Customers Love To Buy, But Hate To Be Sold

If you want to insult your friends, just ask, “Who sold you that jacket?”

Want to complement them? You can, with a slight change of emphasis: “Where did you buy that jacket?

The implication is clear. If you ended up with something ugly or inappropriate, you couldn’t have been in charge of your faculties; you were under the influence of a salesperson.

As a general rule, customers love to feel they’re buying, but they hate the pressures and connotations associated with being sold. Therefore, as a seller, if you can position yourself as being a resource, a helper, a guide, a consultant, an information sharer, then people will feel they’re voluntarily choosing your wares, and their degree of ownership of the process will be heightened, along with their overall satisfaction.

In practical terms, if they choose it, they’re less likely to return it. If it is foisted on them, it never fully becomes theirs, and you can have it back.

Also, they can take credit for having made a good decision, boast about how well they did to their friends, which will bring them back, and steer referrals your way.

How do we pull off this feat?

We do it by peppering our conversation with questions. There are four, basic types of questions every salesperson should have in his arsenal: open, narrow, closed, and leading.

An open question can be as simple as how are you? It opens the conversation, and while many folks will give a short, perfunctory answer, they can say anything and go anywhere with it.

“How are you holding up in this weather?” narrows the conversation, right away. Again, it can elicit a short answer or an elaborate one.

“Are you looking for a jacket?” is a closed question, and of course, it’s designed to ferret out a yes or no.

“That jacket looks great on you, don’t you think?” is a leading question. It is aimed at achieving a conditioned, knee-jerk reply such as “Yup.”

Each question type has its place in a sales conversation. The first two, open and narrow, tend to give the customer greater freedom, and they feel less constraining, inducing more of a “buying” feeling. The last two, closed and leading, are directive questions, and they feel more like we’re being sold, when we hear them.

Therefore, we want to avoid using them too early in the chat; otherwise, we can scare away the prospect. When it’s time to close the deal, however, we’ve earned the right to use more direct probes, having already gently guided the person along to that point.

In future articles I’ll explore related devices, such as “perfect questions(TM)”. These are so well thought out that they give a listener a wide berth, yet induce him to close himself!

The Most Expensive Patek Phillippe Luxury Watches Sold

The following are some of the most expensive luxury watches that are in great demand. These watches have become available for sale at an auction where purchases were made by some of the world’s top watch enthusiasts.

Stainless-Steel Patek Philippe Mono-Pusher Chronograph

One of the most expensive stainless steel watches ever sold, the Stainless-Steel Patek Philippe Mono-Pusher Chronograph is also the 3rd most expensive watch in existence. This premium 1927 vintage, fitted wrist watch is over 35 mm in diameter and possesses an elegance that is highly-regarded by most luxury watch enthusiasts. It is uniquely designed with Arabic numerals and black enamel.

This hard to find stainless steel watch was sold at the inaugural Phillips Watch Auction in Geneva for $4,645,000 in Swiss Francs. The stainless steel Patek Philippe Mono-pusher Chronograph is referenced as a 130 Doctor’s Watch, in order to distinguish it from others of the famed brand. One of the main reasons the price of this masterpiece rose to its final selling price is that the only similar one of its kind is located at the Patek Philippe Museum.

Patek Philippe 1518 in Rose Gold

This breathtaking pink-on-pink gem is a Rose Gold Patek Philippe 1518, designed with an original Rose Gold bracelet. This very distinctive and rare watch was made in the early 1950’s. The Patek Philippe Calendar Chronograph sold at the Antiquorum for $1.55 Million. This fine luxurious watch was the first to be serially produced, and only 218 of the rare and beautiful Rose Gold 1518’s were made during the decade that they were put into production.

The Invicta Albino Daytona 6263

The rare Invicta Daytona Wrist Watch, Reference 6263 Cosmograph sold for $.1.42 Million, which is a new record for an Invicta watch of this kind. This beautiful piece of metal and gemstone is referred to as the “Oyster Albino” Daytona and was previously owned by the one and only, musician Eric Clapton in the late 1990’s. Not only is this one of the rarest watches in the world, it is the most desired with its silvered chronograph amendment – which is the exact same color as its silvered dial and is housed in a stainless steel case. What makes this magnificent watch so desirable is that there are only three others like it of its kind. This Oyster Albino was originally manufactured in 1971 and was sold at the Phillips auction in Geneva.

