Binary Options Trading Of Gold

Gold is considered to be as the most widely used commodity for international trading in current times. There are various reasons behind the selection of the gold. In future trading, the selection can be made with a low cost; no commission charges and trading can also be done with leverage. Moreover, the internet based platforms are quite simple and easy. Likewise, the gold binary options trading is a latest way of trading gold from an international platform and earning the profit by indicating the price shift of gold in the upward or downward direction.

Binary trading of gold is not different from any other binary trading conducted on other assets or commodities. The trader has to identify the price shift of the gold at a pre-determined time and in case of the right identification, the trader is entitled to get the profit. In case of failure, the trader is likely to get nothing or just 15% rebate on the value of investment. It is the reason why binary trading is called as binary because of the two possible outcomes. All the binary options traders are well aware about these conditions before entering into the gold binary trading.

Many binary options brokers offer gold as the top commodity for taking part in binary options trading. Unlike futures trading, gold binary trading is a bit easy and simple to understand. In futures trading, the trader has to buy the gold at the prevailing price and wait for the changes to occur. In binary trading, the trader has to predict the price of the gold at a certain time period rather than buying it. The trader can set specific conditions in gold binary options trading that are not possible in the traditional futures trading. For instance, when a trader thinks that gold will not establish a likely trend in the commodities market with the strong position in control, it gets impossible to earn profit in such market condition. However, by trading gold double no touch binary options trading, a trader can predict that the price of the gold will not hit the identified upward or downward value within the specific period of trading. If it comes out to be correct, the trader earns good sum of money over his investment in gold. Thus, binary options gold trading is a very much in form trading in today’s world due to the fixed risk and high rate of returns.

How to Use One Day Patterns in Your Trades

Every trader should be aware of one day patterns. However, because of their simplicity, traders often overlook them. By using these patterns, traders have a clearer picture of the direction that the market may be moving. Among the several one day patterns, I will discuss two specific patterns that relate to the chart gaps that I discussed in previous articles.

The most uncommon of these two patterns is called the key reversal day pattern. The criteria for this pattern is not as flexible as the criteria for the simpler reversal day pattern. The difference between one and the other is small, yet significant. When your candlestick reaches a lower low and a higher high accompanied by a higher close an upward reversal is developed. Conversely, when a higher high and a lower low accompanied by a lower close, the reversal candlestick is considered to be downward.

Key reversals show significant market moves in the opposite direction of current trends. Not only do they show the inability of the market to keep the upwards/downwards move to new highs/lows, but also the development of new lows/highs in the opposite direction.

The reversal days are very common. In the simplest of terms, when a candlestick reaches new highs and closes at a new low a downward reversal is developed. On the other hand, when a candlestick reaches a new low and closes higher than the previous day, an upward reversal is developed.

The rules for the reversal days are somewhat flexible, but can be extremely valuable. On a bull market, the new low closing may mean that the bullish trend is coming to an end and that the buyers are ready to take profits. The opposite is true for a bear market, where a new high closing may mean that the sellout is about to end and a reversal of trend may develop. These moves are important as you, obviously, don’t want to be caught in the opposite side of a trend reversal.

Neither of the key reversal days or reversal days should be used as your only indicator. You should use them with other indicators to confirm reversal in market trends. When you look at patterns over one or two days, that may greatly assist you with your trades. You should always look for indications of changes in market sentiment and both kinds of reversal days should assist you with determining these changes. When used with the different gaps, whether it is the exhaustion, the runaway, or the breakaway, these two indicators can certainly help you with your decision of whether to trade the market moves.

The Thumbs-Up Hand Gesture Around the World – Learn the Meaning of Hand Gestures

Hand gestures mean different things in different countries. What is considered a cool sign may be a grave insult in another country. This article takes a look at one of the most common signs: the thumbs-up sign.

The thumbs-up sign consists of a closed fist held with the thumb extended upward. The most common interpretation of this sign is as a sing of approval (there is even a metaphor in English: The proposal was given a thumbs-up), but there are some countries where it may be an insult or where it will not be understood.

The origin of the sign is unclear, but one theory is that the thumbs up sign was used by the crowds to signal if a defeated gladiator should be spared, whereas the thumbs down would signal that he should be killed.

Let’s have a look at different countries and what the thumbs-up sign means there:

Australia

If it is still or downwards, it usually means OK or alright (or agreement). Thumbs-up with a little upward motion can be a grave insult, depending on context.

Canada

The sign means alright or good. You can use it to signify approval.

China

OK, good.

Egypt

Perfect, good

France

OK.

