The Bible Explains Why God Is Destroying the Earth

It is an extremely controversial book and few can really understand its messages because the bible is a composite of many works from different origins. It was first compiled by Jerome the 'doctor' of the Catholic Church after it was established by Constantine in 325 AD. As a Roman Caesar with sole rule over the empire he had power to use it to force control over the nations.

While he is called a saint by his organization he is titled 666 in Revelation 13: 12-18. In these passages is a summary of how he forced everyone to worship the image he put up of Jesus Christ, who never existed. Now people turn to that image for help and they pray to it as a god, so the real God, the Spirit of the Universe has to use it to draw back its people.

"Why is my pain perpetual and my wound incurable, which refuseth to be healed? Wilt thou be altogether … as a liar, and as waters that fail?" Jeremiah 15:18

With a strong link to the Spirit following my reincarnation it commissioned me to remove the wall of blindness and recover the spiritual people. Soon after a man stood before me on a cross. He lifted his head and called my name. Inside I heard "take me off the cross." The look on his face is unforgettable because it showed his pain. It also reflected rejection, loss, confusion, and innocence.

This image has stolen the spiritual children and caused them to adhere to the lie. God is furious but it is all done under the plan outlined in the prophecies. It was to them that it took me to learn the reason why God is destroying the world.

We are not expected to know everything but the bible states that 4,000 years ago was the start of the 'day of the lord', as shown to me in a vision. That is the false god, which is the sun. It is still hailed in many nations and is the object of worship in all religions. It's name in Babylon was Mary, which means 'mother's powerful eye'.

Men fashioned it into the female figure hat bears the name and they voluntarily died on crosses at dawn to 'marry' Mary. The inhabitants of the city were the Amor who built Roma (reverse Amor) and took their religion and gods with them. This is the format used by Constantine for his new religion.

In keeping with the notion of the 'crucified Savior' he put up the image of Jesus Christ and Mary, as the Mother of God. This has been so the spiritual are tested and those with strength enough to come away from the lie are ready now for the harvest.

The earth has been used to bring this about and as we are in the last days it will undergo massive change. Those who have been used to develop and strength the children of Israel will go forever while we are told the latter will inherit the earth.

The Bible and Mythopoetic Language In Scripture

As we examine the work done by scholars working with secular documents and records to give us a realistic view or framework of the images and the events described in Scripture, we come to see the images unfold. Yet, we do not comprehend what we are seeing; unless we do so with the view that just because we do not understand the images we are seeing in Scripture, our non-comprehension does not make these so-called mythical images any less real. It is when we move into unwavering faith that we come to understand the imagination of God.

He has shown his imagination and it has been clearly made visible and is seen in the many varieties of animal, insect, and plant species that he created. It is in this imagination that we are moved from a superficial faith to seek the power and vitality that God reveals to us in our Christian heritage.

That is to say, just because our imagination is limited and our comprehension is dulled, it does not mean that the images described in the Bible are not real. We must understand that all subjective analysis is based on human opinion and perspective. What we are in need of first, is the transformation of Biblical faith.

Biblical faith is narrow in that we understand that what God reveals to us can only be understood and described in the finite state of our being. In other words, it is to be compared to the story of three blind men describing an elephant. One is touching its trunk, one – its side, and the last – its tail. They all have a different perspective based on the position that they occupy, but just because their perspectives are different, it doesn’t mean that one is correct and the others are wrong.

In believing that the Bible is the written Word of God, it behooves us to allow for the various views of the writers based on the inspiration they received by the Holy Spirit. After all Scripture also says, (1 Corinthians 2:9) “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”

Before you allow anyone to cause you to waver in your faith and the validity of God’s word, ask yourself this question. When the critics speak of “Biblical Mythology” – is it really myth or misunderstood truth?