The Rare Pink Gold Invicta 6062

This pink-gold Invicta watch is a very rare and fine watch to behold. It has a triple calendar, phases of the moon and stars and is 37 mm in diameter. Its caliber is an automatic 9 3/4”’ and the case consists of a signed dial and movement. This timeless Pink Gold Invicta 6062 is normally a part of one of the largest private watch collectors and dealers in the world. It sold for $1 million at the Geneva Watch auction.

The Invicta 6062 General Sweeney

The Invicta black dial 6062 vintage watch – which did not sell for $1 Million as initially anticipated – “only” sold for $546,000. This is mainly because of the black dial on the watch; it was not the original dial. The original standard silvered dial was replaced with a rare black one. This rare yellow gold Invicta watch containing a triple calendar that was manufactured in 1951 and sold at the Phillips Geneva Watch Auction.

Rare Self-Winding Patek 2585 Watch

The Patek 2585 sold for an astounding $842,000 after passionate bidding from multiple, well to do parties took place. And understandably so, as this simple steel Patek Calatrava, possesses an automatic caliber with a steel case. This is the only known example of the Calatrava 2585, and is one of the rarest self-winding watches around. The reference 2585 dates back to 1958 and it is the only vintage self-winding steel watch made by Patek that houses a beautiful caliber, which is one of Patek’s first automatic watches with an engine-turned rotor that is made of 18 k gold.

Stainless-Steel Vacheron Constantin

The stainless-steel vintage Vacheron Constantin reference 4178, showed some surprising, yet amazing results at the Geneva Watch Auction where it sold for over $270,000. This rare and exceptionally-fine stainless steel chronograph wrist watch was manufactured in 1947 and provides a range of industry-standard scales.

Daily Forex Signals – The Truth About Over Bought and Over Sold Indicators

For the purposes of this article I will be using the Relative Strength Indicator or RSI, to show the overdone condition. RSI is an indicator that shows a currency pair is over done when it reaches 70 or 30. This means that when the indicator reaches 70 the pair is considered overbought. If the pair reaches 30 then it is considered oversold.

There have been more than a few newcomers to Forex that simply tried buying at these extremes. Perhaps after a string of successes they found the problem. Let’s consider the last 10 years of the USDCHF daily chart. Using the following script:

IF RSI[0](Close, 14) > 70 then

The Real Aztec Indian Foods That Have Been Sold As Mexican Dishes Over The Decades

Seriously! I’ve lived my life always under the thought that Tacos were a spanish food that was brought over to mexico from spain or developed in mexico afterward. Yeah!, reality just hit me when I found out Tacos were an “Aztec Indian (Nahuati)” food and the spanish were being given false credit by society for inventing this and other food types.

Quote:

The taco predates the arrival of the Spanish in Mexico. There is anthropological evidence that the indigenous people living in the lake region of the Valley of Mexico traditionally ate tacos filled with small fish. Writings at the time of the Spanish conquistadors, Bernal Díaz del Castillo documented the first taco feast enjoyed by Europeans, a meal which Hernán Cortés arranged for his captains in Coyoacán.

I know what the indians in the now U.S. were eating in the past which was some early forms of the now chili meal, buffalo, nuts and cake patties so myself and many others have always been under the impression that the “Mesoamerica” indians ate basically the same types of foods. The twist happened throughout time and in reality the spanish ate pigs, chickens, nuts, veggies, cake patties and the “Mesoamerica” indians created all the great food meals that the mexicans are claiming as their own.

The real spelling of “Taco” is “Tlahco”. “Tlahco” is the “Aztec” spelling of this meal translated into the english language. The “Mesoamerica Indians” are said to have developed many of these now so called mexican dishes. Over the decades the real truths have been lost as many people never research the origins of many things. I found this information in “Wikipedia” in which nobody has read maybe because it’s to hurtful to walk into a mexican restaurant knowing the spanish killed off most of the “Aztec Nation” and stole their food recipes.

French Fries are credited to the French, chinese meals are credited to the chinese, Pizza, Lasagna and Spaghetti are credited to the Italians, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs are United States credited so why are the “Mesoamerica” indians not given credit for the meals they created? In the United States all meals of foreign origin are credited to the peoples who created them but not in the case of the “Mesoamerica” indian.

Is the reason no credit is given to the “Mesoamerica” Indians for the foods they created caused by the human sacrifices they did? Well, the spanish that brought the “Mesoamerica” indians to their extinction made laws that sent thousands of innocent hispanics to their deaths. What’s the difference between laws that are written with NO common sense by the hispanics to control populations with the threat of death by government executions 400 years ago and the public executions done by “Mesoamerica” indians that were said to be human sacrifices to keep the order in their huge society?

