It increases muscle mass and increase bone strength. Muscle mass has been shown to burn more calories than fat. An increase in metabolism and lower caloric intake produce a lower body weight. Therefore, it’s a win-win situation in the prevention arena.

Research has shown that many symptoms of deterioration that come with the aging process are a matter of influence and mindset. Individuals can prevent or reverse the onset of several chronic conditions and lessen the risk of getting certain cancers by eating a healthy diet, in addition to being physically active. Preventive actions and adopting a healthier lifestyle are critical to living longer, stronger.
