Common Reasons Why People Take Bad Credit Small Business Loans

There is no room for emotions when it comes to business financing. If an individual starts a business he needs capital. Very few have oodles of cash to invest. They rely on cash flow to keep the gears of business grinding. Unfortunately, Murphy’s law strikes and they end up in situations where they slide into the “bad credit” sector. No lender will take pity and generous heartedly advance loans on soft terms to help such people recover. The simple reason is that financiers consider that people with bad credit are not competent enough to manage their finances and lending them would be like pouring good money down the drain. The only viable option left is for people with bad credit to take small business loans.

Why go this way? Why take bad credit small business loans? The answers are not far to seek.

• Poor credit means usual routes of financing such as banks are out of the question. Banks will not advance money for people in this predicament.

• If one has bad credit, it is also likely that the individual already is burdened with debt, an existing loan or mortgage. Even if a bank wished to advance money, there is no collateral the loanee can offer. Banks also look at previous 3 years’ performance, which, naturally, would not be up to the mark.

• Business owners with poor credit may try approaching relatives and friends but even they shy off because they know the situation.

• People with bad credit prefer small business loans simply because of the soft terms such as no need to have a positive credit score, no need to furnish collateral and no need to furnish a guarantor. The downside to such loans is that borrowers end up paying higher processing fees and higher interest. In short, money is expensive for them but, as they say, a stitch in time saves nine.

• It is not that people with bad credit are always in a precarious situation and are not able to fulfill obligations. There are times when there is a shortage of cash such as when incoming payments are held up and one needs short-term capital to meet immediate needs. In such cases, even if the cost of money is high, a small business loan helps.

• There is immediacy to the requirement of funds. Small business funding may be the only way an individual with poor credit can get his hands on cash within a couple of days. All other processes may take weeks or even months.

• The process is easy. There are fewer questions asked and fewer documents required when one thinks of this type of loan.

• Repayments are tied to future sales by credit card, either as the percentage or fixed amount per month and tenure may range from one to two years.

These are succinct reasons why people take bad credit small business loans and when they are available from considerate lenders, these business owners can get back on their feet.

When Good Things Happen To Bad People

“A man sees in the world what he carries in his heart.” – Goethe

The title of this article is, of course, a take-off on the popular 1978 book, When Bad Things Happen to Good People. Over the years, my own answer to the question of why bad things happen to good people has changed dramatically. For example, in my 20’s, I may have responded that life is inherently unfair. A decade or so later, I would have played the karma card – bad things happen to good people as karmic retribution for misdeeds in a past life.

Now, however, with my understanding of the Law of Attraction, I am clear that:

Bad things happen to good people for the same reason that good things happen to bad people.

And what could that reason possibly be?

Because we attract what we focus on – no matter how “good” or “bad” our behavior is.

[For this article, let’s define good people as those who behave in ways you approve of and bad people as those who behave in ways you don’t approve of.]

It doesn’t matter whether you ask the question – “Why do good things happen to bad people?” or “Why do bad things happen to good people? – the answer is the same. Everything we experience in our life – the wanted, the unwanted, the health, the illness, the wealth, the poverty – is a reflection of our thoughts and feelings.

It can be confusing to see someone who exhibits what you consider to be egregious behavior, get away with it and even prosper.

And it can be equally confusing to see someone who appears to be especially kind and loving, consistently experience difficulties and setbacks.

Where’s the justice?

Our sense of right and wrong is sorely challenged as the Wall Street bankers who caused the mortgage crisis escape prosecution and continue to rake in millions, while one middle class family after another faces foreclosure [yes, it’s still happening.]

But here’s the thing: If the Wall Street banker fat cat has a strong belief that everything always works out well for him and a certainty that prosperity is his birthright, then that’s what he’ll experience.

Likewise, if the hard working, church going, tax paying middle class family spends a lot of quality time worrying about losing their jobs and feeling fearful about not having enough money to pay the bills, then they’re [I’m sorry, I know this sucks] attracting the very things they don’t want.

But what if reward and punishment aren’t actually based on behavior?

What if we’ve been working from a flawed premise?

What if the Law of Attraction is right and we really are attracting everything we experience in accordance with our thoughts, beliefs and expectations?