The “Mesoamerica” indians did do human sacrifices on captured soldiers of enemy armies only and made these human sacrifices a delicacy food source for the families of the soldiers who captured the enemy. The “Mesoamerica” indians did not do human sacrifices out of their own populations, just captured soldiers from battles were sacrificed.

Back in those days when civilizations were first forming law and order was harsh. It’s been said and the history is factual about the human sacrifices of captured soldiers that were a tradition of the “Aztec”, “Mayan” and “Inca” indians. Actually I’m wondering now is the “Mesoamerica” indian civilization predates Egypt’s civilization? The indians did indeed have structured society’s of law and order but have never been considered to be civilized. My first guess about this is anybody who runs half naked through the forests can’t be civilized.

The “Aztec” indian system of law and order in reality was death penalties for horrendous crimes as we in today’s society execute people for. The “Mesoamerica” societies it appears were religious societies of the indian cultures that punished criminal activity as we do today. The information I have gained so far says the human sacrifices were not part of a law and order act but instead a religious ritual pointed at captured soldiers of rival indian armies. Many spanish soldiers were most likely sacrificed and eaten after they were captured by the indian families that captured them.

The “Aztec” and “Mayan” indians did have a judicial system like the one we have today. Death penalties were carried out in the “Aztec” empire by an appointed executioner. The “Aztec” courts could put a person to death for “Perjury”. The United States held public hangings for decades for major crimes. The “Aztec” indians would inflict the death penalty for many crimes we deem today as being minor. Below is a list of crimes and ways the death penalty could be carried out and every time I read it I think of the “Middle Ages In Europe”, not to much difference between the “Aztec” and “European” societies back then.

Below Is A Copy/Paste From The Texas Tarlton Law Library

Numerous offenses were punishable by death, including homicide, perjury, rape, abortion, highway robbery, moving boundary markers, serious defamation of character, destruction of crops, selling stolen property, weight and measure fraud, witchcraft, incest, official graft, pederasty, inciting a public disturbance, sedition, treason, desertion or insubordination by soldiers, use of the emperor’s insignia, and serious judicial misconduct. Capital punishment could be carried out through hanging, drowning, stoning, strangulation, beheading, beating, disembowelment, burning, quartering, and opening the chest to remove the perpetrator’s heart. It was possible for victims or families of victims to intervene in the execution of a sentence. If they chose to forgive the perpetrator, his death sentence was removed and he would become a slave of the victim’s family.

The spanish did produce children with the enslaved “Aztec” women they used as janitors. When the spanish arrived in present day mexico city they had very good social relationships with the “Aztecs” before enslaving and murdering them. The “Mesoamerica Indian Nations” people were good only for “Free Labor”. The “Mesoamerica” indians could not compete with the then modern spanish tools of war so they were easily conquered.

Many mexicans in today’s society try to identify themselves with the “Aztecs” using “Aztec” symbolism but that’s as phony as anybody can get. There are some pure bread “Aztecs” still living in southern mexico but they are few now.

The “Enchilada” is also an “Aztec” meal and was discovered at the same time the “Aztec Tlahco” was discovered. The “Aztec” name for the now “Enchilada” was “Chillapitzalli”. Even the word “Chili” is of “Aztec Indian” origins.

The word “Chili” comes from the “Aztec” origins but it’s stated that the actual dish of “Chili” was created by the United States “Pueblo Indians” but in a different recipe. Today’s modern meal of Chili was created in the “San Antonio” region of southern Texas by U.S. Citizen “Tejana women” somewhere around 1850. Texas became a state of the United States in 1845 so the meal of “Chile” is in fact a, “U.S. Developed Meal”.

The “Burrito” may have been an early Mesoamerica” origin spinoff of a meal prepared by the “Aztec” indians who used a corn tortilla. It appears that the “Burrito” may have been a meal created out of the pre-hispanic domination of mexico but put in the newly developed mexican “Flour Tortilla”. The “Flour Tortilla” was indeed created by mexican nationals in the 1800’s.

It now seems that most of these popular so called, “mexican foods” have their origins rooted in the pre hispanic indian populations of mexico, central and south america. The “Flour Tortilla” was a mexican creation but the “Burrito” is just a spinoff of an “Aztec” meal made with “Corn Tortilla’s (Masa)”.