The True Meaning of Repentance in the King James Bible

The word repentance as used in the King James Bible was completely misinterpreted by the original translators. The original Greek word metanoia means much more than simply feeling sorry. In fact, the idea implies a complete reversal of a persons whole outlook on themselves and their relationship with that which greater than themselves. It means seeing oneself not as an ego-bound entity scrabbling for control within a subjective frame of reference of their own creation but rather as a conscious participant within a larger frame of reference with a unique roll to play, no matter how insignificant it may seem to themselves or the world at large.

The original meaning of repentance can be understood using the analogy of the acorn. The acorn is a complete biological entity, containing a small germ part along with a larger part that provides food for the germ when it sprouts. Although an acorn is a complete entity, it contains a potential destiny that completely transcends it’s being and in fact guarantees it’s death.

This destiny is it’s potential to become an oak tree. The seed in all it’s compact complexity and completeness is created with the intention that it should die of itself to become something much greater. The oak tree has completely different needs, priorities, and experiences than an acorn does. Even though every acorn is a potential oak tree, it would never understand anything about an oak tree’s reality due to its inadequate field of experience.

The same sun that can dry out and kill an acorn nurtures and feeds the oak. The same rain that can rot an acorn from within provides the oak tree with the substance that enables it to grow tall and strong. The squirrel that sees an acorn as a meal sees the oak tree as a place that provides it with safety, food and a home where it can raise it’s family.

The final outcome of any acorns that fail to transform into oak trees is unimportant to nature, as only the oak trees will be able to make more acorns to continue the cycle. The acorns that do not sprout are either eaten by animals or decay to become food for the ones that do sprout. Most acorns, no matter how large, beautiful, or healthy will not fulfill their cosmic destiny, although they will have played their required role in natures master plan.

To relate this analogy to human terms, it is necessary to see all of us as acorns. We were born, raised, and matured to the point where we are complete entities. The germ of the acorn relates to the inner essence we were all born with whereas the meat of the acorn can be related to our ego centered personality that we acquire as we grow to maturity.

As complete entities, we can live, love, and die with our fellow entities within a subjective reality defined by our animal instincts of avoiding pain and seeking pleasure, never knowing or understanding that a completely different reality is possible.

In reference to our analogy, the different reality is represented by the oak tree. By using the analogy, it can be seen that this gap between what we are and what we can be is a lot wider than we think. Blind obedience to centuries old dogma will not be enough to achieve this “oak tree” state that manifests itself in human terms as living as a self-actualized entity with a conscious understanding of our relationship to the higher level of integration that governs the universe.

All or Nothing – A Fun Bible School Activity for Your Kids To Learn Proverbs 3:5-6

Proverbs 3:5-6 says this: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” If you notice, this verse doesn’t say, “Trust in the Lord with half of your heart” or “three-quarters”. It says “all”. That’s completely – no holding back. That’s hard! But God would never ask us to do something that He wouldn’t give us the ability to do. Proverbs 3:5-6 is one of the most well-loved Scriptures of many Christians. Here is a fun Bible school activity to help your kids learn this verse along with some other Bible verses about trusting in the Lord.

Here’s what you do:

This activity will be played best with 8 or more children. The only thing you need for this game is a bag or bucket with index cards of numbers 2 to half of the number of kids in your class. For example, if you have a total of 8 children, then your bag will contain numbers 2, 3 and 4.

How to play:

You will need to divide your class into 2 teams. Have one child from the first team come forward and ask him one of the questions based on trusting in God found below. If the child answers correctly then he will get to reach in the bag and pull out a number. This number is the amount of people from this child’s team who must stand up and say the verse correctly, one at a time. You, the teacher, will choose the kids who say the verse by alphabetical order of their last names. This way every child will get a chance o say the verse at some point or other. In order for a team to earn any points, all of the kids who were chosen to say the verse must say the Scripture correctly. For every child who said the verse correctly, that team will earn 100 points. So, if 2 children said the Scripture, that team will earn 200 points. If any child does not say the verse, the team earns zero points.

