Your life has been shattered. Your girlfriend dumped you and you feel that life is not worth living anymore. Wallowing in self-pity is all that you can do now – you’re so depressed. You love your ex so much and wonder if there is any chance of getting your ex girlfriend back.
You feel sorry for yourself, and so do your family and friends, more than likely. However, the last person on earth that you will find any sympathy from is your ex. You didn’t have an argument with your family and friends, neither did you say those terrible things to them that you said to your ex.
She is not going to forget what happened in a hurry. If you try to call her now, or send messages to her, she will simply ignore them. Getting one of your friends to tell her how depressed you are since the break up will not work either. She is hurting just as much as you are and is also VERY angry with you. Getting your ex girlfriend back by playing on her sympathy will NOT work.
In any case, even if you DO manage to get your ex to talk to you by getting her to pity you, is this really what you want? Okay so she’ll feel sorry for you for a while, but how long will this last? You will still be doing the things that irritate her, so another argument and another break up is inevitable.
Getting your ex girlfriend back because she loves you and WANTS to be with you is a much better option. It will take a little more effort from you, but it will be a lot more rewarding in the end. Just work on the things that you were doing that annoyed her – fix any mistakes that you might have made – start off with a clean slate as it were.
Offer your ex the kind of man she is looking for – the man you were when you first started dating. Apologize to her for making her so unhappy. Admit to your mistakes and let her see your willingness to fix them. In short, offer her a relationship that will make her happy again, and you have a very good chance of getting your ex girlfriend back.
