Better Orgasm – Five Non Sexual Tips For Better Orgasm

Better orgasm is possible. No matter how much you or your sex partner are enjoying your orgasms, it is always possible to improve the experience even further. This article briefly touches on five non-sexual tips for better orgasm. These tips apply equally to both men and women so you can also share it with your lover.

1. Find a way to free yourself from worldly concerns at will. Experiment and find what helps you to tune out the stress from your career or your family. This can be in the form of meditation, music, aromatherapy and many others. Different people respond differently to different approaches. Find one that works best for you and practice it until you can tune out your worldly concerns during your lovemaking sessions.

2. Practice delayed gratification. Anticipation builds the intensity of the sexual tension and will result in better orgasms. You can delay the lovemaking or delay the penetration or even delay the orgasm. This requires a good measure of self control but is possible for both the male and female sex partners. Plan and agree in advance that you and your partner will do whatever possible to prolong the anticipation and delay the gratification as the sexual urges build up within both of you. The eventual release during sex will usually tend to be very explosive and satisfying.

3. Take extra care of your health. Where possible, avoid taking chemicals into your body. Some medicines and medical supplements are known to inhibit libido and reduce a body’s ability to experience better orgasm. You may want to also check the food you consume and choose those that are less harmful to your body. Go for more fresh fruits and vegetables and cut down your sugar intake. Cigarette smoking and drugs are also known to impair a body’s ability to perform well in bed.

4. Educate yourself further on things that can help you have better sex and better orgasms. In addition to sex techniques, it is also useful to learn about how our bodies work, especially sexually. You may also want to get a better understanding about the psychology that makes sex possible and enjoyable for men and women. Some people are convinced that sex is primarily in the mind and that the mind is the largest sex organ. There is some truth to this and the more you understand how your mind contributes to better orgasm, the better you are positioned to make it happen.

5. Learn to communicate better with your lover. The more you can talk about anything and everything, the easier you can fulfill each other’s sexual needs. Remember, most humans are not psychic and cannot read other people’s minds. So if there is something you want your sex partner to know, just tell her. And encourage her to do the same for you.

The Key to a Better Night’s Sleep

Do you ever find that no matter how hard you try, you can’t seem to get comfortable sleeping? Perhaps you have bought countless sleep aids and you still find that you are waking up with a stiff neck, lower back pain, numbness in your hands or legs, headaches, or even sinus congestion? Since we spend close to a third of our lives sleeping, and another ten percent of our lives lying in bed, that is a staggering number of time not to feel comfortable. Poor posture while sleeping can lead to a variety of secondary conditions, most notably musculoskeletal pain and numbness.

Sleeping in poor spinal positions for extended periods of time can lead to arthrosis of the neck, degenerative disc disease, and neurological impairment of the upper limbs. Research shows that a whopping 65% of the US population that is experiencing chronic neck and back pain report disrupted sleep on a consistent basis, and that 62% of the population report awakening earlier than their desired time due to neck and back pain. In fact, pain is the number one cause of insomnia. While it is important to have a comfortable mattress, the posture you sleep needs to be a priority to prevent further discomfort.

Lying on your side: Ultimately your spine should be as straight as possible on its side without any twisting or rotation. Lay on your side with two long pillows, one on each side of you, and place one between your knees & hug round the top of it to keep your spine aligned to avoid twisting. Place the other pillow behind your spine, so when you roll over you can use that pillow instead of wrestling your pillow across the bed. Arms should be bent 90 degrees around the pillow, to avoid jamming the shoulder and wrist underneath the pillow. A specialized contoured pillow is preferred, and the head should be in exact alignment with the sternum. Be sure to make sure the glabella (center point between the eyes) the filtrum, (center of upper lip), and sternum are in a straight line when lying on your side. If the pillow is too large or small, it can cause the neck to misalign and become shifted, leading to muscle spasms and pain.

Lying on your back: Use a contoured pillow that accentuates the natural curve of your neck, such as a tempurpedic pillow. The skull should be posterior as a pillow is placed under the neck. Avoid pushing up the shoulders, and thick pillows that push the head forward. Attempt to avoid stomach sleeping, as it causes rotational stress and pressure on discs and nerves. In fact, snoring can occur if the head is pushed too far forward, or if there is a lack of the natural circular curve in the neck.