Before playing, introduce the lesson in the following way:

Who would like to read Proverbs 3:5-6? (Have a child read the verse.) Trusting in the Lord is often one of the hardest things for a Christian to do. I think the reason for this is found in our verse today in the part where it says “and lean not on your own understanding.” Instead of trusting in God, we think we can do it all. We think we know it all and we might wonder if God really is as powerful as He says He is. This is crazy thinking! God is God! He is almighty, all-powerful and all-knowing! There is nothing that He can’t do for you that is according to His will for your life. He loves you! That alone is reason enough to trust Him. Here’s another question. How much of our heart are we supposed to trust God with? (Wait for response of “all”.) That’s right! We’re supposed to trust God with all of our heart. Not just half or a little bit. So, let’s play a game today to help us learn Proverbs 3:5-6 and a little bit more about what it means to trust in God. Before we play, let’s say Proverbs 3:5-6 several times together to help you memorize it as quickly as possible.

At this point, you are ready to play the Bible school activity based on Proverbs 3:5-6. Have fun!

Bible Story Crafts – Caterpillar, Butterfly Activities – Kids Bible Story Crafts

The metamorphosis of the caterpillar to butterfly has symbolized rebirth for ages,

everlasting life and being born again through Christ, which makes these Easy Kids Bible Story Crafts ideal for Sunday School, homeschoolers or other groups looking for kids Bible crafts or other Bible lessons. This craft could accompany a story such as the wonderful picture book classic, The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle (this book also has beautiful collage pictures that can inspire other projects).

In this fanciful book the caterpillar eats all kinds of foods, including a cherry pie, so you may also want to read a short non-fiction picture book to the kids. After all, in real life caterpillars are very selective about what they eat.

Then you can make a comparison to the how the leaves of the right sort of plant nourishes the caterpillar so that it may become a butterfly, just as Jesus’ teachings nourish our spirit so that we may be reborn in the heavenly kingdom. There are many wonderful analogies you can find between the lowly caterpillar’s metamorphoses into a beautiful creature of flight.

Below you will find a butterfly craft and tips on growing butterfly gardens.

Supplies

o Wooden spring type clothespin

o Green pom-poms (4 medium sized)

o White school glue

o Pipe cleaner

o White paper

o Outline of butterfly wings

o Markers, crayons or paint

Teacher Prep

Most young children will need a template for their butterfly wings. You can create one by drawing a pair of wings on a piece of paper and photocopying one for each child.

Instructions:

1. Glue pom-poms onto one side of clothespin.

2. Form antennas with a piece of pipe cleaner

3. Twist antennas onto the end of the clothespin that doesn’t close

4. Set aside to dry.

5. Color or paint the butterfly wings.

6. Cut out the wings.

7. Transform the caterpillar into a butterfly by clipping on the wings with the clothespin!

Butterfly Gardens

Children love to watch butterflies, and if you create a butterfly garden, they may also have the opportunity to observe the caterpillars and cocoons.

To grow a butterfly garden, you will need to grow plants that provide nectar, places for the butterflies to lay eggs, food plants for the caterpillars (the larva) and places for them to form the chrysalises (cocoons).

Here are some tips for designing your butterfly garden:

1. Grow nectar-producing plants in sunny areas because adult butterflies rarely feed in the shade.

2. Butterflies and many caterpillars are finicky eaters. Consult a regional field guide to find out which species of butterflies prefer which plants.

3. Plant dense clusters of small flowers such as zinnias, milkweeds, verbenas, and many mint family plants are favored by many butterfly species.

4. Do not use insecticides or pesticides.

5. Design your garden so that blossoms are clustered together by type of plant and also in monochromatic, big splashes of color. This makes it easier for the butterflies to see and catch the scent of the blossoms.

6. Choose plants with tubular flowers or flat-topped blossoms, which make better landing strips and feeding stations. Choose easier to sip from single flowers rather than doubles (the ones with extra petals).

7. Since butterflies are active from early spring until late fall, plant accordingly, and include annuals and perennials.

8. Include plants in the butterfly garden that provide food for caterpillars and that are attractive to female butterflies looking for places to lay eggs.