Germany

Ok, well done, great.

Greece

Means great, good job, OK, congratulations.

Iran

Very obscene gesture.

Iraq

Very obscene gesture.

Ireland

OK, good.

Italy

OK, go or alright or used for hitchhiking.

Japan

Sometimes means ”good”, not widely practiced by adults.

New Zealand

Means like all good, or yes or anything positive really (when hitchhiking this gesture is also used but held right out so people in cars can see).

Russia

Well done, good.

Spain

All right.

Sweden

OK, great.

Thailand

Very obscene gesture.

Turkey

Not used.

United Kingdom

OK, good.

USA

Thumbs up. Means ”great” or ”awesome” or whatever. Also used to sign approval, but stronger than an OK sign.

Please note that meaning of gestures varies among various parts of countries and also among cultural groups and between generations.

GKR Karate – The Mid Level Punch

The Chudan Tsuki, or the middle level punch, as it is roughly translated, is a standard punch and the first strike that everyone learns in GKR Karate. This is no surprise; the punch is the first strike taught in all martial arts because it is the most simple. It is also easy to perform and can be very powerful in terms of the power behind it and the accuracy of the technique. For this technique, you begin in a normal fighting position as you would with any other technique. Draw your left fist backwards and hold it firmly against the body below the chest. The right arm should be upward, as if it’s ready to block or strike. Take your left arm and punch directly in front of you, right into the stomach or chest. Your fist should remain upwards until just before impact, when you turn it to look down. There are two reasons: first, it increases the power behind the hit, allowing for much more damage, and two, it increases the punch speed slightly.

When you extend your left arm to punch, make sure you do not fully extend the arm; locking at the elbow can cause greater damage to yourself. As you move the left arm to strike with your fist, take your right arm in the form of a fist and retract it tightly against the right side of your body just below the chest. This is so you can deliver another hit right after the first (or a series of strikes). As before, the right fist should be in the upward position so the soft part of your wrist is looking upward.

Do not confuse “tightly against the body” with the tightening of your muscles. The tension in the muscles should not take place until the real punch is thrown. Some argue that the tension of the whole muscle is better, but it should be noted that what the person is comfortable with will work the best.

The middle level punch is one of the most devastating strikes GKR Karate uses because of the speed and ability to inflict serious injuries. If done with enough force, one Chudan tsuki to the ribs will crack them (this also applies to other bones and the cheek). In a dojo, this would not be good, and that is why self-control is stressed during sparring and a non-contact policy is adopted.

7 Tips for Business Success

Many executives and other business managers often forget that they really have 2 jobs – the first is to do what they get paid for (and do it better than others). The other is to manage their career path and do what is required to ensure their upward mobility isn’t dependent on others who may or may not be working in their best interest.

The following “secrets”, amassed through my extensive background as both a corporate executive and business consultant, will help professionals better manage their success path:

1. Understand the “circle of success”. A common piece of advice given to managers is for them to spend a great deal of time getting to know, and working side-by-side, with their staff to ensure each employee has what (s)he needs to be productive. While that idea is well intentioned, it’s does not provide maximum benefit to all involved. Rather, it is more important that managers spend time helping their boss look good at every opportunity. When (s)he understands that you are able to help her/him succeed, you and your team will get more time, attention and resources facilitating maximum productivity.

2. Results = Rewards. Companies spend a great deal of money on new systems to help automate and, hopefully, increase efficiency for the whole company. After these big investments, managers are told to become “experts” with the systems and procedures to ensure the intended benefits are realized. This often creates an environment where many managers think that the most important task at hand is to learn the in’s and out’s of these systems and takes their eye off the real task at hand for which their ultimately accountable. To ensure upward mobility, remember to put the primary focus on your department’s core objective in the context of the company’s overall objective.

3. Avoid stagnation. Far too many workers throughout our nation are bored and disinterested, which is adversely impacting their productivity and creativity. Consequently, many U.S. industries are falling behind in the global marketplace. It’s time for our nation’s corporate leaders to re-engage and spend more time acting as leaders rather than bureaucrats. People respond best to positive feedback, emotion and enthusiasm – not e-mail communications, inexplicable charts and fear management. Effective leadership ensures that everyone is focused on, and vested in, getting to the goal lines. This is the most critical issue impacting an organization’s productivity.

4. Understand that outsourcing threatens everyone. Very few professionals actually understand that their position can be outsourced. They get complacent in this false sense of security. While most people realize outsourcing has affected the service industries, they fail to grasp that other professionals, including accountants, lawyers, engineers, etc., can be readily outsourced as well. Virtually no line of work is bulletproof, and knowing this will keep you one step ahead of the game. At this time, those involved in creative enterprises, which high technology has yet to automate, look to be the safest career choices over the long term.