Reading and screen use in bed: The most preferred method for reading and other screen use in bed is to lay on a pillow on your stomach, with your head up, like a prone cobra position in yoga. This will cause the natural curve in the neck to extend, which helps remediate anterior head syndrome. Anterior head syndrome is one of the leading causes of neck, shoulder, upper back, and hand pain and numbness, due to the increased activities of looking down during our regular lifestyles.

It is important to be checked by a chiropractor or other health professional that specializes in correcting spinal structure to attempt to correct the primary condition. In our office, we do a thorough exam to see what the spinal structure looks like and then design an action plan to correct the cause of most cases of neck and back pain, and shoulder and arm pain. The quality of sleep is one of the important parts of health, and by changing subtle sleeping habits and postures; one may find more energy, a better mood, and less pain throughout your lifetime.

Five Steps To Better Putting

During golf lessons I teach that when putting you can use all sorts of ball positions, grips, and stances and still be a good putter. It’s a lot like hitting a baseball. If you’ve ever seen a professional baseball game, you probably noticed that every hitter has his own approach to hitting the ball, including his own stance, position in the batter’s box, and “pre-swing” routine. But if you really looked closer, you would have probably see that there are certain key fundamentals every good hitter does well that make him a good hitter. So it is with putting.

Below is a short golf instruction session on putting, perhaps the single most important influences on your golf scores. In this article on golf tips, I highlight five keys putting fundamentals common to all good putters. If you want to improve your putting, and thereby lower your golf handicap, you must execute these fundamentals well, regardless of whatever else you do while on the green. Otherwise, you’ll muddle along as just an average putter and just an average golfer.

1. Keep Your Eyes Directly Over the Ball If you ask a good putter what the secret is to putting well, chances he or she will tell you that it’s the set up. And one of the keys to adopting the right set up is maintaining your eyes directly over the ball. When you position your eyes directly over the ball you know for sure that you’re aiming directly down the target line. It also helps you keep the putter low to the ground and square to the target. And it helps keep your weight centered on the balls of your feet, which eliminates any tendency to rock backward during the shot.

2. Use an Inside To Square Swing Path Many successful putters use an inside to square swing path, once they’ve squared off their stance. An open stance encourages the putter’s blade to cut across the ball through impact. That puts sidespin on the ball instead of topspin, causing you to miss putts left, if you are a right-handed putter. An open stance also makes it harder to hit a ball solidly on longer putts. A square stance, on the other hand, encourages an inside-to-square swing path-a better swing path. It also encourages a pendulum like swing and helps keep the blade of the putter square to the hole longer.

3. Follow Through Long and Low Another common fundamental to good putting is using a follow-through that’s long and low. With a short follow-through, your stroke feels stunted and abrupt. This in turn encourages you to follow through with more of a “hit” at impact, creating the feeling of chipping the ball instead of putting it. However, if you keep your arms comfortably bent, you can easily extend your stroke down the target line with little effort. That means you can follow through more on putts, maybe as much as 15 inches on a putt or more. Hence the ball rolls more smoothly and bounces much less. From a short range you can be sure the ball won’t bounce unpredictably off the club. Following-through long and low also helps you determine the right pace on faster greens.

4. Change Backswing Stroke, Not Tempo There are certain elements of putting that are all too often ignored in golf lessons but that are nonetheless important. Tempo is one of them. The surface texture of the putting green doesn’t matter as much as maintaining the same swing tempo while putting. The same is true of stroke length. If you’re going to improve your putting, you need to learn what tempo (stroke speed) best suits you, and then stick to it. Trying to produce different tempos to match different surfaces is extremely difficult. It’s better to vary the length of your backswing, then the tempo at which your swing the sputter. Learning to maintain the same tempo while varying the length of your stroke will increase your consistency and confidence when putting.

5. Speed Determines the Line Pace and fluidity, like tempo, are sometimes ignored in golf instruction sessions on putting. The teacher and student are often far more concerned about the mechanics of the putting stroke that these elements. That doesn’t mean they aren’t important. Both pace and fluidity are critical in determining the line of your putt. Knowing your own tendencies also helps you compute the line. If you’re normally an aggressive person, allow less line for your break, than if you are a lag putter. And vice versa. Once you’ve decided on the direction of your putt, point the ball’s trademark down the desired target line. This will give you confidence that the blade is square to the target line.

