Even though your heart is breaking and your mind is screaming at you to make contact with your ex, don’t do it. Your ex decided to end the relationship for reasons of his/her own. You need to respect this. You cannot force someone to feel about you the way you want him/her to. Even so, there are things that you can do that will raise your chances to get your ex back.

Everything about you will get back to your ex – the way you dress, the way you behave, and just what type of person you are generally. As long as everything your ex hears about you is positive, your chance to get your ex back will get better and better.
