joe got to your cup? Fresh roasted gourmet coffee does not just appear! There is a journey here. Before any roaster can sell coffee wholesale to any café to brew a cup, many things need to happen. Enjoy the journey!

A coffee tree produces a fruit we call a cherry. These are small, like berries and they turn bright red when they are ripe, ready for picking. The skin, is thick and bitter but the fruit underneath is extremely sweet. Its texture is similar to that of grape. Then there is a slimy layer that comes next to help protect the bean. The beans inside are covered by yet another layer that protects the two halves which are covered by yet one last layer called the silver skin. Yeah, a lot of layers! This is where we find the raw green coffee beans.

Each year coffee is harvested during the dry season when the cherries are bright red, glossy, and firm. The actual time of year varies by country of origin (actually the geographic zone determines when). However in general, North of the equator harvests between September and March, and south of the equator harvests April and May. Ripe cherries can be harvested via selective picking; that is harvested by hand. They can also be harvested by the stripping method; that is stripped from the tree with both unripe and overripe beans. Lastly, some farmers use a harvesting machine. Picking the ripe coffee beans from the tree by hand will leave unripe, coffee cherries behind. This is the best way to harvest coffee and will maximize the amount of ripe coffee. The rest will be left on the tree to be harvested at a later time. This is also the most time consuming and labor intensive way of harvesting so not all farmers do it.

Processing takes place next. The bean has to be removed from the cherry and that is done in a couple of ways depending on the country of origin. The wet process is the process in which the fruit is removed from the seeds (beans) before they are dried. The wet process method is also called washed coffee. In this method the fruit is removed in water. Coffee beans can be dried in the sun or by machine but in most cases they are dried on patios in the sun.

The dry process is also known as unwashed or natural process. It is the oldest method of processing coffee where the entire cherry is cleaned and then placed in the sun to dry on tables or in thin layers on patios, completely intact and the dried cherry is removed after it has dried. Each method gives a distinct flavor profile to the final taste of the coffee.

Before anyone can buy any green coffee beans however, the cherries are raked or turned by hand as they dry to ensure even drying and to prevent mildew. Sometimes it takes up to 4 weeks before the cherries are dried to the optimum moisture content. Of course this all depends on Mother Nature. Machine-drying is sometimes used on larger plantations to speed up the process. This is usually done after the coffee has been pre-dried in the sun for a few days.

The dry method is used for most of the Arabica coffee beans produced in Brazil. Most of the coffees produced in Ethiopia and India also use the dry method. In rainy areas however, it is not practical.

There is also another method used in Brazil mainly but also used on some farms in Sulawesi, Indonesia and Sumatra. These are known as semi-dry processed coffee (aka pulped natural and semi-wet process). The coffee is prepared by removing the outer skin of the cherry and drying the coffee with the sticky mucilage and the inner skins still clinging to the bean. This semi-dry process is what you can call a ‘hybrid’ process.

During the hulling process, machines are used to remove the parchment layer of skin from wet processed coffee. Hulling dry processed coffee removes the entire dried cherries. Remember, during the dry process the beans are dried intact with the entire cherry intact.

Polishing is optional but it removes most silver skin that remains on the green coffee beans after hulling. The roasting process heats any still remaining silver skin (chaff) and it literally peels it off in the roasting chamber and is collected in the chaff collector. Not all green coffee is polished however. It has been my experience that unpolished coffee has a much better flavor profile than polished, which is more of a mechanically produced coffee.

Before any coffee is exported or sold however, grading and sorting must take place. The coffee beans will be sorted by size and weight. Each bean will also be evaluated for flaws such as color, chips and other imperfections.

Some high quality coffee may be hand-cleaned twice, called ‘double picked’ or even three times. The latter is called ‘triple picked’. Most specialty coffees are cleaned and sorted this way. Color sorting can also be done by machines but they are very expensive. However, the sorting of coffee by hand supplies much needed work for the small rural communities.

At this point, the coffee is exported to buyers and either resold by brokers or roasted by coffee roasters. The roaster then sells the coffee wholesale to suppliers and it gets to you via your neighborhood coffee shop or supermarket. Never thought it was that complex now did you? Next time you sip a fresh roasted gourmet coffee, think about the coffee bean’s journey. You’ll appreciate your fix a lot more!

Coffee Cup Advertising As a Type of Specialty Advertising

Coffee cup advertising is one of the strongest mediums in which to deliver a message as thousands of people every day purchase it. In the US, coffee cup advertising is the fastest growing outdoor advertising segment. Coffee is personal. It stimulates thoughts and engages the consumer in a way and mindset that no other media can. Coffee makes you feel good about yourself.