9. Maintain favorite “watering holes”: damp areas and/or shallow puddles.

10. Include plenty places in your butterfly garden for basking. Since butterflies can’t fly when their bodies temperatures are below 70 F, they often bask in the sun on stones, bare soil or vegetation.

11. Last but not least, create your butterfly garden in a way that makes it easy for you and the children to enjoy, perhaps by including a swing bench in the garden, or bringing the garden to you by planting near a deck or pond.

What Does the Bible Say About Biology?

As you know, biology is a study of all living things. This is the general topic with several subtopics. We will address the subtopics later. The “biology” of the Bible covers the whole range of life forms, both physical and spiritual.

The first thing that gets our attention when studying the Bible is, it is very scientific. It is NOT filled with pages of nonsense. It agrees with the true science that is revealed in nature. There is no conflict between the Bible and true science.

The Bible gives us a scientific explanation for the origin of life. It is found in the narrative of Genesis 1 and 2. In the first place, life must come from life. You cannot mold a clay pigeon and expect it to fly away. I do not care how long it sits, it will remain a clay pigeon. The Bible tells us God created all physical and spiritual life to bring honor and glory to Himself. He created it as we see it today. It was created full grown instantly. Fruit trees were in full bloom, animals were able to reproduce, flowers were in full bloom, humans were always humans, and so on.

The Bible tells us about spiritual life. According to the Bible, mankind was created in God’s image and likeness. Mankind was created as spiritual beings. Humans are composed of body, soul and spirit. There are also other spiritual beings created by God. We call them angels. Only spiritual beings can worship, praise and thank God for His love and grace. Mankind was not made a little above the monkeys. They were made a little lower than the angels. Only spiritual beings are capable of loving God or warring against Him.

Another thing the Bible teaches us is, God is the Giver of all life. Without Him no life forms would exist. God did not create life forms to run on their own without His continual care. He is personally organizing and preserving all life forms all the time.

God created the DNA code that is found in all life forms. Each life form has it own unique code. These codes are packaged in genes. Genes are packaged in chromosomes. Each is made after its “kind.”

God created both plants and animals to reproduce themselves through the union of male and female counterparts. Mankind is no exception.

The Bible teaches us that the animal and plant kingdoms are not genetically related. They have different functions and purposes. They do coexist with one another in various habitats. The plant gives off oxygen and the animal gives off carbon dioxide. In this way, they sustain one another. The plants were originally created for food for all human and animal life. Mankind was created to be the delegated lord over God’s earthly kingdom. Life was to be lived in social niches. Each plant and animal was to have its own niche. With few exceptions, only animals can migrate from place to place. Plants are rooted in the soil and for the most part are unable to live without this arrangement.

The Bible teaches us that the earth is the only place that has plant and animal life forms on it. The earth is unique in this regard. We will search a long time to find our type of life on another planet. This does not mean there could not be life on some other planet out there. The universe is most likely populated with spiritual beings we refer to as angels.

The Bible teaches us that mankind is God’s crowning creation and takes precedence over all other life forms. Because of mankind’s unique connection with God, there is no superior race. We are all of one race. It is called the human race. No “ruling elites” are authorized by God to suppress others. We are all commanded to love God with our whole body, soul, and spirit and to love others as ourselves. This is the quality of life God has given to the whole human race through the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Bible teaches us all life is a gift from God and is to be treated with the greatest respect. We are not to be wasteful of God’s provisions for us. As stewards of all of God’s blessings, we are to maintain a loving relationship with our Creator-Redeemer God and our fellow living creatures through the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Bible teaches us as a result of mankind’s rebellion against God, all of life on planet Earth is under a curse and that this curse will be lifted when the Lord Jesus Christ comes back to restore it to His original intent. It teaches us this could take place any time.

Bible Prophecy States EU to Form Core Group

EU industry commissioner Gunter Verheugen, when asked by the German daily Die Welt how he sees the European Union in 20 years' time, responded: "I believe … we will have a political union, but maybe not with all states that now form part of the EU. "

"Certain European states will agree to have common competencies in foreign, economic and financial policy as well as in judicial policy."