Then, life is fair after all.

In fact, life has no choice but to be fair because the Law of Attraction, like the Law of Gravity, makes no exceptions and refuses to discriminate. Both good people and bad people fall to the ground if they walk off a building. And both good people and bad people attract their circumstances as a direct result of their thoughts and feelings.

I don’t know about you, but I like knowing this.

I like knowing we don’t attract our circumstances based on our behavior.

I like knowing we attract our circumstances based on the thoughts we choose to think.

I like knowing that, when we choose thoughts that feel good, we attract that which we consider to be good. And vice versa.

With this knowing, all we have to do to attract our dreams rather than our nightmares is to consciously choose positive, good feeling thoughts rather than defaulting into negative, bad feeling thoughts. As my Mike Dooley coffee mug reminds me every morning:

Thoughts become things. Choose the good ones!

Rhodium Plating Silver Jewellery: A Good Or Bad Idea?

Silver

Pure silver does not tarnish but is too soft on its own to be used in jewellery making. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (often copper) with the ‘other metals’ being used to make the sterling silver harder and thus suitable for jewellery making. It is the ‘other metals’ that oxidize and cause tarnishing of the sterling silver.

Rhodium

Rhodium is a member of the platinum group of metals and, as of May 2011, costs over 50 times as much as silver! It is around seven times harder than silver but only reflects around 75% of incidental light compared to silver’s 95% and therefore appears less shiny. Silver can be given a fine plating of rhodium to add a degree of scratch and tarnish resistance to an item of jewellery, although at a financial cost given the high price of rhodium and the work involved in the plating process.

Pros and Cons

Initially, the rhodium plated piece may appear somewhat less shiny than the equivalent plain silver piece due to the less reflective nature of rhodium compared to silver. However, unless the plain silver piece is kept well polished, over time the anti-tarnish properties of the rhodium plating will make the plated piece appear shinier. Additionally, unless you were to place two similar pieces side-by-side for comparison purposes, one rhodium plated and the other not, it’s doubtful that you would notice that the plated piece was not quite as shiny as it could be.

Sometimes, it’s the case that it would be difficult to clean the silver even if you wanted to. Delicate silver filigree can make cleaning impractical and gem stones mounted within the jewellery can be affected – even damaged – by certain cleaning agents. Rhodium plating the silver can be the best option in these circumstances.

Although rhodium is a hard metal, the very thinness of the layer of plating (around one four-hundredth of the thickness of a human hair) means that the degree of scratch and abrasion resistance it offers is limited (but nevertheless useful). That thinness also means that, even with just normal wearing, the rhodium plating will eventually wear off over a period of time leaving unsightly patches on the jewellery’s surface. Jewellery can be re-plated but this is often too expensive for anything other than a most treasured piece. Additionally, if a rhodium plated piece of jewellery does become scratched or abraded, it is not so easy to repair since the whole piece may need re-plating after the repair is done.

Conclusion

So, is rhodium plating silver jewellery a good or bad idea? Well, as usual, it all depends. If you really hate cleaning your jewellery, then rhodium plating may be just the thing you’re looking for. However, be prepared to throw the jewellery away once the plating starts wearing off – or stand the cost of having it re-plated. If you don’t mind cleaning your jewellery, then you will have a shinier piece than could ever be achieved with rhodium plating and which, over time, will develop that beautiful patina that is unique to you. It seems that there really is no such thing as a free lunch!

Archery: 3 More Bad Habits That Will Ruin Your Shot

In this article, I have listed 3 more bad habits, the effects they have on your shot, and the simple answers to fixing the problem.

Bad Habit #1 – Plucking – Plucking your string is a bad habit that even the most seasoned archer can make. Plucking your string is a process of your release. When you pluck your string, your hand moves away from your face upon the release of the string. This results in the string moving sporadically, which results in inconsistent arrow flight. This is due to the string moving left and right rather than simply pushing forward to release the arrow.

Identification: The result of plucking the string will be your arrows hitting to the right or the left of your intended mark. Plucking should not have an effect on the vertical placement of your arrow. An easy way to identify this bad habit is to look at the position of your string hand after you have release your arrow. If your hand is pulled away from your face, you are plucking the string.