Coffee cup advertising is effective in three key ways. One is that you’ll get high impact on the brand promotion. Visibility and another chance to digest a brand’s message are repeated each time a sip of the drink is taken. Another one is that coffee cup advertising delivers a truly interactive brand to hand experience that engages your primary target audience whilst during their working day. Lastly is the average view of 4 per cup that’s visible to street traffic and office mates.

Coffee cup advertising provides brands a dynamic and targeted form of marketing collateral that gets directly in the hands of their target market. Promotional coffee cups can be used to focus on the nation’s workforce during working hours where and when brands choose. This economical advertising media produces an average dwell time of 10-20 minutes.

It’s the least expensive way to advertise on restaurant coffee cups. Your business ad runs for 1 full year for a little over 3 dollars per week. Countless people read your ad every single day all year round. People take time to read your ad word for word because they’re stuck in a restaurant or diner booth with nothing to do until their food arrives after ordering their meal. If for no other reason than out of sheer boredom, the restaurant customers will pick up the diner cup because they instantly notice that ads are printed on all the cups and they will get it and read the ads. This is actually the point to advertising. To get your potential client to pay direct attention to whatever it is that you are advertising. This really works! You can’t find any other kind of advertising that will directly reach more people for less money in any advertising media anywhere.

Coffee cup advertising is a kind of specialty advertising. There are many different forms of advertising. Examples are advocacy, comparative, cooperative, direct mail, informational, institutional, outdoor, persuasive, product, reminder, point-of-purchase, and specialty advertising. Niche advertising like paper cup advertising can be a kind of sales promotion designed to increase public recognition of a company’s name. It’s just like branding your company into people’s minds through the items they use every day. A company may have its name put on a number of items, such as coffee cups, caps, glassware, gym bags, jackets, key chains, and pens. The value of specialty advertising differs depending on how long the items used in the effort last. A lot of companies are successful in achieving their set goals for increasing public recognition and sales through these initiatives.

#FreelanceWebDesigner #WebDeveloper #WebDesigner

Cricket is a very popular game especially in the Indian subcontinent and other Commonwealth countries. As described in my article about Cricket formats, the game is played in three formats – Tests, ODIs, and T20Is. The cricket’s championship tournament – world cup is played in the ODI – also known as One Day International – format every four years.

The 12th edition of the cricket world cup is just around the corner – starting 30th May 2019 – and this article is about what an audience and fans should expect from the tournament.

Cricket Carnival

2019 cricket world cup is a cricket carnival, which will go on for 46 days – from 30th May 2019 to 14th July 2019 – consisting of 48 matches. The tournament will be played in England and Wales. The time being of the summer season, the weather will be great to roam around the country and enjoy its natural beauty.

Fierce Competition

Cricket world cup is an epitome of a cricketer’s career and every cricketer dreams to represent the country in this championship tournament. While getting a chance, Cricketer wants to give his all to win the tournament.

The tournament involving the world’s top 10 ranking countries, it guarantees the highest quality cricket and best rivalry of the world cricket. India-Pakistan, England-Australia are amongst the archrivals who will look to defeat each other at any cost.

Class of Batsmenship

The tournament will bring out some of the best batting knocks from the world’s top rank batsmen. The chasing master-class, best death over slog, delicate touches and pure technicality would be on display match after match.

Raw Pace

Since world cup pitches are not expected to assist too many bowling arts, the raw pace will be the most important factors for teams to rely upon. World’s best bowlers – Jasprit Bumrah, Kagiso Rabada, Mitchell Starc to name a few – will generate raw pace to deceive batsmen at the other end.

Shrewd Tactics

Any game being played at the highest level involves much more than the match on the ground. And cricket is no different. During the tournament, you’ll get to see some of the best tactics and game awareness to pull the game in teams’ favor at the crunch moments.

Sportsmanship

3 Important Golf Lessons From the Movie Tin Cup

If you’re a true golfer then you know the movie Tin Cup. In my opinion its one of the greatest golf movies ever made. But one thing most people don’t realize is that there are three fantastic golf swing lessons to learn from that movie.

The first lesson is that you don’t need to have a picture perfect swing to be effective. In fact, the two main characters in the movie have what I consider ugly swings. As long as the club face is meeting the ball square at impact you will have an effective swing. You don’t need to look like Fred Couples. Just be you and focus more on squaring your clubface than worrying about how you look.

The second lesson is that successful golfers check their ego at the door. Sure watching a guy self destruct on the big screen is entertaining, however, the point is that if you control your emotions and keep your ego in check you will always be better off in the long run.

The final lesson is that golf is way more mental that it is physical. If you recall when Roy got the “shanks” at the driving range he thought his life was over. Then when they got to the US Open to practice he was spraying the ball all over the range.

It wasn’t until his caddy Romeo told him to do a bunch of silly things like; put a tee behind his ear and move the change from one pocket to the other did Roy get his swing back. Why? Because his brain wasn’t getting in the way. He was so worried about how stupid he looked that he forgot he even had the shanks.  He started smacking the ball down the middle.