The European Observer reported "The remarks point to the possible creation of a 'core' Europe of EU states further integrating policies, with other states opting out.

This vision emerged in the 1990s in German conservative political circles, and has since won supporters mainly in France and Belgium … ".

Actually, the vision was foreseen thousands of years ago. The Prophet Daniel foresaw the present European Union will forge ahead into the final revival of the unholy Roman Empire that will again stomp the earth; it will consist of TEN NATIONS of Europe that will serve as the engine of the "New Europe," with the driving force behind it later revealed as GERMANY and the VATICAN. Even these top ten will not have the right chemistry to maintain a long-lasting relationship. Such a marriage of convenience will only last 3 1/2 years.

The Book of Revelation confirms this vision by offering further details, showing how ten leaders will surrender their sovereignty to ONE MAN who will head Europe; how the ten kings will have been under very heavy religious influence to lend their support to such a man; and 2 Thessalonians warns Europe's leading man will fall prey to seductive powers to proclaim himself a divine emperor!

Europe's (German?) Wannabe divine emperor will mislead the nations to fight against the return and reign of the real Jesus from Heaven who will appear in full view of all mankind – in the sky – before touching down upon the Mount of Olives. We are getting very close to the fulfillment of these prophecies!

Daniel 2: 41-45

41 Just as you saw that the feet and [ten] toes were partly of baked clay and partly of iron, so this will be a divided kingdom; yet it will have some of the strength of iron in it, even as you saw iron mixed with clay. 42 As the toes were partly iron and partly clay, so this kingdom will be partly strong and partly brittle. 43 And just as you saw the iron mixed with baked clay, so the people will be a mixture and will not remain united, any more than iron mixes with clay.

44 "In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever. 45 This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human hands – a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces.

"The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future. The dream is true and the interpretation is trustworthy."

Daniel 7: 23-27

23 "He gave me this explanation: 'The fourth beast is a fourth kingdom that will appear on earth. It will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth, trampling it down and crushing it. 24 The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; he will subdue three kings. 25 He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws . The saints will be handed over to him for a time, times and half a time. [3 1/2 years]

26 "'But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever. 27 Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be handed over to the saints, the people of the Most High . His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him. '

Daniel 11:36

36 "The king will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will say unheard-of things against the God of gods. He will be successful until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been determined must take place.

2 Thessalonians 2: 4

4He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

Guided Bible Studies in Christian Small Groups

From time to time we hear the comment that guided bible studies in Christian small groups are shallow. I have often found that whenever people speak of deep teaching they usually mean mystical, speculative, or heady kind of teaching such as eschatology (end times teaching) or speculative typology or debating heavy theological issues, all of which tend to expand the mind but not enlarge the heart.

The thought behind this challenging statement is that, somehow, bible studies that are taught lecture-style are more spiritual than guided bible studies which are opened up for discussion and where everyone gets a chance to share.

Whilst it is true that gifted teachers have been placed in the church this does not negate the fact that God has given to every believer a measure of His grace and an experience of the truth which is at work in their daily lives. Guided bible studies facilitate experiencing Christ together. Shared understanding brings greater comprehension of truth, whereas lone rangers tend to end up in error.

Look carefully at what Paul prayed for the Ephesians:

“That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the width and length and depth and height – to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God” (Eph. 3:17-19 NKJV).

Experiencing God’s love and truth demands an environment where it can be understood and experienced collectively.

One of the ways this works through guided bible studies is in the monitoring of bible truth application (see Lk.6:46; Jas.1:22; Matt.7:24-27). Here’s the crunch! Teaching, no matter how rich or deep, is without value unless it is applied to our lives. THE WORD MUST CHANGE US.

For this reason:

*We don’t always need to know more, but we do need to grow more.

*We don’t always need to learn more, but we do need to learn how to get that which we know to work in our lives.

This is where spiritual growth in small groups takes place. I may hear a challenging bible study but who knows one week later if that word has been applied in my life? In the context of Christian small groups where discussion takes place this can be done easily.