The Fix: Keep in mind that your form does not stop at your anchor. your follow through should follow along the path of the “Archers T”.

Bad Habit #2 – Peek-A-Boo – Many bad habits can be developed by training, lack of training, and over training, but the Peek-a-boo is an easy fix. By correcting this common bad habit you will increase both your archery shot accuracy and consistency. The Peek-A-Boo is the process of dropping your entire form to watch the arrow fly before the arrow clears the bow. By doing this you may be kicking out the tail of the arrow and changing it’s flight path.

Identification: The result of the Peek-A-Boo will can be different every time. Your arrow will never hit the same place twice which makes this problem almost impossible to identify by looking at the arrow placement. You will have to pay attention to the position of the archer at the end of the shot to identify this bad habit. If you are no longer looking through the bow when the arrow hits the target you are more than likely doing the Peek-A-Boo.

The Fix: When you release your arrow hold your position and maintain your sight picture until the arrow reaches the target. Don’t drop your bow away from your face until you hear that arrow hit.

Bad Habit #3 – Turkey Necking – Turkey Necking is the process of moving your neck to meet the string rather than holding your position and pulling the string to meet your anchor point. This is a bad habit that most often happens when the archer is fatigued or over-bowed. When you are Turkey Necking, you are moving your anchor point which will result in an inconsistent shot group.

Identification: Turkey Necking usually results in your arrow hitting lower than your intended mark. If you don’t have a friend to watch you shoot and point this out for you; you can set up a video camera to record your practices.

The Fix: If you are Turkey Necking and believe that you are fatigued, you should stop your practice right then and there and try again later. You can implement aiming drills into your practices session to build endurance if you believe that you are over-bowed.

5 Things Bad Boys Do In The Bedroom That Make Women Addicted To Sex – And How You Can Copy Them

In this article you will discover 5 things bad boys do in the bedroom that make women addicted to sex. Copy these things bad boys do and you’ll make your woman addicted to your lovemaking.

NOTE: Just remember not to behave like a bad boy outside of the bedroom because they tend to treat women poorly (which is not a good thing).

So, with that little warning over, here are…

5 Ways To Be A Bad Boy In The Bedroom And Blow Your Woman’s Mind

1. Take Charge And Be A Real Man

Women like strong, sexually confident men. Bad boys are those kinds of guys.

To demonstrate to your woman that you are strong and sexually confident, you must lead your woman in the bedroom.

Real men lead in the bedroom, whereas weak men expect their women to take the lead.

2. Use Your Voice

For women, sex is very mental. You must stimulate your woman’s mind in order to sexually satisfy her and give her ORGASMS.

To stimulate her mind in the bedroom, do what bad boys do and talk dirty.

3. Make The Sex Different Every Time

Many women end up bored of the sex that they have with their man.

That’s why they often stop wanting to have sex, or they look elsewhere for it. “Yes”, some women do cheat.

One thing bad boys do well is that they make the sex interesting, exciting and fun every time. They do this by making it different every time. If you want to keep your woman loyal and satisfy her, you should do the same.

4. Be Dominant

Ninety-nine percent of women are sexually submissive.

Now that you know that fact, use dominance to ‘blow your woman’s mind’ in the bedroom and get her turned on, hot and wet for you in a way you never thought possible.

Here’s an example of being dominant that your woman will love (don’t read this if you are easily shocked – but please carry on if you want to be a real man who is able to please any woman in the bedroom)…

– Whilst doing your woman from behind, doggy style:

grab her hair, spank her ass and talk dirty to her.

Try saying this to her:

“Baby, you love it when I’m inside you and I take you from behind”

If you’ve never done anything like this before, I fully understand that you might be a little worried about trying it.

BUT…

Real men take risks and real men know how to satisfy their women. Intelligent, emotionally healthy women love it when their man is dominant. So you must BE DOMINANT in the bedroom.

5. Give Her Orgasms

30% of women have never had an orgasm.

70% of women have never had a vaginal orgasm (most women are dependent on their clitoris being stimulated in order for them to come).

Clearly most men are clueless in the bedroom.

Bad boys on the other hand, are often great in the bedroom because they give their women the best orgasms of their lives.