These five steps on putting all seem to be common elements that good putters excel at. You need to work on them to become a good putter and a player with a single-digit golf handicap. But they’re not the only ones. So keep your eyes and ears open. Try to pick up other golf tips on putting that can help become more than just an average putter and golfer.

How to Continuously and Better Evaluate Students’

Many high school teachers have questioned why students are not more academically prepared when they enter high school. Likewise, middle school teachers wonder why their students are not better prepared when they start middle school. To solve this problem, why don’t schools implement and utilize an IDP for each student for every school year? An IDP is an Individual Development Plan that can be utilized for each student to help that student plan his or her academic success every school year starting with kindergarten.

IDP has been utilized for teachers for several years as part of their evaluation process, but why don’t we use them for students as well, so we can monitor their progress too? For example, if a student IDP can be developed that identifies each student’s academic strengths, weaknesses, social problems, and other student concerns, then teachers will already know their students and their academic progress clearly at the beginning of each school year. The same form can also be used for academic recommendations to help students progress further and more successfully. Starting a student IDP at the kindergarten level would give teachers, schools, and parents an ongoing track record of the academic strengths and weaknesses of every student and more importantly what needs to happen for each student to have more and better school success.

Too often in our school system, we have students coming into high school unprepared, and no one has taken the time to work on and correct any of their deficiencies in earlier years. That is both a personal and an academic tragedy. I have observed students who are only reading at 3rd to 5th-grade level in the ninth grade, and when I researched these students, I found they already had reading problems in the early grades, but no one gave them the extra support they needed then. That is truly a tragedy, and a student IDP will make more people aware of individual student problems and find a way to resolve them.

The IDP is a practical and unique way to make both parents and educators more aware and more accountable for the ongoing academic successes of all the children in our schools. Of course one of the key concerns is who is going to keep these records and who is going to complete the forms” The teacher is the logical person to complete the form, but I believe that with all the technology available today, any extra work can be minimized, and the IDP can be transmitted electronically. The form can even be developed as a check-off, if necessary. On the flip sign are the benefits that will be offered to teachers when they know the strengths and weaknesses of their students at the beginning of each school year and can thus better plan their lessons for that school year.

If we are truly going to educate all our students and educate them well, we have to stop leaving so many students behind. One way to solve that problem is to continuously evaluate our students in the early grades and provide the necessary support both then and going forward to any students who need extra help because they will benefit from it immensely.

Is the 5-3 Or 4-4 a Better Defense For Youth Football?

Running the correct scheme on defense, while coaching youth football, may well determine how much success your team will have. If you do not put your players in the right spot, chances are they will not have much fun or success.

A new inquiry we received was ” Is the 4 – 4 Stack OR Base 5 – 3 A Better Youth Football Defense? The inquiry is repeated lower in this post. In that respect, there are many different styles of defense to implement when running a pee wee football squad, nevertheless a coach should be practical on what type of scheme to install. At the real immature ages almost all teams cannot throw the football, thus you will want to run a basic defense that can shut down the running game. Below is the inquiry from our client.

I manage a pop warner football team comprised of 9-10 year olds. In 2009 we used the 5-3 and finished the season with eight wins and only one loss. Over a nine game schedule we allowed on seven touchdowns. The advantage of using the 5-3 is you overload the line but can also get your reserve players into the middle of the defensive line three players at a time. This helps you meet any minimum play requirements. I am thinking of changing to the 4-4 defensive scheme since I have two returning star players at OLB and 2 very good players to play the inside linebackers. I have returning defensive ends, but no returning defensive guards or nose tackles. I was wondering if teaching gap responsibilities in the 4-4 defensive scheme is too difficult for youth football players? As I stated above, I have eight players returning from last season’s defense so when my starters are on the field as one unit we should be pretty good. I’m afraid if I use the 5-3 again I will not have one of my studs at a linebacker position. I know I can make him a strong safety or a monster and rotate him to the strong side, but I’m wondering if using the 4-4 may be a better option. Any help, thought or ideas will be appreciated.

My first reaction is if you went 8-1 and only allowed 7 touchdowns, why the heck would you change? I would much rather add a few wrinkles to my established defense before I would change the base scheme? I would put extra work into the team that beat you, but any returning players would remain in the positions they played last year. I think the 5-3 is one of the best defenses you can run with new players.

Is It Better To Finish High School Or Take The GED Exam?