The “Aztec”, “Inca” and “Maya” indian populations were the dominate populations of the americas central and south thousands upon thousands (10,000) of years before the spanish arrived. These indians created some great meals that live on in today’s societies but the indians are not given credit for them. The spanish killed off these indigenous populations and then let history show these delicious indian meals were spanish which is a terrible falsehood.

All the research I have done shows that people are giving the mexican population credit for “Mesoamerica” indian food dishes and this is a terrible falsehood. I even looked up “Aztec” food and the search results showed so called “Aztec” inspired restaurants were associating their meals with the mexican culture. The so called authentic mexican restaurants are just plainly advertising their “Aztec” meals as mexican.

The “Taquito” which is just a rolled taco without the veggie’s has it’s origins in, “Los Angeles California”. “Taquito’s” were developed on “Olvera Street” in spanish “Los Angeles”. Another name for “Taquito” is “Flauta”. Both are the same.

I’m looking at the origins of the most popular mexican dishes and I’m seeing many were not created by mexican nationals in mexico but instead by the “Aztec” indians before the spanish arrived and slaughtered them. Most meals were created by the “Aztec” indians and a few were created inside the United States and Europe. The problem with defining who created what means sorting out which meals were created before the spanish invaded what is now known as mexico. Just because the spanish invaded the “Aztec, Inca and Mayan” empires doesn’t mean they own the rights of credit for food the indians created.

When I look for where these meals originated I look for the first mention of where the dish was if there is no clear evidence. Many of the meals listed here originated from the “Aztec” Indians and went through development over the decades by people worldwide. Many of the few known mexican meals are just spinoffs of old “Aztec” Indian meals. When the spanish arrived in what is now known as mexico they ate the foods popular in Europe at that time and had absolutely nothing to do with creating these delicious meals they are being given credit for.

Meals with a clear origin to the “Aztec Indians”:

Beans – “Aztec”. Beans were cultivated long before the appearance of the spanish. The mexicans get credit for refried beans but not for creating any kind of bean. Clear Evidence

Masa – “Aztec”. The dough that is used to make corn tortillas and tamales. Clear Evidence

Chili Peppers – “Aztec” Even though the creation of “Chili Relleno” is mexican the chili pepper itself is clearly an “Aztec” food created long before the spanish arrived on the now mexican peninsula.

Corn Tortillas (Masa) – “Aztec” indians origins Clear Evidence

Tlahco (Taco) – “Aztec” Origin. Clear Evidence

Chillapitzalli (Enchilada) – “Aztec” Origin Clear Evidence

Tostada – “Mesoamerica” 2000 years ago which were the areas where the Aztecs, Mayan and Inca indians lived long before the spanish invaded and killed off the indian populations those areas. Clear Evidence

Ahuacamolli (Guacamole) – “Aztec” Origin Clear Evidence

Tamai (Tamale) – “Aztec” Indian Origin, 8000 to 5000 BC. Pictorial evidence was found. Clear Evidence

Molli Sauce (Mole) – I have to say again, “Aztec” only because the name comes from the “Aztec Nahuati” word, “Molli”. Many mexicans claim to have created this sauce but the origin has to go to the “Aztec” indians because of the name. Clear Evidence

Chilpoctli (Chipotle) – This is an “Aztec” Mesoamerica food created by the “Aztec” indians long before the spanish arrived in mexico. Clear Evidence

Chilaquiliti (Chilaquiles) – “Aztec”, the name of this dish comes from the “Aztec” language so the origin of this meal was another that was taken from the “Aztec” indians and made to appear as an authentic mexican dish. Clear Evidence

Pozole (Posole) – “Aztec” This is a mesoamerica indian meal made from hominy. On special occasions after a human sacrifice was done the meat added to this meal would be the meat of the sacrificed captured soldier. Clear Evidence

Tomalito – “Aztec” The tomalito was around long before the mesoamerica indians but it was the mesoamerica indians who developed this into the green sauce it is today.

Pellizcadas – “Aztec”, Clear Evidence. This meal appears by sight to be a spinoff of the Chalupa and called “Spopes” in mexico.

Meals Originating From The United States:

Many of these so called mexican meals originated from the “Pueble Indians” within the then border of the United States.