Do whatever you have to do – just make sure you are giving your woman orgasms. Your woman needs orgasms.

Use these 5 things that bad boys do to take your ‘bedroom skills’ up a notch and put a huge smile on your woman’s face – she needs, craves and wants you to do all these things. Period.

Obtaining a Loan With a Bad Credit Profile

Most people need to apply for credit from a financial institution at some stage of their lives, whether it is to buy a home, furniture or other necessities. Some people may find it easy to obtain that loan whereas others may have trouble to qualify for credit. Many clients may want to apply for loans with a bad credit record.

No two clients share the same financial background. There are various reasons why certain clients may be considered to be less credit worthy, and therefore regarded as more risky in terms of credit worthiness than others. Some may have defaulted once, others more than once, some may have credit judgements against their names, whereas others may even have become insolvent.

In order to qualify for any type of credit, a client has to meet certain lending criteria. Financial institutions make their decisions based on a client’s credit record, his or her past performance in terms of paying back debt. To obtain loans with a bad credit record, is more difficult than getting finance with a clean, or good, record.

Therefore financial institutions such as banks and other lending firms will look more carefully at a client’s credit history before agreeing to lend them money. Every client’s past credit history is checked carefully and based upon past performance the institution will either lend the client money or refuse them. They will look at various issues that may influence their decision.

Your credit record is one of those; they may also consider all public records that could influence your profile, as well as all past financial account information. Therefore bad credit loans are not easily obtained. Some institutions will also check whether or not you have any serious defaults against your name, such as a home or car repossession for example.

However, all may not be necessarily lost, since some institutions may consider loans to clients with negative or bad credit records. It depends on who you get in touch with. There are some institutions that understand people sometimes experience bad times and may find it difficult to honour the repayments on their debt.

They understand that clients may be rehabilitated and build up credit worthiness again in future. Bad credit loans are therefore not so unusual, because certain lenders understand that many clients with a bad credit history may be able to turn their financial position around and may be able to service their future debt.

This applies to various categories of debt, whether the client wants to borrow money for personal reasons to acquire some essential items or to buy materials to update his house, for example. These personal loans are considered in many cases and obtained by clients.

The same may even be true for the client who needs a cash injection to keep his business going. Lenders look at every case individually. Bad credit loans are granted more often than people realise, because certain lenders actually specialise in assisting clients with a bad credit history.

Of course clients with a less positive credit history will pay more for their loans and their repayments will attract higher interest rates since lending companies want to protect themselves. It is not considered to be a personal issue; it is simply standard industry practice.

Every case is considered on its own merits and different clients are treated according to their specific profiles when loans are considered. That is why bad credit loans may be charged at higher than normal interest rates.

Once a client finds that it is too difficult to obtain a loan the traditional way, they should look at those lenders that may consider doing business with them even though they are considered high risk.

These lenders advertise their services in the press and also on the internet where their websites often explain in detail how they assist clients. Another popular source these days is the broker who acts as a middleman and introduces the client to lenders. This broker puts the client in touch with the most likely lenders who may be able to help them with a loan.

Unsecured Personal Loans for Bad Credit Borrowers: Perfect Solutions for Small Sums

A cash injection is always welcome, whether through the State Lottery or by securing a small loan, because it eases the financial burden. But sourcing a small loan is not so simple when bad credit ratings are involved. Thankfully, there are unsecured personal loans for bad credit borrowers, making it possible to secure that vital extra cash.

These cash injections are very welcome when an unexpected expense is received, one that is impossible to pay with whatever excess income there is. It could be a medical bill, or a warning of late mortgage payment, but having access to extra cash is essential. In such circumstance, having fast loan approval is also important.

So, where can these loans be gotten? And can the cash be accessed when bad credit is a factor? Well, when the sum required is around $2,000, getting an unsecured personal loan is of little trouble, once the necessary criteria are met.

Understand What Can Be Afforded

Half the battle to securing a loan is to know how much to seek. So, before submitting an application, be sure to calculate a budget. Lenders that provide unsecured personal loans for bad credit borrowers accept the risks involved, and by providing a realistic budget, it tells them the applicant has their feet firmly on the ground.