Taking the GED test and obtaining a GED credential is a prudent option for adults who dropped out of high school. The GED tests, when taken altogether can be accomplished in 7.5 hours. If you achieve good scores, you can avail of various opportunities when it comes to your academic and career undertakings, such as being hired at a better-paying job, getting a promotion or going to college. It may sound appealing, but there are advantages and disadvantages to consider when opting to obtain a GED diploma vs. a high school diploma.

A GED diploma is deemed to be an equivalent of a secondary school diploma. Passing the GED test and acquiring a GED credential means that you have the same skills set of a high school student. However, there are different requirements and different results pertaining to getting a GED diploma and a high school diploma.

Know The Pros and Cons

It is apparently faster to get a GED diploma. You do so after passing a test that covers the 4 subject areas of Science, Math, Social Studies and Reasoning Through Language Arts. On the other hand, working for your secondary education diploma lets you go through valuable life experiences. The GED test may be taken by adults aged 17 years old and above who have dropped out of college, and it is ideal for those who are past the age of highschool learning. Going to highschool prepares students for college education and a highschool diploma is accepted in both the US as well as abroad.

The disadvantages of taking the GED are that it tends to be a difficult exam and its corresponding credential may not be accepted by schools and companies abroad. That of a studying in secondary school is that it takes a long time to complete- 4 years to be exact.

Who Is A Better Candidate For The GED Test?

The average age of GED test takers is 26- mostly individuals who have been out of school for 10 years or so. They may be embarrassed to go to school to finish their secondary education or might have work and family obligations already. For highschool students who are at least 16 years old, taking the GED test may be an alternative route to pulling it through until their graduation.

The better recourse, nonetheless, is to finish high school. Unless situations that are extreme are forcing a student to leave high school, it makes more sense to achieve a high school diploma. If caught in a quandary of either finishing high school or taking the GED, it is a smart decision to talk with a school counsellor first.

Think Wisely Before Making A Decision

Thus, if one has the capability and the means to finish highschool, it is wise to do so. Attending and finishing highschool provides a student with helpful life and hands-on experiences that aid in their healthier social development, too. In the same manner, although a GED credential is considered as an equivalent of a high school diploma, employers would still prefer hiring an applicant that holds the latter.

These are the benefits and the downsides of the GED certificate vs a high school diploma. Think wisely and seek sensible advice before deciding which option to take.

4 Ways to Make Your Vagina Smell and Taste Better

Even if your vagina doesn’t smell or taste bad, you may still want to improve it. Having a vagina that tastes and smells good makes you more confident during sex and feels healthier.

1. Proper hygiene

While the inside of the vagina usually keeps itself clean, the outside can use a little help sometimes. Wash every day with a gentle, additive-free soap to keep your vagina fresh and smelling nice.

2. Shaving

Whether or not to shave the pubic hair is a personal choice, and you shouldn’t do it if you feel uncomfortable with it. If you don’t mind the idea however, consider that once that pubic hair is gone, things like sweat and stray urine droplets won’t get trapped in the area. If you notice your vagina smells bad, it could be scents trapped in the hair and not the vagina itself. Shaving will also improve the taste of your vagina, much the same way as it improves smell.

3. Flavored oils

There are flavored massage oils available that can be used on the vagina to improve the taste and smell. These are only to be used during sex though, not during everyday activities. Still, if you’re looking for a quick improvement in taste and smell for an intimate moment, massage oils are a good option. Make sure the kind you get is specifically intended for sex, and always test a small amount first so you know your vagina isn’t too sensitive for the product.

4. Drinking juice

Cranberry and pineapple juice have both been reported to improve the taste and scent of vaginal discharge. Cranberry juice naturally combats unhealthy bacteria in the urinary tract system, so this will help improve the smell of urine as well. Even if you only drink a glass of one of these juices a day, you can still see changes. The pineapple juice trick works for men too, so if you live with your partner, consider getting him to try it with you.

If you notice a persistent bad vaginal smell, you may be suffering from some kind of infection, so see a doctor if these natural tips don’t improve your condition.

Car Driving Tips – Accelerate Through Curves For Better Traction

Of the many car driving tips that might be offered, this one isn’t intuitive – accelerate through curves to gain better traction. It seems that acceleration on a curve would cause a vehicle to loose traction and fishtail. It does if you apply too much, but limited acceleration improves traction when taking a curve.

