What are Lubricants

Industrial oils are specifically designed fluids composed of a base oil and a compliment of additives. Lubricant oils also fail because of oil degradation, or oxidation. It is where atmospheric oxygen combines with hydrocarbon molecules. However, further oxidation converts these by-products into carboxylic acids. These acids then aggressively attack and corrode many machine component surfaces. Sugar molecule and a phosphate molecule are also attached to each DNA base. a nucleotide consist of a base, sugar, and phosphate. Nucleotides are arranged in two long strands that form a spiral called a double helix. The structure somewhat like a ladder, with the base pairs forming the ladder’s rungs and the sugar and phosphate molecules forming the vertical sidepieces of the ladder.

An important property of DNA is that it can replicate, or make copies of itself. Each strand of DNA in the double helix can serve as a pattern for duplicating the sequence of bases. This is critical when cells divide because each new cell needs to have an exact copy of the DNA present in the old cell.

DNA sequence analysis is enormously useful in studies of evolutionary history. Extensive sampling of DNA sequences has helped establish the diversity of life and allowed researchers to analyze evolutionary relationships within groups in detail.

The potential utility of a large-scale effort to sequence uniform gene targets across all species of life was the subject of “Taxonomy and DNA,” a conference held at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory on 9-12 March 2003. In 2006, the United States and Japan came to an agreement about moving 8,000 military personnel from Okinawa to the island of Guam. There were two major problems in the way of this expansion; Guam’s outdated commercial port and having access to enough workers to actually complete the projects. This led to changes in immigration law that would allow Guam employers to hire seasonal workers that do not count toward their annual 66,000 allowance.

The first order of business is underway with a massive $193 million dollar port improvement project currently in progress. The commercial port of Guam annually deals with 100,000 containers, but in order to deal with the construction materials needed to build bases, hospitals, schools and more the port will need the capability to handle twice that number. Extensions of the current wharf and container storage area will be needed to handle the influx of ships and containers of supplies.

Infrastructure Improvements

With the two main barriers, being dealt with infrastructure concerns will have to be addressed as well. The islands infrastructure of roads, utilities and bridges is outdated to say the least and in order to support the Guam base build up they will have to be improved upon. In July 2010, an environmental impact study was completed determining what the most responsible use of the aquifer will entail as well as assessing the improvements for the islands sewage and water treatment facilities.

Bottom Line

Construction jobs may be waning in the United States but the Guam base buildup promises more opportunity than ever before. Guam bid requests have already started trickling out with around $4 billion already awarded to seven companies. The pace is quickening on the military expansion plans and very soon, there will likely be additions of residential housing, roads, sidewalks and everything else that goes into making modern conveniences a reality for more people. There are concerns of course from local citizens about the impact of so many people moving to their island at one time, but with the right planning the Guam base buildup promises to be an opportunity for people on several levels.

Well, i really hate to say this because it sounds like a old broken record, but sometime it really need to be play for someone, who I think their right brain is still in a coma stage.

No work, no sweat, no worries.

The problem? It is hard to get adopted by rich and sickly parents. There are not many of these people around, while this method works.

It only works for a few. If you were one of the blessed, well, you wouldn’t be reading this article or finding ways to get rich. You would be cruising in the Caribbean now.

2. Marry someone who is already incredibly rich.

If you are not married now, hey, there is still time for you to find a wealthy spouse. But that’s not the subject of this article, as again, this is a way to wealth that few can do. Talking about Hollywood maybe you can go there and try your luck.

3. Hit it big in the stock market.

Your shares will double and triple in price. However, there is a problem. You have to already be rich to buy lots of stock and yes, there is always a catch in the stock market.But my friend this is a rich man game, high risk, high return, are you game enough to take the risk?

4. Win the lottery

I seen lot’s of people doing that, some even put 10 to 20% of their wages on that. But the math experts already know the truth: “The lottery is a voluntary tax on people who are really bad at math.” You are about 100 times more likely to be struck by lightning than to win the lottery. To put that into perspective, the odds are that you had to be struck by lightning 100 times before winning the lottery.My goodness out of a million numbers there is only one and after struck by lightning for a hundred times do you really feel like going out and having a good time spending your lottery money?

Lottery is entertainment, a reason to watch television or news paper to check if your number won a dollar or two. Play the lottery for fun, don’t use it for your primary investment.

5. Write a hit song or sing a hit song

I can’t sing. In fact, I can barely hum. If you are one of those rare individuals with superstar musical talent….go for it! Use that talent. Go for American idol make a million or two and enjoy. However, this article is not about writing hit songs. So if you are like me and can’t hold a tune, relax. There are plenty of other ways to financial independence.

And how About writing that great romance novel ?

Well, that is also a way to financial wealth, but a very rare way. Very few people are able to take this path.