Many applicants seek a little extra than is actually needed, but this is of little advantage when it comes to repaying the loan. In orthodox loan repayment schedules, this can mean hundreds of dollars in extra interest being paid over the loan term. But to guarantee fast loan approval, a payday loan is the best option, and this is generally repaid in one go within 30 days.

Also, when calculating the sum to seek, make sure the small print on any unsecured personal loan deal is carefully studied. It may reveal hidden charges and strict penalties.

Consider a Longer Loan Terms

In emergency circumstances, it can be difficult to choose the perfect loan. Payday loans, for example, can be granted within minutes of the application, and funds secured in the bank account within 2 or 3 hours. As unsecured personal loans for bad credit borrowers go, financial emergencies can be dealt with very quickly.

But there is a price to such convenience, with interest as high as 30%, turning a $2,000 loan into a $2,600 debt requiring full paying within 30 days. But, while securing fast loan approval has its definite advantages, a longer-term loan relieves the pressure. The issue for lenders is that repayments are made with no problems, while for borrowers, is that the size of the repayments is low; a long term serves both interests.

For example, a $2,000 unsecured personal loan could be repaid over 12 months, at $170 per month, but over 24 months, the repayments fall to $85. With the chances of defaulting much less, approval is more likely.

Search On The Internet

It is common knowledge that the best loans deals are found online, especially when seeking unsecured personal loans for bad credit borrowers. Online lenders are recognized as specialists in bad credit lending, so have loan packages that cater to the needs of that niche market. Typically, interest rates are lower and the term is longer, so that the monthly repayments are more affordable.

Also, because of technology, it is possible to get fast loan approval too (in fact, most lenders offer it as standard). Besides, when it comes to small sums like $2,000, most loans are approved with no credit checks, and with unsecured personal loans, this is very useful.

Bad Dogs Aren’t the Only Ones Who Bite

There are good and bad dogs in every single breed known to man. Some bad dogs are also vicious dogs. Not all dog attack injuries however; are caused by vicious dogs. Some dog attack injuries are caused by everyday family pets who have never acted out towards anyone before. You need to exercise caution around any dog, always.

Some dog attack injuries are worse than others, depending on the size and sometimes even the breed of the dog. A bite from a tiny Chihuahua, for example would more than likely appear minor than if the dog had been a large German Shepherd or Rottweiler, Pit Terrier or some other large breed of dog known to be aggressive.

Most often, in a case involving injuries from a vicious dog you would be dealing directly with the animal owner’s homeowner’s insurance company. Most often, these situations are settled out of court. However, sometimes that is not possible, perhaps because the two parties can’t reach an agreement, or perhaps because the owner doesn’t have insurance. In that case, you will be looking at going to court to determine the outcome of the case.

In most if not all dog bite attack cases, several key factors are weighed before a decision is made in resolving a case that has gone to court to be heard in front of a judge. The judge will want to know where the incident took place, if the dog was secured on its own property or was running at large in its community off of its owners property. The judge will also be interested in knowing if any incidents have happened with this particular dog prior to this incident, or if it is an isolated case. The judge might consider giving the dog’s owner a warning with specific instructions that the dog is not to be let outside unless it is on a leash in the owner’s care at all times in order to prevent an incident like this happening again in the future.

A dog might bite if it is trying to protect its family. A dog’s intentions might seem reasonable to its owners, but a judge might see the circumstances differently after weighing the facts of the situation. A dog might also bite if it is feeding it’s young, or eating and perceives that someone is going to take their food away. Sadly this is all too often the situation where accidental bites sometimes happen.

After being bitten by a dog, always seek medical treatment. Some bites may be more severe than they initially appear. After seeing the Dr, consider seeking a dog bite attack attorney. You will need to have the advice and counsel of a qualified dog bite attack attorney to see if indeed you should proceed with filing a lawsuit against the owner.

Dear Dr. Romance: I Want The Playgirl, But They Like The "Bad Boy" Type

Dear Dr. Romance:

This is something that’s puzzling me for along time. I often do want the “playgirl”, but they like the more of the “bad boy” type.

I know for sure I want sex without strings attached, many men get this, but I simply attract women who want a boyfriend, and I don’t want this! It seems as if society is saying, cause I’m a nice guy, I must be trapped into a commitment to get what I want which is sex.