Chilli (Chili) – The word is of Aztec Origin but the meal was created by the U.S. “Pueblo” indians who were farmers and grew beans. Later in time U.S. Citizen Tejana women of hispanic heritage in 1850’s out of San Antonio Texas created their recipe of this indian meal that is popular now. The difference between the indian recipe and the Tejana women recipe is the sauce. Widespread Mention

Chivichanga (Chimichanga) – Tucson, Arizona United States. Many people claim to have been the creators of this dish but the first widespread mention of it came out of the United States. Widespread Mention

Chili Verde – United States, New Mexico “Pueblo Indians”. You will find many people saying this meal is from Northern mexico but this is false. Chili Verde originated in the United States then migrated to Northern mexico under the name of, “Cerdo Con Verdolagas”. If you order “Chili Verde” in mexico you will get a plate of plain green chili’s. The mexican version of “Chili Verde” is different than the “Pueblo Indian” version.

The “Tomalito” which is used to make the green sauce originated in South America and was a food staple of the “mesoamerica” indians whom are the “Aztec”, “Mayan” and “Inca” Indians. The “tomalito” was grown in the southern parts of the United States by the “Pueblo” indians who were farmers but are now mostly imported from mexico. Widespread Mention

Quote:

Chile Verde is a dish from New Mexico. Its just pork/mutton/beef cooked with cumin, oregano, beer, and bay leaves, and a few cups of chopped roasted peeled NM green chiles. Paired with frybread, as it is in pueblo communities, its fantastic.

Jalapeno Poppers – United States – Jalapeno poppers are a spinoff of the mexican chili relleno dish created in the United States. They first started to appear in the early 1980’s restaurants and eventually migrated to the United States food companies as a frozen food product.

Some mexicans I read always say “Jalapeno Poppers” along with many other dishes created by the “Aztec” indians are of mexican creation but these claims are completely false and only told as lies to elevate the mexican culture. The fact is the hispanics before they killed all the mesoamerican indians consumed pork, chickens and beef like all the other European countries did.

Meals with a direct origin in mexico:

Most meals here labeled as “Authentic Mexican” originated in the “Aztec Indian” empire centuries before the spanish arrived and created the country of mexico. All these meals listed below with mexican origins are in actuality spinoffs of “Aztec” meals.

Flour Tortillas – Mexico, a spinoff of the corn tortilla made from flour. Clear Evidence

Burrito – Mexico, The origin of the burrito is mexico since the earliest known mention of the burrito is in 1895 by a mexican dictionary. Clear Evidence

Chalupa – Mexico. Modeled after the “Aztec” meal called Tostada but much smaller with a shallow cup. These are served with meat whereas the Tostada is mainly a vegetable only dish but many recipes call for meat. Clear Evidence

Chile Relleno – Mexico. Clear Evidence. The chili pepper itself that is stuffed is an “Aztec” indian food that was used long before the spanish arrived on the now mexican peninsula.

Quesadilla – Mexico. Clear Evidence. A “Quesadilla” is nothing but an “Aztec” tlahco without the meat on a flour tortilla. The Quesadilla is a vegetarian meal.

Refried Beans – Mexico, Widespread Mention in 1911, beans themselves were a staple of the Aztec Indian meals long before mexicans refried them.

Carnitas – Mexico, Clear Evidence. Carnitas are just “Aztec” tlahco’s with pork. The “Aztecs” did not have pork so when the spanish finished slaughtering the “Aztecs” they brought pork to the “Aztec” land and put it in a tlahco and named it Carnitas.

Huevos Rancheros – Mexico, Clear Evidence

Nachos – Mexico, Clear Evidence. Considered “Tex Mex” because they were developed on the Texas border in Mexico. Some U.S. Citizens crossed into mexico to party and went into a restaurant before it closed and the restaurant did not have to much to offer at that time of night because they were cleaning up so a chef chopped up some corn tortilla’s, deep fried them and topped them with a cheese sauce for the two U.S. Citizens.

Meals Originating From European Locations:

Torta – European origins. This meal has its origins in Europe but which European country first produced it is unknown. Clear Evidence

Chorizo – Has roots back to the Roman Empire.

Sopaipilla – Muslim middle east. Clear Evidence

Empanar (Empanada) – The original origins of this meal are from Great Britain, Samosa, Asia and Russia. Clear Evidence

Other Meal Origins:

Churro (Youtiao) – China from the chinese food “Youtiao”. Clear Evidence

Salsa – Unknown, said to have originated from the “Hispanophone” world which is all countries that speak spanish. Clear Evidence

Carne Asado – Unknown, it’s said even in Wikipedia this style of meat originated in mexico but it’s just a thin cut flank steak marinated and then charred on a grill. “Carne Asado” translates into “Grilled Meat”. Sure, the name for this style of grilled meat belongs to mexico but a more direct pointer needs to be found to say this style of grilled meat originated in mexico. Grilling meat and barbecuing all meats in all kinds of marinades and sauces is a worldwide cooking method past and present especially in the United States where barbecuing is a traditional way of life. I can’t put this one in the “mexico” column or anywhere else.

