If You Really Hope To Be A GREAT Leader?

If you really, hope to be, a GREAT leader, you must be ready, willing and able, to assume the responsibilities, and be capable of performing the tasks, required, for effective leadership! After, over four decades, of personal involvement, in, nearly, everything, related to effectively leading, from identifying and qualifying, to training, developing and consulting to thousands of actual, and/ or, potential leaders, to serving, as a leader, on several occasions, I strongly believe, the dearth of genuine leaders, largely, exists, because of the lack of meaningful, relevant, professionally – designed, leadership training and planning programs! Therefore, if one wishes, to lead, in a meaningful way, he must, proactively, pursue, greatness, instead of settling for, good – enough! With, that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it matters.

1. Growth; generate goodwill; greater good; guide: Being a leader means, being a guide, to, both, the group you represent, and the stakeholders, you must serve! Organizations must, consistently, undergo quality, meaningful, growth, in order to generate goodwill, and get others, to listen, and follow! The guiding, prevailing, philosophy, and concept, must be, to serve the greater good, and seek a meeting – of – the – minds, avoiding any tendency towards procrastination!

2. Relevant; reliable; responsive; responsible; realistic; ready: How can anyone, be prepared, and ready, for prime – time, unless/ until, he emphasizes relevant priorities, and reliability? Shouldn’t a leader, be responsive, and responsible, by balancing, the need to be positive, with a realistic approach, without wearing, rose – colored, glasses?

3. Empathy; emphasis; energy/ energize; excellence; endurance; efforts: Since no one has all the answers, nor, even, what questions, should be asked, it takes a willingness, and ability, to effectively, listen and learn, and place one’s emphasis, accordingly! One’s personal energy, must energize others, in a positive, productive manner! It takes genuine excellence, rather than settling for good – enough, combined with endurance, and persistence, to continue one’s efforts, while lesser individuals, often, give – up!

4. Attitude; aptitude; attention; actions; articulate: Combining a positive, can – do, attitude, with a well – developed, aptitude and skill – set, plus a willingness to constantly, pay keen attention, creates the finest, potential leader! One’s actions must focus – on, the greater good, and a true leader, must articulate, an honest, inspiring message, to others!

5. Together; truth/ trust; timely; time – tested; trends: Everything, real leader do, must consider, bringing others together, for the greater good, and producing a productive, meeting – of – the – minds! Telling the truth, is essential to earn the trust, needed! Well – considered, timely actions, aligned with well – developed, time – tested expertise, and a willingness to take advantage of current, relevant trends, are keys to becoming, great!

If you, really, want and hope to be a GREAT leader, you must be ready, willing, and able, to pursue the best plans, proactively! Are you up to the responsibilities, and tasks?

Be Unpredictable – This is How You Get Him Interested

Are you confused about how to get him interested? Are your efforts at playing hard to get having the desired effect? Do you want to learn how to step up your dating game? Many women make the mistake of believing that playing hard to get means ignoring a few phone calls and pretending to be something they are not. If you want to get him interested, you first have to learn what hard to get means means.

Some women have simplified the concept of hard to get way too much. You’ve probably heard all the advice about pretending to be busy and out of breath when he calls. Or you’ve heard that you shouldn’t respond right away to a text or email. While these things are true to a degree, they are not the essence of being hard to get.

Getting him interested is really all about attitude. How do you feel about yourself, and how do you interact with men as a result? You will not be successful if you just go through the motions of playing hard to get. You must OWN the attitude!

First, when playing hard to get, don’t overshoot the goal and come across as impossible to get. Worse still, don’t come across as conceited or condescending. Unless a man is that way himself, arrogance is a big turn off.

If a man thinks you are impossible to get, he will give up and move on. He needs to know that he has a reasonable chance at success with you. Men experience feelings of rejection too, so don’t be demeaning or critical. Acting like men aren’t worth your time will just leave you feeling lonely.

Second, a man needs to be convinced that you are worth chasing. It’s not worth the effort if a man thinks you are boring, predictable, negative, controlling, or overly eager. You want to make him feel that you are special and unique. You want to create the sense that you are an exclusive club that a man has to be invited to enter. Beyond that, you want to create a challenging environment that brings out the best in him and inspires him to reach beyond his comfort zone.