The women that are attracted to me are not at my standard level. I know this for a fact. They are not equal to me. They are trying to get a “catch” and something out of their league. I simply can’t accept this. However I’m miserable and tormented. But I can’t settle for what I don’t want either.

Dear Reader:

Men have fantasized about two categories of women for centuries: the “good girl” who is marriage material, and the “bad girl” who is fun but not worthy of commitment. Women are much more complex people than that, and they’re now having their turn to reject those notions.

My question is, what do you want and who are you looking for? Your lack of clarity about this probably projects itself, and women react to the confusion. If you want a playboy life, I guess you’ll have to be more like one, but I bet it won’t make you happy. And the women you attract won’t make you happy, either.

Are you looking for a long-term relationship? There are plenty of worthy women out there who are looking for the same thing. Are you looking for a good time and no expectations? Then you want a playgirl, who will probably be more attracted to the “bad boy” type, and more interested in what you can give her, materially. Don’t forget, though, that you won’t be allowed to have any expectations either. You’ll find, if you take the time to sort out your priorities and look a little deeper under the surface, that as soon as you’re clear about the kind of real woman and relationship you want, she will appear, like magic.

Well, a relationship with “no strings” is not a relationship, it’s a one-night stand, or maybe several, with the same person. To get sex without strings, you pretty much have to settle for a woman who doesn’t want to settle down, or grow up. Most stable women are looking for relationships. Almost any woman you have sex with several times in a row will think you’re in a relationship with her. The best way to find a woman who doesn’t want attachment is to find someone who is married, and wants an affair. Or, you might try someone who has a very demanding career, and just wants sex when she wants it. Try stating your desires online — be very upfront about it, and see what you get. “Friends With Benefits” might answer some of your questions. Love Styles: How to Celebrate Your Differences will help you figure out what you want and then find it.

Can You Have a Bad Credit Car Loan and a Bad Credit Home Loan at the Same Time?

Bad debt is sometimes inevitable. You could go broke because of a sudden illness, a divorce, losing your job or simply put, bad luck. Being in a bad financial situation is not a permanent situation. You can always get a new high-paying job, have a side business for extra income or simply get back on track with your finances.

Getting a loan is not that easy if you have a bad debt history. To be eligible for mortgage loans and finance loans, banks and lenders will require you to have a good credit history. The better your credit history is, the higher the amount of loan you can possibly acquire. Better interest rates are also given to clients with good credit scores. They are considered as low-risk clients.

Bad Credit Loans

Fortunately, securing a mortgage loan or finance loan is still possible even with bad credit. These are called bad debt loans. Secured home loans are secured loans with your property as your collateral while a bad credit car loan is a type of financial loan with your vehicle as your collateral for the loan.

Secured mortgages and finances are offered by specialist lenders that are willing to see beyond the blemishes in your credit file. Mortgage and finance specialists can also help connect you with the right banks and brokers that could help you secure a mortgage loan or a bad credit car loan.

Two Secured Loans at the Same Time

So, you have found a mortgage specialist and have managed to secure a bad debt home loan. Can you get a secured car loan afterward? Will an existing secured mortgage loan affect your chances of getting a bad credit car loan?

Yes, it is possible to have a secured mortgage and finance loan at the same time. A stain on your credit caused by a life event is something specialist lenders understand. The nature of your poor credit and the efforts that you are doing to fix your bad credit file counts the most for banks and lenders. This also helps you get your credit back on track.

The chances of getting a second secured loan, say a bad credit car loan after getting approved for a bad credit mortgage loan is possible. Fixing your bad financial rating is the best way to get a second bad credit loan. Paying off your debts and religiously paying for your loans, including your first bad credit loan creates a good impression for banks and lenders.

Going through the black marks and the outstanding defaults on your credit file, one by one does not only build your credibility as a borrower. It actually builds your credit. The more you get rid of these, the faster you can get them remove from your credit file.

Both types of loans are also secured loans. Failure to pay gives banks and lenders seize the collateral at stake – your home and your car. Getting a mortgage or finance specialist also helps in making a second secured loan possible. Experts like them can help you seal better interest rates and payment deals that will work for your budget – both for a mortgage and a finance loan.