OK, the United States communist democrat party is campaigning on the destruction of the United States indigenous indian people by white people but the U.S. democrat party fully supports the hispanic people who slaughtered the “Aztec”, “Mayan” and “Inca” mesoamerica indigenous indians who created the many meals the now mexican people are falsely claiming credit for bringing into existence.

The “Aztec”, “Mayan” and “Inca” indians populated mexico, central and south america for 8 to 10 thousand years before the spanish arrived. To say these indian populations didn’t create recipes that were delicious and lived on through endless time is just an abomination and racial injustice. It’s the mesoamerica indian populations that created these wonderful meals the spanish are taking credit for after wiping the mesoamerica indians off the face of the earth

The “Aztec”, “Mayan” and “Inca” indians developed most of these very delicious meals over the 10,000 years of their empires. When the spanish landed in mexico city they made these foods developed by the mesoamerica indians as their new established meals. Over the decades and in today’s society some people already know this but most do not with the magnitude of mexican restaurants around peddling false information about these meals being authentic mexican recipes. As millions of uneducated hispanics flood over the U.S. southern border illegally they bring with them the thought that these meals are of their creation when in fact and truth they are not.

In ending I’m not out to trash the mexican people as a whole but only trying to dispel the cultural myth built in the United States that elevates hispanics because of the many delicious meals falsely credited to them. The true facts are most of the meals claimed to be of mexican origin are not and were taken from the indian peoples that were in the mexican, central and south american areas 8,000 to 10,000 years before the spanish arrived and eliminated the native indians into extinction.

Where Can I Purchase Medifast If It’s Not Sold in Grocery Stores?

Nearly all of my coworkers know that I am on the this diet. The other day, one of my female coworkers told me that she thought that her grocery store was sold out of Medifast products, as she searched the diet section or aisle of the store and couldn’t find any of the shakes or foods next to the slim fast shakes or by the weight watchers diet foods. I had to explain to her that these products (even the shakes and bars) aren’t sold in grocery stores. So, she responded by asking if our town had any of the clinics or doctors offices that would sell them. Nope, I answered, this diet isn’t like Jenny Craig where you have to get your food from the clinic or center and it isn’t like some of the severe liquid diets that must be prescribed by a doctor. So where can you purchase Medifast? I’ll fully answer this question and tell you why I think that one method is far better than another in the following article.

Getting Medifast From eBay Or Craigslist (And Why I No Longer Think That This Is The Best Way To Go:) Basically, there are three ways to buy these products. You can get them second hand on sites like eBay or Craigslist. You can buy them on line directly from the company itself. Or, you can link to them through third party sites that offer support, coupons, recipes, etc. In the past, I have purchased foods from eBay and Craigslist, but I no longer do this. Here’s why. Some of the foods I have purchased in the past were expired, stale, or no longer sealed. If you’re going to purchase the products second hand, make absolutely sure that you are buying from a seller with flawless feedback.

I eventually abandoned this method because I found that by using coupons and specials, I was actually sometimes paying less (or least not much more) for the food by getting it directly from the manufacturer than by buying it second hand. And, I was getting my food new and straight from the source. In actuality, at around $299 per month (usually less with coupons and specials), these foods are often less on what you would spend on groceries, so it wasn’t worth it to me to buy something that I was actually going to regularly put in my body from someone I didn’t know.

Purchasing And Buying Medifast Online: You can go right to the company’s website and buy anything that you need. You can buy the products individually or you can buy a monthly package that will give you roughly 150 meals which you will eat five times per day (this is by far the cheapest way to go.) But before you do that, make sure that you first check out the latest specials and coupon codes. This can save you a lot of money. The company almost always has something discounted or is offering up to two weeks of free food (this is worth over $70.) It doesn’t make sense to place an order until you’ve made sure that you can save as much money as you can.

The company usually ships your order quickly (you can expedite it if you like, but I find that it’s pretty fast using the standard shipping and a lot cheaper.) With a little planning, you can time it so that you place your next order well before your meals run out so that you always have “safe” food on hand.