While Tin Cup is awesomely entertaining it also has great golf lessons for us to learn from.

350cc Implants – How Big Will My Breasts Be?

One important thing to understand about this question is that 350cc breast implants may increase the breast size of one woman quite differently than on another. Since the body of every woman is unique, of course, breast implants once placed may have a different effect on you than on some breast augmentation photo you found on the internet.  Only your plastic surgeon can adequately explain how this implant size will specifically impact your breast. We can, however, arrive at some estimation of how animplant of that size will grow your breast size based upon a few important factors.

1) What is your current bra cup size?

2) Will the breast implant be placed over or under the muscle?

3) Will you be using a low profile or high profile implant?

Current Bra Size

To the first point of current bra cup size, you might estimate a 350cc breast implant to increase your breast size by approximately 2 cups.  As a very general rule of thumb, it is often considered that for every 175cc to 200cc in implant volume, a woman might experience approximately one bra cup size larger. The 350 therefore would fall into the low range of increasing your breast size by about two cups. If you currently wear a AA cup bra today, growing two cup sizes would be in the range of a C cup, for example.

Profile: Low, Moderate, High

The second mentioned factor of implant profile is important, especially in regards to your breast width.  If you have a smaller bra band size such as a 32 to 34inch, for example,  a higher profile implant is generally used in order to achieve a C cup in bra size.  In general, the higher the profile, the smaller the width is of the implant. For women with a 36 to 38 inch bra band size, a lower profile may generally be recommended.

Placement Over or Under

The final factor mentioned above regards the placement of the implants. Most women decide to have the implant placed under the muscle.  In this case, a slightly larger implant is needed to achieve the same result as an implant placed over the muscle.  Many doctors suggest that the difference between the two placements may be as much as 15 to 20 per cent. In other words, a 350cc implant under the muscle will likely be similar to 300cc over the muscle due to the compression of the implant under the muscle.

Using Sizers

One good way to estimate how your own body will be impacted with implants is to use an implant sizing system. The new systems available today allow you to try on a wide variety of cup sizes before you make your final decision.

In this case you might want to try a range of sizers from 300cc to 400cc in 50cc increments.  Implant sizers, otherwise known as tester implants, are designed to be worn outside your body but within a bra. Similar in volume to a breast implant, the sizer will give you a good idea of how these sizes will increase your bra size.

After trying the implant sizers you might like the look and feel of a given implant size, for example 400cc or 375cc. After you show your plastic surgeon the sizer in your breast sizing bra, they might suggest that they will need to use a larger implant size to achieve the same effect as the sizer.  This might especially be true if you are having your implant placed under the muscle.  Again, generally speaking, if you like a 400cc size, your surgeon might suggest to use as much as 15 to 20 percent larger in the actual implants to achieve a similar look as the sizer.

These are all general rules of thumb, of course, and only you and your doctor can make the decision on how a specific implant, with a specific profile will increase your cup size.

A Cup of Green Tea Everyday

Green tea or black tea? Which is better? Well, the level of oxidation of the leaves determines the type of tea. Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves and is one of the least processed types of tea. Hence it also contains the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols and comparatively less caffeine. Since most of the purported health benefits from tea are attributed to the free radical killing antioxidants, the choice should be clear.

Here are some of the major benefits are

Oral Health: It is helpful in preventing bad breath, dental cavities, and decay. Anti-oxidants are also beneficial for building stronger gums and reducing plaque.

Heart Health: The antioxidant capacity of the blood can be increased by green teas polyphenols and anti-oxidants. Along with catechins, this protects the LDL particles from oxidation, which is one of the pathways towards cardiovascular disease.

Stimulates Hair Growth and Protects Skin against Sun Burn: Drinking green tea every day can promote hair growth and affords protection against sunburn. It is proven to tone the skin and give it a glow.

Reduces Cholesterol: Studies suggest that drinking green tea on a regular basis will reduce the total and LDL or bad cholesterol. Due to the presence of a large quantity of anti-oxidants, it increases the antioxidant capacity of the blood which prevents the LDL particles from oxidation. The Lower cholesterol means a decreased risk of heart disease.

Promotes Weight Loss: It boosts the metabolic rate and increases fat burning capacity of the body. It aids in increasing fat oxidation which mobilizes fatty acids from fat tissues and make them available for use as energy. This leads to positive and healthy weight loss which can sustain for a longer period.

Inflammatory Skin Disease: Inflammatory skin disease is characterized by patches of dry, red, flaky skin caused by the inflammation and over-production of skin cells. Consuming green tea will slow the growth of skin cells and inflammation.

Detoxifies: It helps in flushing out toxins from the body. When the unwanted wastes are flushed out of the body, you will feel renewed with more energy and work more productively.