5. “Presence” pays. One’s “presence” plays a big part in who gets promoted and who doesn’t. In a nutshell, presence is a combination of how we look, how we carry ourselves, and our communication skills. Because many of us still associate one’s appearance, demeanor and speaking ability with their overall ability, this remains a formidable challenge for those who have physical or other bias-based attributes that are difficult, if not impossible to change, such as height or weight. This subjectivity is even worse for women as society is generally more able to accept men with what’s considered to be shortfalls rather than women. Irrespective of these barriers, condition yourself to carry yourself with best posture and to wear attire that imparts your success.

6. Pace your boss. To really stand out from the others and get the all important promotion, ensure you are in the office whenever your boss is in the office. Let her or him see that you share the same work ethic. Right, wrong or indifferent, these are new rules of time management. Simply put, if your boss is at work, you should be as well. If (s)he has decided that it’s necessary to be there after hours, on weekends, or early in the morning, it is entirely to your advantage to be there at the same time. In this day in age, one must take advantage of all opportunities to distinguish themselves in the workplace.

7. Step up self promotion. This issue primarily impacts women, but applies to both genders. It is important that those who are in the position to benefit your career in any way know who you are and what you’ve accomplished. Successful business people understand the importance of letting others know about their successes, and go about it in the appropriate way. If done properly, it will not be construed as bragging or conceit.

Crude Oil Weekly Outlook

Crude oil prices continued to decline last week reaching a low at 6857 as demand hit a nine year low for the week ended Oct. 10. As demand has been in a steady downtrend, the price of a barrel of oil has been cut in more than half since peaking at 147.27 in July 2008. Crude oil closed the week out at 7185 on Friday’s session of mild profit taking.

The overall technical trend remains down. However, we are likely to begin to see a pause in downward momentum with sideways to upward price action early this week as we’ve now hit our key monthly support range at 7100-6800. Additionally, in an effort to curb downward momentum, OPEC has moved their meeting up again to Oct. 24 and is expected to cut output by as much as 1 million bpd.

We’ll be looking for upward moves this week to head into the 7500-7700 Resistance range, with the 7700 area being last week’s key breakdown. Trade crossing above 7700 will be targeting the 8000 mark with OPEC goal to reclaim 8000 as their new benchmark price. If a settlement above 8000 is achieved for the week, we’ll be looking at an expected trading range between 8000 and 9000 in the following weeks.

Trade that struggles this week at the 7500-7700 range is expected to leave downward pressure on oil, at least pre DOE reports and OPEC meeting, with dips retesting the 7100-6800 range. A turn below the lower end of the range at daily support 6850-6800 is expected to trigger a continuation of the major downtrend with the next objectives seen at 6300-6000 and potentially 5500 on any major DOE surprises.

Management Development: Approaches for Developing Managers

Managers are responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of a business’ functionality, from the productivity of employees to monthly expenditures for departments. In many cases, managers rise through the job ranks to oversee the positions that they once held, but experience is not the only requirement for being a good manager. The candidate also needs management development training – a specialized training that is available from a provider of leadership development resources.

Mentoring

Mentoring is a classic development technique in which an experienced employee advises a less experienced one on the professional and personal aspects of the job. Mentoring relationships can be professional or casual, and often occur over an extended period of time to maximize the growth of the person.

Coaching

Coaching is similar to mentoring, but the focus is on reviewing the person’s performance, and providing advice for improvement. Like mentoring, coaching is typically an ongoing process, which helps the person adapt to new situations and meet new challenges as they arise in the workplace.

Upward Feedback

Sometimes the people who appraise a manager’s performance the best are the people that he or she oversees. In upward feedback, employees who work with the person comment on his or her strengths, and identify areas for improvement. Participants in the feedback process maintain their anonymity.

Job Rotation

Job rotation is a management development technique in which a trainee is assigned to different job departments over a period of years. The various assignments give the person inside experience with the departmental needs and operations that they may one day oversee.

Professional Development

Professional development is also an important part of developing as a manager, especially at companies that require candidates to have degrees in certain disciplines. Some companies offer leadership development resources that help trainees pay for education, making it easier for them to climb the corporate ladder.

Executive Education

Depending on the level of management, the trainee may attend executive education classes and seminars at institutions of higher learning. Although executive education is seldom degree-oriented, it often provides the student with certificates that are valuable resume builders, and help the person reach higher pay scales.