To understand this, let’s first look at traction. Then let’s see how a vehicle wants to behave when rounding a curve, and then let’s put the two together.

Traction is…

Traction is necessary for travel in the direction we desire. When we accelerate away from a stop, the vehicle moves because it has traction with the road. It moves away from the curb smartly if we accelerate more because greater acceleration provides more traction – up to the point where we’ve lost traction because of applying too much power to the drive wheels.

If we’re on snow and ice, nearly any hard acceleration will cause the wheels to slip and the vehicle to slide in ways that make it behave more according to momentum and gravity than in the direction in which we’re steering. If we accelerate lightly, then we’re likely to move in a manner and direction that we expect.

Think in Term of Vectors…

Now, think of vehicle travel in terms of a single vector pointing in the direction your vehicle wants to travel. When you’re driving straight, there is a vector pointing directly ahead of you because your drive wheels are pushing or pulling you in that direction. Easy enough to understand.

Now, imagine the vector when you’re coasting around a curve. It’s pointing ahead of you and towards the outside of the curve because you’re going forward yet momentum wants to take you off the road. Accelerate hard and you lose traction and slide in the direction of momentum – the vector points hard to the outside of the curve as you slide off the road. It’s the same as if you had hit ice on a curve – you lose traction and the vehicle goes where momentum and gravity want it to go.

Putting it Together…

In light of the example above where we lost traction on a curve, it’s easy to understand that more traction will keep us going in the direction we desire (simply because a loss of traction had the opposite effect). We also discovered that increased acceleration provides enhanced traction – up to a point.

Therefore, if we accelerate just a bit, then we’re taking advantage of enhanced traction and effectively redirecting the vector to point more towards the desired direction of travel and away from the outside of the curve. This is why experienced motorcyclists will slow down a bit going into a curve and accelerate through the curve – it helps them “stick” to the road with more traction.

Try it Yourself…

Here’s an experiment to prove the point. Drive with a steady foot around a curve you travel often and note how it feels. Then the next time drive around the curve, simply coast a bit and see how it feels. Then, the next time you drive around the curve use slight acceleration. You’ll notice the difference between the three approaches, and it will convince you that limited acceleration promotes traction in a curve.

Again, of all the driving tips, this one isn’t intuitive, but it’s true that acceleration through curves provides a wider margin of safety because of improved traction.

Better Than Steroids – An Honest Review

In the book, Better Than Steroids, Dr. Warren Willey proposes that a NATURAL trainer can actually get results superior to a steroid user IF the natural trainer follows a proper training and nutrition program.

In this article I’ll let you know if the doctor delivers or if this book fails to live up to the hype.

Dr. Wiley contents that part of the reason steroid users get such great results is because you tend to eat better and train harder while you’re taking steroids. On page 21 he claims…

“I am going to teach you how to mimic anabolic steroids using diet and exercise!”

Next, he mentions a success story from one of this clients. No names are given, and no before and after pictures are presented. The client is simply listed as “L.D.”

In just 12 weeks, L.D. went from 182 pounds at 16.1% body fat to 177 pounds at 5.5% body fat. Which means L.D. not only lost 19.56 pounds of fat, he also gained 14.57 pounds of muscle AT THE SAME TIME!

Here’s the kicker: Dr. Wiley says LD was 60 years old at the time of this study and that he’s had other clients who have gained 30 pounds of lean muscle WHILE dropping 60 pounds of fat by following the same principles.

Now at this point, I’m smell something funny. Smells like Bull Sh*t.

But let’s continue. Doc goes on to talk about the importance of water and that food can actually be used as a drug. I liked this part of the book because all too often we forget just how powerful food can be. Food can be used to spike or depress insulin – just like a drug. And by timing your food intake (eating high carbohydrate foods around the time of your workout and reducing carbs during the rest of the day) you can take advantage of the drug-like qualities of food. Good stuff here.

Then Willey talks about how to calculate your recommended daily calorie intake and even provides 4 different eating plans. The eating plans are as follows:

Isocaloric: Splitting your daily caloric intake evenly among fats, carbs and protein.

Keto Run: Eating ultra-low carbs for 7-14 days at a time.

The modified Carb Drop: Doing a Keto run and then following it up with a carb load.

The Zig Zag: Eating high calories one day, then low calories the next day.