Third, avoid falling into a routine with a man. Sometimes we stop playing hard to get once we’ve snagged the guy. But that is no time to quit. That’s the time to take it to the next level.

Nothing kills attraction more than boredom. This doesn’t just mean sexually. You must constantly challenge him to be the best person he can be. You also need to keep him engaged and interested in the woman you are.

Keep him guessing about how you manage to always look so beautiful. Don’t wear your green facial mask in front of him and sleep in your flannel pajamas. Just because you feel comfortable with someone doesn’t mean they want to be a part of your hygiene routine. Remember, getting him interested is an attitude more than a set of rules. And it lasts a lifetime. You want to keep a man thinking how amazed and lucky he is to be with you.

Can a Founder Be Dismissed From the Motorcycle Club?

Motorcycle clubs are institutions whose members pledge themselves to life-long brotherhoods bound by a shared passion for the motorcycle riding culture and membership in an all-encompassing external family.

The local environment where several MC Nations frequent is known as the MC Set. The Set comprises all the club houses, bars, parks, gathering spots and other areas of operations where these clubs meet, greet, and associate.

MC Nations are governed loosely by a universally accepted set of spoken, but vastly unwritten laws known as MC protocol. This protocol binds all clubs together to freely associate as disparate organizations in peaceful co-existence. This peace is maintained because MC protocol demands that mutual respect and common courtesy are shown to all MC’s and their members. Generally if MC protocol is followed, it works and peace is well-maintained.

Internally MC’s operate by a set of laws called bylaws. Unlike MC protocol bylaws are almost always written. The bylaws are the contract between the MC brotherhood, full patch brothers, prospects and associates of the club. The bylaws generally follow the same unwritten MC protocol that governs the Set but also define operations, traditions, rights, responsibilities and privileges within the brotherhood specifically. These subjects may vary radically from club to club. For example, unwritten MC protocol demands that all MC officers are elected to office by a club vote and will stand for reelection yearly. But an MC’s bylaws may allow such elections to take place more or less often.

Where MC bylaws run along the lines of MC protocol brothers are usually satisfied and enjoy prosperous and successful careers within the MC. However, when MC bylaws run afoul of accepted MC protocol internal issues often arise to the point where clubs experience conflict, civil wars and ultimately club splits.

Such is the case when founders of today’s pop-up MC’s create bylaws that advance their agendas and not necessarily the agendas of their clubs. This has become a repeated symptom often seen by the explosion of new clubs on the Set in recent times. Many new so-called-founders have abandoned the spirit of bylaws that project the greatness of the MC, to instead attempt to hang on to their status, titles, and privileges forever, instead for only as long as the club will keep voting them into office. They often catch unsuspecting prospective brothers by surprise who are not familiar with basic MC protocol when they join these new clubs and are not savvy enough to thoroughly vet the bylaws or ask the kinds of questions that would expose this silliness before they join.

One of the tactics employed by these scurrilous founders is to surreptitiously trademark the MC’s name and logos under their names and not in the name of the MC corporation. Then when they run afoul of the members, who may elect to remove them from power, they run to court and stop the brothers from removing them or legally force the brothers to turn over their colors and instead kick them out of the club! In this way they try to hold on to the reins of power within the MC for lie.

Understand that this is not the way of MC protocol. Protocol dictates that the club is run by democratic vote and all matters must come before the voting brothers. It really doesn’t matter if a brother was a founder, “First Nine”, “Original 7” or any of that. Those are titles for the front of the cut. They should only be recognized as what brothers may have done to help the MC prosper. Those patches will never equate to the back patch colors that signify what the club stands for and who its members are. Unless the MC deems it there are no “Presidents for Life” and the MC does not ever “belong” to the founder, even if he put it all together, designed the patches, and made everything happen. When the founder(s) offers the MC to others it becomes the property of the collective and no longer belongs to one. Founders must realize that their “baby” became our “baby” when they included us in the club.

So, yes the founder(s) subject to discipline. Yes the founder(s) are subject to dismissal from the club and no the founder(s) does not have the right to take the MC from the members. This may not be true legally but it is true within MC protocol. Prospects will do well to investigate to find out how their prospective clubs are setup before they join, and brothers who are in clubs configured as such should mount pressure upon the leadership to change these bylaws until they are changed to reflect what is right, according to MC Set protocol.