Let us say, for example, a group has studied the passage in Deuteronomy 6:1-9. This passage deals with the role of parents instructing their children in the ways of the Lord. Some in the group may have been of the opinion that this is the duty of Kids Church. Others haven’t even given much thought to it. Now they know it is a responsibility that falls upon their shoulders. In a group situation, two things can be done:

1. Suggestions may be made as to how to apply the Word.

2. The following week and subsequent weeks, the group may invite individuals to share ways in which this word is being applied in their situation.

The result is that everyone benefits from the participation of the others in the group.

The charge of shallow teaching in discussion-based bible studies is without foundation. Through guided bible studies, not only do we participate in inspirational bible studies, we also get to experience Christ together.

Bible Marking Kit Review

It’s time for another review and this time its bible marking kits. In this review we will be looking at the GTL Bible Marketing kit, PIGMA Micron Inductive Bible Study Kit, and seeing how they stack up against the previous review champion The Pentel 8 color bible marking pencil.

First GTL Bible Marking Kit:

This bible marking kit comes with 5 pens four of which are colored in yellow, blue, green, and pink with the last one being black. It also comes with a plastic ruler for marking out straight lines and they’re all ball point gel ink pens. Don’t be afraid of losing them because they come in a carrying case unless of course you are like me and tend to lose them regardless at least you have peace of mind.

Now pens can’t really be used as highlighters without you running the risk of ruining the actual text and then of course with the potential with bleed through issues. Do not use them as a bible highlighter! The four colors and the black should be sufficient enough for you to have a plethora of adventure whether you are doing topical bible studies or inductive bible studies.

With this particular kit there was no bleed through, but the pink could be seen slightly from the other side of the page which could become annoying depending on how you mark it out in your bible. The other colors were faint at best on the other page so that’s a good thing. The writing quality was incredibly smooth and very efficient. The only thing is that you have to be careful not to smudge the ink because disaster will take place.

PIGMA Micron Inductive Bible Study Kit:

This set of bible marking pens comes in the nicely packaged plastic just like the other ones but instead of five pens you are getting eight. The colors are black, red, blue, green, brown, purple, orange, and rose. Again the multiple colors are great for bible marking especially if you are doing the topical bible marking method or inductive bible marking. (For a great method on how to mark out your bible click here)

I want to strongly caution you again that these pens cannot be used as bible highlighters the heavy usage of any pen can cause unwanted bleed through while marking your bible. The ink in this particular set is archival ink which claims to be almost fade proof and will not destroy your paper over time. I will cover the different inks in another post just know that this is generally a good thing and actually a cheaper more organic way of producing the pens ink. This bible marking pen is a 01 which means that it is very small and extremely great for underlining. A fellow scripture marking affectionado said:

“The ink is acid-free, chemically stable, waterproof, and fade resistant making it perfect for long lasting projects and writings. For these reasons I decided to test the Pigma Micron on different thicknesses of Bible paper.”

One of the draw backs of these pens are that tendency to show through to the other side especially with the red. As one reviewer put it. “I wish there was no show-through, but it’s not to the point of confusing me about which page the mark is on.”

Now this set is not ball point and again is not a gel pen so it would be an assumption to say this bible marking kit might not right as smooth, but the tips on these are amazing and they write just as smooth. The ink does smudge a little so don’t be in a hurry but it definitely is not as bad as the gel ink pens. Although there is a really great eraseable gel pen I will be covering at a later time that will not have any bleed through and is extremely great for your inductive bible studies.

So which bible marking kit is for you? You have heard both tales of the tape when it comes to bible marking kits and I would have to say that your safest bet is old reliable. This continues to shine because you get just as many colors as the Pigma bible marking kit you can actually highlight the text because it acts as a fully functional bible highlighter and you can underline effectively as well because it is in fact a bible marking pencil. You don’t have to worry about collecting a bunch of pens and throwing them in your bag or hunting down your protective plastic. Again there is no bleed through with the Pentel bible marking pencil and you are really getting the best of both worlds.