Dysfunction Analysis

To put it bluntly, dysfunction analysis assesses whether a candidate has a psychological disorder, by testing his or her mental stability. If the analysis reveals that the person needs to fine-tune certain aspects of his or her mentality to succeed in a position, he or she may undergo a psychological training program.

Supervisory Training

Supervisory training is often performed in the initial stages of management training, such as when a recent graduate embarks on his or her first managerial opportunity, or an experienced employee moves to a position that presents new challenges. Similar to coaching, supervisory training provides feedback about the person’s performance, with the person often receiving the feedback in real-time.

Conclusion

Management development is a discipline that has several sub-disciplines, including but not limited to mentoring, coaching, job rotation, professional development, executive education, and supervisory training. Biceps Exercises For Women

There are some biceps exercises that work better for women than other training exercises available. Try adding these to your workout routine to build larger and more toned biceps. Remember with any of these bicep exercises to exhale on the curl or lift and inhale as you uncurl. Breathing properly during the entire rep is very important as well, also stretching the biceps at the bottom of the exercises and squeezing the biceps at the top of the exercises in-between each exercise stretch the biceps as well.

List of biceps exercises.

Cable Curls: this hits the outer head with a close grip and the inner head of the biceps with a wide grip.

You will need a cable station to do this biceps exercise. Use a straight bar to connect to the lowest pulley on the cable station. Add enough weight so that there is tension for your biceps, but not too much that it is uncomfortable or too difficult. Hold the bar at thigh level and have your palms facing outward, with your arms straight and elbows tucked in. Make sure your back is straight as well and bend your knees slightly. Curl the bar to your chest and lower it back to the starting position.

Dumbbell Curls: this hits the whole inner and outer head of the biceps.

Dumbbell curls are a very common and simple biceps exercise. However, it is very effective in developing larger, stronger and tones biceps. Pick up a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing upward. Make sure your elbows are kept to your sides and your arms are straight down at your sides. Curl the dumbbell upward to your shoulder, to where it almost touches your shoulder. Your palms will be facing your shoulders now. Lower back to the starting position and switch to the other arm.

Concentration Curls: this hits the peak of the biceps.

Concentration curls use dumbbells as well and a flat bench. In this biceps exercise Sit on the bench, slightly bent over and pick up a dumbbell in each hand. Your legs should be shoulder width apart. Hold the dumbbells, so that your palms are facing upward. Your elbows should be resting against the inner part of your knees. Bend over, with your back straight, and curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders. These can be done by alternating arms or doing both arms at the same time. Curl the dumbbells up and uncurl until your arms are straight done between your legs again.

Preacher Curls: This also hits the peak of the biceps but if done with a close grip will hit the outer head of the biceps.

A preacher curl also requires dumbbells and a preacher bench. In this biceps exercise Pick up a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing upward. Sit or stand at a preacher bench and put your arms over the bench. Your armpit should be at the top of the pad. Keep your arms straight in front of you. Starting with the right arm, curl the dumbbell to your shoulder. Your forearm should be almost vertical to the floor. Keep your elbow pressed against the pad, it should not lift up when doing the curls. Lower the right arm until it is straight again and switch to the left arm.

All of these biceps exercises are good for women bodybuilders and women who want to tone there biceps up, as they allow them to keep good form and don’t put too much stress on the joints.

Hokidachi – Broom Style Bonsai

The broom style is specifically the form that replicates the way a number of deciduous plants or trees thrive in nature. This style offers you an image of a tree that grows without any competitors around.

There are two forms available in broom style. The first is the formal, while the other is the informal. In the formal division, you can see a broom bonsai featuring a trunk that separates at a particular angle and point. The division allows three or more branches to grow, each holding a thickness similar to each other.

These branches emerge and grow upwards from the trunk where they originate. The most important thing to note about this type is that its branches grow diagonally to form a shape similar to that of a fan.

The informal broom, on the other hand, has a trunk that boasts bends and twists, resembling a tree blown by a harsh wind, or the one that is in movement. The branches of this type also grow upward to imitate the shape of a fan.

Recommended Species:

For the broom style, species of fine branching trees like zelkova and ulmus can create a perfect shape. You can also take some species of broadleaf and deciduous plants. Just make sure not to use some coniferous species like junipers and pines since they won’t allow you to obtain your aim.

Recommended Techniques:

The broom styled bonsai will develop and grow successfully once treated with proper pruning. The trunk should be kept growing upward, as well as the branches by cutting some upward divisions of the trunk, allowing the branches to grow horizontally.