Type-2 Diabetes:It is an excellent drink for diabetics as it has zero calories and helps to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. It aids in lowering the risk of diabetes in people who are prone to become diabetic.

Anti-Carcinogenic Effects: While it is not proved to cure cancer, studies reveal that the polyphenols which are present in green tea can decrease tumor growth and may protect against the harmful effects of chemotherapy treatment.

Sleep and Stree Reduction: Due to low caffeine content, green tea is less likely to impair sleep. It also promotes the production of dopamine which is a mood stabilizing enzyme and also helps to reduce stress and increase sleep.

World Cup Soccer: Football That Unites The World

In every sporting event one can invariably find a player, a team, a nation, poised to become the next memorable story – a story that will survive the test of time and go down in history. The FIFA World Cup is unique, in that, every country can qualify. It is the only tournament that can unite the world with its common passion for the sport. It is a tournament where everyone celebrates, dances, and rejoices in the streets of their capitals, exulting in the spectacular feats of their players, their teams and their nation.

But what makes the World Cup particularly extraordinary is the national pride that it inspires, especially for the first time qualifiers. Since the first tentative World Cup in Uruguay in 1930, World Cup history was not only about the winner or winning the title, but about the stories. World Cup history resonates with the back-stories that echo through time – of players, teams and nations that surprised the world by achieving the unexpected. From the poignant moments of the underdogs and the worlds Cinderella teams, to the birth of legends and the brilliance of the football giants – the World Cup brings joy to every nation. It is about the stories of players, teams and nations taking it to the highest levels; the stories about emotions and pride that unites the world.

At 2006 FIFA World Cup, we welcome the heavy favorites – from the European continent and all the way to the South American continent. For these giants, winning is everything. In their spirit is held the promise of thrilling showdowns, individual feats of brilliance and the majestic harmony in motion of a team united in its quest for the world’s most coveted prize in football. Will the European contenders – Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, France, and England have the firepower to overcome the South American power forces from Brazil and Argentina, or will the world be dancing to the samba beat again this year?

What about the other European contenders, the lesser known South American teams, or the North American and Central American zone teams? Or better yet, the Australians? Let’s not overlook the African continent! Will the trophy finally make its first trip south of the Mediterranean Sea? For that matter, even the Asian continent and their desire to bring Asian football to new international acclaim should be considered.

At the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany, we hope to see these underdogs, long shots, and Cinderella teams. There is always something special about the underdogs for winning is not everything to them. Simply by qualifying to walk onto the world stage, they have realized their goals and sparked the hopes of their nation. Armed with this impossible hope, win or lose, they are there to defend their national pride, and valiantly defend it they will, sometimes to the very chagrin and amazement of disbelieving onlookers.

As football fans across all continents count down to the opening day of 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany, BetUS Sportsbook has launched its 2006 World Cup betting portal for soccer betting enthusiasts around the world. What a day it shall be, June 9th 2006! What a month it shall be, until the truth will set us all free on July 9th 2006! The whole world will be looking to Germany from June to July, watching history in the making. There will be sorrow, there will be joy. There will be dreams crushed, there will be dreams made. There will be silence in the streets, there will be rejoicing and dancing in the streets. After all, this is the World Cup, the tournament of tournaments. So may the best national team win!

TIG Welding Techniques – Which is Better? Walking the Cup Or Freehand

Walking the cup vs free hand Tig Welding Techniques explored.

Ever since I learned how to Tig weld pipe, I have heard welders argue back and forth about which welding technique is better, walking the cup? Or free hand?

So which welding technique is better?

To me the answer is simple. Both have their place of course. It’s Ford vs Chevy.

You need to know how to tig weld using both of these techniques.

Why?

Because there are times when walking the cup is better, and there are times when free handing is better

For fab shop pipe welding, cup walking works great and can be very fast and easy. But what about all the tig welding done on the job site where there are all kinds of things in your way? That’s when the freehand technique rules.

If you are welding pipe and can walk the cup, then just do it because there is nothing prettier than a tig weld on pipe done by an ace cup walker. But when the time comes where you need to freehand, you need to be good at that tig welding technique too.

Walking the cup works great on pipe that is about 2 inch and larger and also on most every socket welds even as small as 1 inch in diameter.

But for smaller diameter pipe and tubing, free hand is the best welding technique.

Free hand tig welding is also necessary for welding all kinds of things other than pipe. In fact, it is used for practically everything other than pipe welding whereas walking the cup is not very useful for much other than pipe welding.

But lets be clear about the term “free handing”. It does not mean holding the torch without propping on anything. It simply means that the ceramic cup is not resting on the metal.

The hand is steadied by resting some part of the hand against the metal being welded. That’s the only way to be steady enough to make good precise tig welds.

Making a good looking tig weld means being able to maintain a tight arc. You can’t do that unless your hand is steady.