Overall, nothing groundbreaking here. In fact, I saw many similarities between these recommendations and Dan Duchaine’s recommendations in his book Underground BodyOpus. Both talk about using an isocaloric approach at first, then a super low carb diet when weight loss stalls and then adding weekend carb ups to allow you to gain muscle while stripping off fat.

The next few chapters cover pre and post workout meals.

Then we get to Chapter 12: Glycogen Supercompensation.

For me, this is where the book falls apart.

Willey opens with the following case study detailing the experiences of “C.V.” (Again, no full name or photos shown.)

C.V. started out 200 pounds and 8.9% body fat. He then did 10 days of super low carb dieting followed by 48 hours of high carb eating.

He ended up at 212 pounds and 8.0% body fat. On the surface, this looks impressive. And Dr. Warren Willey exclaims…

“There are no typos in the above chart! CV gained 12.8 pounds of muscle in a 48-hour load and actually lost some body fat!”

But this is just flat out wrong. He didn’t gain 12.8 pounds of muscle. He’s just holding water. Because that’s what happens when you cut carbs drastically low and then flood your system with a high dose of carbohydrates – your body ends up holding extra water.

And that’s fine – often times this is a good thing. But you can’t confuse holding extra water with building muscle. Willey is a medical doctor – he should understand the difference between muscle and bloat.

But apparently he doesn’t because he goes on to list even more examples of successful clients. In each case, it’s clear what happens – the client ends up holding excess water for a couple days and Willey chalks it up as “muscle gain”.

But it’s not. You don’t gain 12 pounds of muscle in two days. No one does. Not even steroid users.

From there, the rest of the book gives some bodybuilding routines that sound like something out of a Joe Weider mag – Giant sets, super sets, 21’s, pre-exhaust training, etc.

Oddly enough, this style of bodybuilding training usually works better for steroid users than it does for natural trainers.

Overall – the book fails to deliver on it’s main promise: Willey proves you can hold extra water for a few days by carb-loading, but fails to prove that his strategies can help you gain muscle and certainly fails to prove that these strategies can yield better results than steroids.

So I’d save your money and skip this book. If you want more information on carb loading and glycogen super compensation, track down a copy of Dan Duchaine’s Underground Bodyopus. The book is now 15 years old but Duchaine does a better job of mapping out the principles behind glycogen super compensation.

Better Reading Fluency Results In Better Reading Comprehension

Reading fluency is the ability to read quickly and accurately. A person with good reading fluency is able to comprehend more because they instantly group and recognize words. Doing this instantly frees up the brain for comprehending what is actually being read. Good reading fluency will help people learn more and excel at school or on the job. It is common for people to struggle with reading fluency. There are, however, specific training programs that allow an individual to strengthen their reading fluency.

An individual struggling with reading fluency can be extremely frustrated with learning because they have to spend extra time trying to understand what they are reading. This can negatively impact people in a school or professional work setting. When a person struggling with reading fluency reads out loud their reading will typically be slow, choppy, and without natural expression.

Besides having difficulty reading aloud an individual who struggles with reading fluency may also notice that they identify words in a list well, but they can’t read the same words fluently in a phrase. It is vital that you help students move from word recognition in isolation to reading fluency in context. This can be accomplished with the proper testing, training, and practice.

The National Institute for Literacy said on their website that, “Repeated and monitored oral reading improves reading fluency and overall reading achievement.” This is one of the two steps researched by the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP). The second step they found for improved reading fluency is silent reading done independently by the students. Practice is one of the key factors to an improvement in reading fluency.

The NAEP has also laid out their definition of reading fluency. They define it as: “the ease or ‘naturalness’ of reading.”

In 1995 the NAEP found that 44% of United States fourth graders were on the lower end of the fluency scale. The study also confirmed that reading fluency and reading comprehension are directly related to each other. It has been proven that many American classrooms neglect to teach or train students to become more fluent readers. This in turn affects student’s reading comprehension in the present and carries over later in life.

To help your child or a loved one become a more fluent reader it is important to have them take a simple reading fluency test at a quality learning training center. This test will help you understand their strengths and weaknesses on the reading fluency scale. After the test the learning training center can put together a plan of action for helping to improve the reading fluency. This includes having your child receive professional feedback on their reading. This training process has proven to help improve reading fluency for a lifetime.
